Seeing this news makes me feel some how about Palmer and all the times they give us the news of him being injured and could not play, he's a good player and I feel that they are using him by lying that he's injured when he's not fit and all that, this maybe even kill his dream of playing in the biggest stage of World football, the World Cup...what are your take on this, is Palmer going to regret this move or he's making the right decision as a footballer?

If he no longer feels comfortable at Chelsea, he should take the step of moving back to Manchester and being with his family, it would be a good decision for his football career, but the problem here is whether Man United is willing to spend that much money to get him from Chelsea, since he is still tied to a transfer for the next few seasons and the transfer fee will certainly not be cheap. also another consideration is whether they are willing to let Bruno Fernandes go to bring Palmer to the squad. so this is a lot of consideration.

Xabi Alonso wasn't the problem with Real Madrid, while Real could get better after him, that is not because he was a bad manager, it was because the cultural fit for a Xabi Alonso team and what Real Madrid expects are different. Liverpool however could be the most insane fit for Xabi without a doubt, it is going to be something great.

Liverpool is one of the most successful teams in history and yet acts as if underdogs and works hard to win, and Xabi is exactly that type of manager, he would be better than anyone ever. I wouldn't say first season right away could be success, Arne got lucky there, but Xabi should be manager for Liverpool for the next 20 years, he would basically be Liverpool in a suit, dude is born to manage them.
We will see if he ever gets a chance to Coach Liverpool but I think he should have just stayed in Bayer Leverkusen or if he gets a chance he should go back there. I think going to Liverpool will be another disaster waiting to happen to his career.

There will be a lot of pressure for him to deliver in a short time and I don't think a novice coach like Xabi Alonso can deliver in such a short time frame. This is exactly the same thing that happened at Real Madrid.

Maybe the reported negotiations are true.

We will hear in the next days news about Arne being kicked from Liverpool and Xabi Alonso taking his position once Liverpool agree with him about what he wants.
In fact the leaked news about talks with Xabi Alonso are true. He asked Liverpool to strengthen the team with few names including Barcola, Olise, Wharton and van de Ven. Obviously there will be some sacrifice to keep budget under control which means Salah departure if he wants of course, and potentially Konaté, Gravenberch, Gakpo and Mac Alliste. These are the rumours that are circulating on media until now.
If it is true that it is a request from Xabi then Liverpool must dispose of many players, who are less productive in his opinion --- this makes sense every coach has his own way of handling the club and its demands.

I don't know if Liverpool need to lose again to sack Arne Slot? As we suspect next week Liverpool play Newcastle and if they lose at Anfield I suspect it will be sacked immediately.

For Wharton also they will have to take a huge amount for him because he is one of the promising midfielders right now, he's got lots of qualities so Crystal Palace won't let him go cheaply. Liverpool really needs to let some players go and bring in better replacement but arranging the team back in order could take time.
Crystal palace would have to sell Adam Wharton at the end of season, I don't know how helpful that would be for Liverpool that is looking at getting a large squad refresh, they need to wait until the coming summer transfer window when the season is over to purchase players, then face the next season, as for this season they're in a terrible shape, no club would sell their best player at the moment. They also have nice targets for attackers like Diomande to prepare against Sallah's next move which the recruitment team is not sure of, whether he'd stay or move away.

Selling your arguably the best player to the team that is doing better than you in your league is not something rich clubs do, they rather buy players from other clubs not sell and that is why it's clear that we are seeing Chelsea not wanting to do this deal.

Why would Chelsea willingly just take money in exchange of making United a better team? It would hurt their chances of being in the top four if they let go Palmer today and make United better team, that would make United be fourth instead. We should probably expect Chelsea to spend money and not try to earn money. They are a very wealthy team and for that reason they are going to end up with a lot better return for sure with transfer market and get some good players instead.

I can't deny the fact that no top team will want to sell off their top players in this January transfer window, but I believe that defensive acquisition will be a lot easier to make than offensive acquisition, and with the way this Liverpool team is seriously porous at the back, signing a defenders should be their priority for now, because their attack and midfield is not doing that too bad, but the defense is where an upgrade is highly needed, because waiting till the summer before making a defensive acquisition will really be costly to their ambition of qualifying for a uefa champions league place. So this January transfer window is an opportunity they should seize now it's still available.

