In his opinion, Saudi Arabia's support for football is a great thing. The teams have now reached a point where they are enhancing the country's image. Every player in Europe can travel to Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, teams from many countries around the world play their respective cup finals in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia has become a center of attraction in this regard as well. I think it was a very smart move for Saudi Arabia to make the most logical move and use football for tourism.
On the positive side, the SPL continues to attract attention for offering a decent place and salary for players from Europe, this is also inseparable from the negative stigma that is always used as a reason to play there only for money. But I try to put that aside and see that in fact Saudi Arabian clubs have been able to give European teams a tough fight several times during the club world cup competition. So Saudi Arabia will not stop here to continue developing their image in the world of soccer.

I like Gyökeres, but I'm still not sure he's a player who can compete in the Premier League, especially Arsenal. While Portuguese league defenses tend to be quite spaced out, the PL isn't. The Premier League is the exact opposite. Gyökeres's key is his shooting, which requires him to create shots much quicker in the PL; he needs to be fast, otherwise he'll be blocked too easily and won't be able to maintain his place in the PL.
Honestly I agree with you, we know Gyokeres has the ability but the competition in the Premier League is different from the Portugal league I'm a bit worried he's a bit hampered. If you remember when Liverpool bought in Nunez with high expectations but the performance is not very impressive even though previously he was the top scorer in the Portugal League, well this could happen to Gyokeres, right? I hope he can do his best and give something to Arsenal. By the way, Gyokeres transfer fee is around 65 million and previously it was rumored that Sporting was aiming for 90 million maybe there are additions on the agreement? if it's only 65 million there should be a lot of clubs interested in him.

that's exactly the mystery behind football, when the player is no more comfortable they tend to look elsewhere for better options and that's what Leroy Sane did when he opted to leave Bayern Munich for another club, perhaps he wasn't comfortable with what the club is offering in terms of wages and salaries and have gotten a better option with another club which might be the reasons for his decision for requesting to leave the team.
He is a decent player and should actually not be with Galatasaray since I feel he’s good enough to at least still be in one of Europe’s top leagues if not the Bundesliga and not with Bayern Munich. Nevertheless, the decision has been taken, and he is a Galatasaray player now. I hope he can do better for Galatasaray so that they have a very sharp attacking line to work with, especially with the presence of Victor Osimhen, who is the spearhead of their attack.. Galatasaray may be not seem like the best place for Victor Osimhen to have found himself comparing to his quality as a top striker. But we have to understand that if not for Galatasaray he wouldn't have been anywhere in Europe right now but in the Saudi league because it was both the Saudi side and Galatasaray that were serious bidding for him. Now he has been fully made the club's player he will most definitely do better next season than he did for the club while on loan, let me rest assured on that.

Apparently, Ten Hag has decided to sell the players who joined Bayer while Xabi Alonso was still there. Sunderland seems to have already spent £100 million on transfers and apparently decided to seriously strengthen the team this season after entering the EPL. Granit Xhaka played well at Arsenal and was even captain, and he has vast experience playing in the EPL, so this is an excellent deal for Sunderland.
I understand the smart move from Sunderland FC. Unlike other teams that got promoted into the EPL got relegated back to the Championship by the end of the season two seasons again, but Sunderland on the other hand wants to avoid that to repeat again. That is the main reason why they went for a player with solid EPL experience. Someone who knows the pressure to fight in football especially in the EPL. And again, Xhaka reportedly showed interest in returning to the EPL, the deal has benefited both the player and the club. I completely agree with you that teams now understand that money is everything in modern football and that you can't achieve serious success without spending big. Take Girona, for example, which surprised everyone one season, only to sell its key players the following season and nearly get relegated from La Liga. Of course, there are examples of teams buying many expensive players but not achieving any results, such as Tottenham last season, but this is rather an exception and more often than not, teams are relegated precisely because of a lack of funding. Xhaka is an excellent player, and for £20 million, Sunderland was lucky that he agreed to move there. Now we will wait for the next season at Bayer to see how he does, but Xhaka probably realized that his chances of success were slim when he decided to move to Sunderland.

Granit Xhaka may not be young anymore, but he has a lot of experience and also has good leadership skills when he is on the pitch, so he can be a role model for the young Sunderland players. Apart from that, the advantage of buying old players is that they are no longer expensive, and their presence can boost the team's morale as a whole. It's a shame Sunderland no longer have Jobe Bellingham in midfield, as he could have been a great partner for Xhaka. It was quite a surprise to see Ten Hag let Granit Xhaka go and frankly, I'm curious whether Ten Hag's decision is correct, because Xhaka is one of Leverkusen's key players and he has also made quite a big contribution.

In modern football money has become a big part. While it doesn’t guarantee success, funding can boost a team to compete at the top level. Without enough funding, it’s hard to attract top players, build strong squads, or even keep up with the demands of the game. Of course, spending smart is just as important as spending big. Teams like Tottenham show that money alone isn't enough, so they missed the right strategy, coaching, and overall team spirit. And yes when a club has too little money, they often struggle and sometimes even get relegated. So BIG YESSS, in today’s game, money really does matter a lot.

