Same as me, i see know reason sacking slot to replace him with  someone he is better than in all rectification, when slot took charge of Liverpool they had are lot of weakness that know one believed he could revive them but yet he made the become the king of England when know one expected it to happen, so letting him go because of his little mistakes won't be a good option instead he will be given time to go back to his drawing board maybe he will find a permanent solution to the teams inconsistent performance and even improve the same way other teams like Manchester united are doing now in the hands of Michael Carrick

I'm not convinced Liverpool will sack Arne Slot before the end of the season. I've observed Liverpool over the past few years and they rarely sack managers mid-season. I honestly don't see Liam Delap as a wise transfer move, I know of the scarcity of strikers or traditional 9's but Liam's performance in Chelsea is something I wouldn't recommend any team to partake on, he was better off in ipswich, imagine 3 goals and an assist in 24 appearances in all competitions, that stat is not compelling, but you see that Endrick's move, I feel that is a good move for both Chelsea and Endrick himself because going back to Real Madrid might probably see him to the bench.

It will be a good sell-off if Chelsea chooses to sell Delap, who hasn't been consistent in the field of play for Chelsea, scoring 2 goals out of 14 appearances in Chelsea matches. One thing I am sure of, Chelsea demand above the £30 million release clause that they paid to sign Delap from Ipswich. They will add the money to sign Endrick from Madrid

Sometimes i just laugh at how fast football fans act in requesting for a coach to be sacked simply because he is having a bad run. Arne Slot won the Premier League for Liverpool last season, were they expecting him to also win the Premier League this season when other teams have now buckled up and ready to give their utmost performance. It will even be ungratefulness of Liverpool to sack Arne Slot because he brought back the team to life after many trophyless Premier League seasons in the hands of Jurgen Klopp who only won one Premier League title within the 9 years he almost spent as Liverpool manager. When he was on loan at Arsenal, he couldn't do much either, so honestly I think Chelsea's decision to let him go was the best decision. Sterling is no longer a prima donna on the pitch with his dribbling and speed, he is finished for the big leagues or to play in big clubs, maybe the Arab league or Turkey can still be a good place for his next career, but with long enough he missed playing, I think it will be difficult to find a club that is willing to accept him.

Some players are better left in smaller teams no matter how good they show themselves, some players find it difficult to adapt in big teams and Liam Delap is a good example of such players. With all his performance at Ipswich I never expected him to come to Chelsea and play like this and he doesn't seem bothered to even want to improve his performance. At first I also thought he will be a good signing but he seems to be lost and doesn't know what he's doing.

This decision will be difficult for the club. Actually, when we look at the team's current situation, it's not that bad. But we can't say they're doing well either; their Premier League ranking is not good at all. I think they should be among the top 3 teams, and the squad quality isn't bad, but right now there's a significant points gap between them and the top 3. Their current goal is to finish 4th this season and qualify for the Champions League.
