Because Sterling is finished, it's that simple, after all he has been injured a lot, those are the things that make him no longer needed by premier league clubs even for small clubs in the premier league not even interested in him...

Sterling isn't over yet in my opinion. Apart from injuries, he is still young and will play in a less intense league so less risk of injuries and even if his performance is lower than usual, the level of the league here will allow him to look good in my opinion. He has certainly a time to adapt which is contrasting with the short signing time. His contract is just until the end of this season. He was recruited to allow Feyenoord succeed in their competition. Later, he has to choose to continue or find another team to join.

Liverpool is linked to the Pulisic's move. I think this rumor sounds good to be true caused by Pulisic is Milan's key player. Apart from that this also confirms how they're really willing to offload Chiesa in summer. But i don't think it's a good move consider how prone Pulisic is.

He's often missed the game due to injury at Milan. It's not wise to spend huge fees to get a glass knee player like him. They can target a non injury prone with that amount of money.

Hopefully, this unnecessary transfer is still remain a rumor only until the next season.
Pulisic has become one of the most important player for Milan and they wouldn't want to let him go easily but if the player is willing to go and also the team is offered a reasonable amount them I think they will be willing to make the sale. Milan signed Pulisic from Chelsea for €20m so with Pulisic current market value i think they should be able to sell him for an amount not less than 60m which I think is a good deal for them but for Liverpool it should be fair if they can over look Pulisic injury detail, he is an injury prone but still capable of helping the team. I think it's better for Liverpool to look for someone else instead of signing an injury prone. There are more exciting and interesting players everywhere younger and talented to sign instead of settling for Pulisic for that price.  The price seem a bit high but Liverpool is now known to be a big spender in terms of signing players so maybe the money isn't a problem to them and I believe they will be aware of his reoccurring injuries. We just have to wait till the next transfer window to see how true the rumor is.

It honestly feels a bit unrealistic to me that he’d move to Liverpool. I’m not saying he wouldn’t be useful , he’s 27 and still capable of playing at a very high level , but after three seasons at Milan, where the league tempo isn’t anywhere near the intensity of the premier league, it would be tough without some extra work and serious adjustment. He had four really solid seasons at Chelsea, no doubt about that. And at Milan, it seems like he’s finally found his place and locked down his spot in the team. So in my humble opinion, i don’t think there’s much to this transfer rumor

Nottingham Forest seems to be sacking managers for fun, They’ve successfully sacked Sean Dyche, how do they just sack a manager after 4 months of managing the team, I don’t think there was any problem or Challenge for now, they’ve been in that relegation zone before he took over and he is doing his best to bring the club out of the relegation zone, I think Manniakis have single handedly destroyed his club by himself for sacking Nuno Espirto Santos at the first place, he shouldn’t have sacked Nuno.

Currently right now Nottingham Forest is a disaster, I don’t understand how they sacked a manager who is a specialist in relegation fight and plays more of a low-block and a defensive football that helps team survive in the Premier League, Well I don’t see how sacking Sean Dyche is going to help Nottingham Forest Survive Relegation Battle.

https://x.com/fabrizioromano/status/2021744716002603213?s=46
They made another mess and this seems to be one of the unique records for them where in 1 season they changed coaches up to 4 times lol.

This mess started with Nuno who really didn't deserve to be fired early and then more victims including Dyche.
From the start the management's decision was wrong and unfortunately they could not make better control and this should be their focus rather than continuing to change coaches which actually makes the chemistry even more lost then it would be better for them to focus on next season regardless of the results they will get because precisely by continuing to overhaul the coaching it actually makes the players have to re-adapt again and again to the scheme and style of the new coach.
I don't think this decision looks good for them even though I know they really want to make a significant difference to the squad to stay in the EPL but this way it becomes a gamble that could be even more detrimental.

Is this true? If it is then Woltemade's journey at Newcastle is going to end much sooner than I expected. He had a nice start there but couldn't maintain the same performance for a long time period.  Sad

He has even lost his place in the starting lineup to Wissa. Eddie Howe even used Gordon in some of those games instead of him.

He must be really not thinking about giving Woltemade lots of chances anymore...
Woltemade is having a long goal drought and hopefully he bounce back but still I'm not surprise they are trying to get another striker it shows they are ready to compete more and can not be dependent on a player who is not consistent or try to over use other players or play them out of position even if they may fair positively in that position.