Ten Hag did not want to let Xhaka go and said in an interview that he intended to keep the player, so I think the transfer was entirely Granit Xhaka initiative, who, after Ten Hag's appointment, apparently realized that the next season at Bayer could be a failure and it would be better to leave now. When Jaka left Arsenal, he said that he was tired of the intense pace of the Premier League and wanted a more relaxed league, which is why he chose Bayer and Arsenal fans were understanding that, so Jaka's return to the EPL is apparently a necessary measure after Ten Hag joined the team. It is clear that Alonso would not be able to take Jaka to Real, so he had to return to the EPL, which Jaka knows well. By the way Xhaka 32 yo and still I guess have motivation to win.

The deal is done by Manchester City finally for 27 million pounds ( ~31 million euros). It is a big blood loss for Burnley though. He had a spectacular clean sheet performance last season. They needed him more than ever in the Premier League. Manchester City included a buy-back clause when they sold him to Burnley 2 years ago, so there was nothing they could do but honour the deal when City came knocking. However, I'm a bit surprised they sold him below the buy-back fee, which is €40 million euros. For a player that had such a sensational season at the club, they could have forced City to pay the full amount.

I really don't see why Liverpool should buy a player like Rodrygo: for sure Real Madrid would ask an outrageous amount of money for him, he's never been a starter and he wouldn't be a starter for Liverpool either, he's just a good player but not world class. Liverpool just spent a ton of money for other 2 offensive players, I don't think they need to spend 100 mln euros for someone who is going to be on the bench.
Are you sure Liverpool to play the whole season by only having Gakpo as their LW? They obviously needs a new one to add the depth on LW position. This is the reason Rodrygo's move is also important. Things get better for them because Madrid has decide to decrease Rodrygo's asking price. The only problem is that his salary, which is relatively high for PL club even for Liverpool.

Joao Felix is near to join Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr. The final decision will be taken in the next 48 hours according to Fabrizio Romano.
The price should be around 35m€, IMHO. Saudi League at the moment is the second league for money invested this summer after Premier League.
Everyone wants the bag these days, saying yes to Saudi club after they outbid his boyhood club Benfica to bring him back to Portugal is crazy. It's quite obvious nobody cares about football loyalty these days. I honestly feel bad for Benfica but honestly they can't compete and Chelsea needed the money. If ad ons are included, it takes the deal to around €50m total package which is quite a profit for Chelsea and heavy wages for Felix I don't think it was money alone that made Joao Felix move to Al Nassr because Benfica was on the verge of signing Joao Felix from Chelsea, but Cristiano Ronaldo's phone call and the deal Al Nassr offered to Joao Felix stopped Benfica from signing Joao Felix from Chelsea. There are a lot of young players that turned down a move to the Saudi Pro League, so I believe there are players that still want to play for the passion of the game. I could believe your Statement cause C Ronaldo is his country man and could persuade him to come help strengthen Al-Nassr since they need more good players to match the strength of their rivals, Ronaldo is influential but that doesn't mean he won't allow use the money as a strategy to convince Joao Felix to sign for Al-Nassr. Therefore the phone call played a role but the money matters too cause if it wasn't huge enough I don't think Joao Felix would considered signing for Al-Nassr even though Ronaldo called to choose Nassr over Benfica.

The deal is a welcome development for Manchester city but not a good one for Burnley due to there recent promotion to the English premier League, a shot stopper of such is needed in there team for more balance in the post. If not for the buy - back clause, Burnley won't have agreed such deal at this point in time. Although lack of funding could also be the reason for such transfer because every team needs money to run there daily activities and that Burnley don't have, so letting him go could be for fund raising and not the buy - back clause because if it was due to the clause they would have requested for the complete amount stated in the initial agreement

This sesko transfer saga is becoming more interesting by the day, as Newcastle is in for the race, and this will definitely give Manchester United a hard time in getting the deal done as sesko will likely want to play an European competition comes next season, and it happens that Manchester United is not playing any, and I think Liverpool sees sesko as a potential replacement for Alexander isak, but there is a speculation that says that Manchester United has convinced him with some incredible offers and he's considering a move to Manchester United but let's just stand and watch how it goes.