The rumour is not true, Fabrizo has announced again that the rumour is a false rumour and according to Liam Rosenior, Cole Palmer is very happy in Chelsea, he is the future project of Chelsea, when I saw the news, I was like Cole Palmer can never leave Chelsea because he is love by the team and the fans, the reason why he is not playing is because of his injury, he just came back from injury and he can not play every game for the club, the only thing that can make Cole Palmer leave Chelsea is if the coach doesn’t want him or feel like he is not part of his project.

If Cole Palmer leaves Chelsea and join Manchester United who is he going to bench? I don’t see him benching any player because Manchester United players are back to their form and he can not bench Kobi Maino or Bruno Fernandez, even he wants to leave he should go to where he will be playing in every game because Manchester United have good players after who are ready to play for the club.

Dro Fernández get short term contract with PSG running until June 2030 and earned 6 to 8 million euro per season
Eh? I think (hope) you are mixing the salary with fee PSG paid to Barcelona because there is no way this guy, who is barely a professional player, is going to earn 6-8 million euros per year. Not even players like Doué, Fabian Ruiz, Ramos (just to mention a few) make 7-8 millions per year. Considering his age and inexperience I would guess he is going to earn approx 1 million/year.
6-8 million euros is a huge amount of money, and there's no way PSG will pay such amount of money to Dro Fernández per year because Dro Fernández isn't yet an established player, and no one knows if he will perform well at PSG. Yes, the 6-8 million euros is the transfer fee PSG is expected to pay Barcelona before Dro Fernández can join PSG but Bobrox is mistaking it to be the fee PSG will pay Dro Fernández per year.

I have just seen the manager saying Cole Palmer is comfortable and untouchable but all these have been said in the past about players who also ended leaving. I know this can be said to keep a cool environment especially in the dressing room too but the next few months with speak and we will all see. The Robertson transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to Liverpool?! I'm still anticipating and keen to see that finalised.

I can't deny the fact that no top team will want to sell off their top players in this January transfer window, but I believe that defensive acquisition will be a lot easier to make than offensive acquisition, and with the way this Liverpool team is seriously porous at the back, signing a defenders should be their priority for now, because their attack and midfield is not doing that too bad, but the defense is where an upgrade is highly needed, because waiting till the summer before making a defensive acquisition will really be costly to their ambition of qualifying for a uefa champions league place. So this January transfer window is an opportunity they should seize now it's still available.
Would they be able to find a club that'll release a capable backline player with no replacement available? Liverpool should work on what is available and try to improve on themselves, they've got the squad, it's only that Slot finds a hard time utilizing the team in the right form, if they should be a reasonable move to be made it'll be changing the manager to a much serious hand.

Xabi Alonso is no longer a novice coach, Xabi has left that category of novice, he has spent few years in his managerial career and he has earned his place. One thing I agree with you is that Xabi shouldn't have gone to Madrid, he should have opted for Liverpool because the pressure from the two teams are entirely different. But going to Liverpool this time will won't be a disaster for Xabi because Liverpool don't have the bunch of arrogant players that real Madrid have. Liverpool is not a club that feels entitled to all trophies like Madrid does. Arne Slot still have his job despite all the poor results this season, do you think he would have lasted this long if he was incharge of Madrid?

Manchester United don't need Cole Palmer, he can't bench anymore in our current First 11 and as a big player he won't like to sing into a club he will be fighting from bench. He has to calm and work with the Chelsea manager to sort things out.

Manchester United football has changed, if you're not physically strong you can't play, the team is build on physical strength,  and Cole Palmer is not physically strong enough to ay in Manchester United. As a fan I don't want him in Manchester United, rather Manchester United should not sell Rashford,he should return after Barcelona loan expires.

I pray palmer should not make that mistake to join Manchester united, because he will not going to shine the way he want from Manchester united. I agree with you for palmer to join Manchester city, because they have potential players like palmer and they will help palmer to shine well to attract more coaches that will keep him for mind in case palmer want to leave in the future. But what Manchester united players is displaying now show that they have a good coach, because they beat Manchester city to lose some points in their last game in the premier league game.

As long palmer is coming from Chelsea, Manchester united management will not accept to spend plenty of money to sign palmer from Chelsea, and they will relax on those players that challenge Manchester city to secured victory to play next tournament to see what this new coach can help the club to achieve in the future.

I saw Fabrizio's post on X too, where he debunked Palmer's transfer move to Manchester United. I don't know who broke the fake news, but it did spread like wildfire. Palmer is happy and well settled at Chelsea. Even if he does want to leave in the future, I'm not sure it will be United. He will likely go back to City or ply his trade abroad.

Chelsea and Manchester United are a long time regular dealers in the transfer market and this not surprising at all. Despite the rivalry between their fans, these two clubs have been enjoying a smooth transaction in the transfer market. In the past, we saw the Prime Juan Mata transfer from Chelsea to Manchester United. Lately was the transfer of Mason Mount from Chelsea to Manchester United. In return Manchester United gave Sancho and Garnacho to Chelsea recently. The problem is whether Manchester United can afford it at the moment and whether Chelsea is willing to let him go after his long contract.
What Palmer is doing wouldn't really make sense unless United somehow gets rid of Bruno, who is the best player on that team. Bruno and Palmer basically plays at the same place as mentioned before.

Cole Palmer is not the type of player United needs really, maybe it would be good for their future, Palmer is young so he would help them for long term, but as of right this moment? They need defenders more than anything else. For the past few games their defense looked great, but normally it's pretty shitty.

Tamy Abraham's time at Beşiktaş is over. He has officially transferred to Aston Villa.
I wonder what a player who wasn't useful at Beşiktaş will do at Aston Villa.
Because the Premier League is a tougher and faster league, I wonder what kind of scoring contribution he will make.
Beşiktaş had loaned Abraham with a mandatory purchase option, and they have now gotten rid of that situation.
I will follow Abraham closely, but Aston Villa took a gamble by signing this player.
This is good transfer for Besiktas because basically they got profit from this transfer and actually Tammy Abraham performance is not quite bad in Besiktas but unfortunately the club had decide to sell him however Premier league is not a new league for Abraham because before joined to Roma Abraham is Chelsea player so, he probably can adapt well with this league and i assume Unai Emery bought Abraham as substutition for other striker because Aston Villa schedules is very tight and Emery want Aston Villa squad is more complete

I don't know if Liverpool need to lose again to sack Arne Slot? As we suspect next week Liverpool play Newcastle and if they lose at Anfield I suspect it will be sacked immediately.
I'm not convinced Liverpool will sack Arne Slot before the end of the season. I've observed Liverpool over the past few years and they rarely sack managers mid-season. So, if Liverpool lose to Newcastle, Arne Slot's position remains secure. Liverpool will evaluate Arne Slot's performance after the season is over to decide whether or not to retain him as manager.

Same as me, i see know reason sacking slot to replace him with  someone he is better than in all rectification, when slot took charge of Liverpool they had are lot of weakness that know one believed he could revive them but yet he made the become the king of England when know one expected it to happen, so letting him go because of his little mistakes won't be a good option instead he will be given time to go back to his drawing board maybe he will find a permanent solution to the teams inconsistent performance and even improve the same way other teams like Manchester united are doing now in the hands of Michael Carrick

He'll definitely be a reserve player at Aston Villa.
His Beşiktaş career wasn't good at all. He only scored 7 goals in the league. If Beşiktaş were an ordinary club, 7 goals wouldn't be a small number, but it wasn't enough since they were aiming for the championship. If he had scored at least 15 goals instead of 7, Beşiktaş wouldn't be in this situation right now.

He had his most productive season at Aston Villa. I don't think he'll have another season like that. As far as I know, he suffered a serious injury at one point. It won't be easy for him to regain his old performance.

He'll stay at Aston Villa for 1 or 1.5 years and then either go to Saudi Arabia or play for lower-ranked teams in the Premier League.

Nothing will happen after that.