I understand why Liverpool want Alexander Isak so badly. However, I think the price is too high. Isak's quality is indeed extraordinary. Last season alone, he scored 23 goals and provided 6 assists in 34 appearances. So, in terms of goal productivity and sharpness in both scoring and providing assists, Isak is a suitable choice. He's also a relatively young striker at 25 years old. And I understand that Liverpool can't rely on Mohamed Salah forever, who is now 33. So, Liverpool also needs long-term options. I'm quite surprised by Isak's high price. However, I'm sure Liverpool have a very well-thought-out plan for the upcoming season. So they won't hesitate to spend a lot of money on this player.
Not only he is overpriced at that level, but also Liverpool already used a ton of money. If we go by transfermarkt valuations, we have seen Liverpool already spent over 300 million euro so far, and yes they are looking more like -250 and after this Diaz deal it would go back down to somewhere close to -170 million. But if they get Isak for this amount of money, they would become -300 down for the year anyways once again. I get that they do make some profit all season long, but honestly, can they afford to spend 300+ a year on transfers? They shouldn't be able to, what is their financial fair play is looking like? I suspect this isn't looking great for them at all. We need to realize they are not that good, and should be taking caution. This is way too much money for one summer.

Liverpool doesn't have many options in the LW position so it's clear that if Luis Diaz leaves and only leaves Gakpo and Salah they will have to find a replacement, in this case Rodygo is considered suitable to replace that role, I heard his price has dropped to €90 million, this is a reasonable price and if you feel constrained by his salary there is another option, namely Antonio Nusa from Leipzig, rumors say Liverpool is also interested in this young player.

Manchester United absence in the European football right now won't make sesko choose Newcastle over Manchester United due to quest for regular football, higher salary and name. Manchester United's current situation gives room for publicizing the of every player in the team due to there current fight for lost glory. Its clear they where not consistent last season but with the current rebuilding in the team there will be change this time so sesko won't prefer Newcastle to United except United are not willing to meet up to his desire and the teams request.

You’re right! Of course, money is crucial, as we saw in the example of Paris Saint-Germain: teams that persistently pursue the best transfers inevitably win the Champions League. Paris Saint-Germain was a team that spent a lot of money, and they ultimately won the Champions League last year. Therefore, the transfer window is crucial for every team. However, it's equally important to analyze the team's shortcomings and make transfers accordingly. Failing to transfer in areas where there's a need will further weaken the team and lead to financial hardship.

It is difficult if Rodrygo is projected for the position of Luis Diaz's replacement because after all, seeing from the position that Rodrygo's ideal has is on the right wing so that if forced on the left wing it is clear that this will require a lot of adaptations to be made. It is possible that if in the end Luis Diaz really leaves (possibly Nunez too) then Liverpool will definitely look for other options in terms of players who can be used as replacements later. For the winger position on the right they still won't be constrained because there is Salah even though the hunt for Isak is still going on, for CF also they have got Ekitike even if Nunez leaves then it is possible they will not be bothered but for the position on the left winger obviously this is still a slightly difficult situation. Antonio Nusa and Fofana being on the radar is still a possibility but it's still not a sure thing and I think they'll have to consider some options if their targets are really hard to reach.

There are also reports of United's interest in Kolo Muani. But I am confident that if negotiations with PSG go smoothly, Kolo Muani will be in Juventus's hands. I believe United will not have much hope of winning the battle in this transfer window, unless they are really willing to compete by spending a lot of money. But I am sure United will not do that for now. They will still be the same team as last season, with not many changes.
Manchester United are desperately in need of a striker so it's not suprising that several names would be mentioned, anyway Kolo Muani is not the only player Manchester United is going after, they're also dragging for the signature of Sesko with Newcastle and surprisingly I'm seeing om the news that Manchester United are ahead of Newcastle and Sesko fancies a move over there, it's suprising cause Manchester United are not in the Champions League but Newcastle is so am wondering why Manchester United would be favourites when they're not in any top European competition, well Manchester United have to make good use of that opportunity if It's true cause Sesko is a very good striker, they have to table and offer immediately they sale Garnacho and Antony since they have to sell before buying. Manchester United are really looking to sign a striker this window, they really need it the coach has reinforced the flanks just remaining the key point man to lead the attack. The two major attackers I’m ware United are seriously gunning for are Benjamin Sesko and Ollie Watkins. I’ll personally like it if United could concentrate more on signing Watkins, he’s been at top level form at the premier league and is also used to the atmosphere, he’ll be a better fit for Man United than Benjamin Sesko.

If ad ons are included, it takes the deal to around €50m total package which is quite a profit for Chelsea and heavy wages for Felix
I don't think it was money alone that made Joao Felix move to Al Nassr because Benfica was on the verge of signing Joao Felix from Chelsea, but Cristiano Ronaldo's phone call and the deal Al Nassr offered to Joao Felix stopped Benfica from signing Joao Felix from Chelsea. There are a lot of young players that turned down a move to the Saudi Pro League, so I believe there are players that still want to play for the passion of the game. Who told you this, and where did you get it from? There was nothing as such, and if Benfica had outbid Al Nassr, Chelsea would have sold him to Benfica regardless of whether C. Ronaldo had called. It was club business, and Felix was already in decline, and no respectable club wanted him. He has played on loan to several clubs for the past five seasons, and no club was ready to sign keep him, including Chelsea, who loaned him out immediately.