Someone who scores only 12 goals in 28 Bundesliga games and has little else to show for himself can never become the starting striker for a top team in the Premier League. That's not going to change much in the future, that was his best performance and no one should expect more.

I sincerely hope that it is merely a rumor because I think Woltemade still deserves a chance, and when he regains his confidence, I'm sure he will be of great help to Newcastle. Nick Woltemade is a young player who I think has great potential for the future, and Newcastle made the right decision in signing him, but their only mistake was paying too much to make the transfer happen. If only they could be more patient, maybe Stuttgart wouldn't act so pretentious, and letting go of Woltemade at a lower price.

Woltemade may now be facing a rough patch, causing his performance to take a downturn , but I think he still has a chance to return to the form he showed at the start of the season.

Maybe they will try to get a backup striker as they have Yoan Wissa. I felt that Woltemade's move was too quick, they didn'teven give him time to establish himself before bidding for him, inasmuch as like the kid, the money they spent to bring him in was just too much and with that amount of money you need to show that level of performance.

Whatever made Newcastle think that Woltemade would be a good replacement for Isak. They don’t crazy money for a 23 year old with an average record believing that things were going to work out fine in the long turn. To be fair, Woltemade is a good player and is technical but he isn’t a good fit for Newcastle. I think it’s best for both parties if they sell him to another club.

This is what we're talking about. Newcastle United fans should be more careful because they might use their hand and ruined the good things going on for them. If Nick Woltemade is finding it difficult to score goals, what challenges can he poses? He's present and this goal drought is mere setback for the German. Magpies should believe he will bounce back to prime. He's not the only striker that's finding it extremely difficult to bang goals, most big names also find it difficult. Nick should be given more time because there's this impact he makes in the frontline for Newcastle United.
Newcastle need to be diplomatic in making decision. Woltemade is not Isak, he is not the only striker with less goals this season. Some players need to adjust to the system before they can start scoring goals. Till date, the perfect striker for Newcastle is still Isak, they will find it hard to find a striker of such quality who also knows the in and out of the system they play. Looking at the brighter start, Woltemade started his career in Newcastle very well. He scored goals in his first 3 matches, now he is only finding it difficult because Newcastle in general is not in a good form.

Sterling isn't over yet in my opinion. Apart from injuries, he is still young and will play in a less intense league so less risk of injuries and even if his performance is lower than usual, the level of the league here will allow him to look good in my opinion.
Are you serious that sterling isn’t old? I don’t know maybe you know sterling age range. I can’t really remember but I think sterling should be about 31 years of age, a player of that age what will he offer a team? Which team will want to sign a player of that age again. Sterling is already finished, and no top team will want to sign him again, you think if Chelsea still finds him useful they going to leave him to seat for bench for so long?

The best club that sterling will be going will be a club in a league thats less competitive, I will say leagues like that is where they going to be needing sterling, but no strong club will want sterling again.

Someone who scores only 12 goals in 28 Bundesliga games and has little else to show for himself can never become the starting striker for a top team in the Premier League. That's not going to change much in the future, that was his best performance and no one should expect more.
Newcastle definitely wouldn't be happy but spending this big on a Bundesliga player is something they could have expected not to do well or him taking sometime adapting. Yes he has scored consecutively and then got a drought now but they should be patient and I think they are but just want to sign an alternative which is great because it shows they actually want to compete.

Too good to be true? Why? Why would Liverpool need Pulisic? He is a great player but Liverpool just spent a ridiculous amount of money just 8 months ago to buy Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen, and Pulisic plays in the same part of the field of the German player. It would make no sense unless they plan on selling Wirtz, and I don't think they are ready to do it after just one season.
Pulisic is often being deployed as AM after Allegri took the charge as a head coach. Yet he's often played as RW and sometimes at LW during the previous seasons. So i rated him much more versatile than Wirtz as he can play in almost any position at forwards.

But yeah paying more than 50m for him makes no sense. However, who knows Liverpool will make it happen caused by they're in the process to offload Chiesa from the squad. So they need to add more depth to their wingers.

They paid non sense amounts for Wirtz. So 50m+ sounds easy for them to sign Pulisic from Milan.  Cheesy
Pulisic is a key player for AC Milan, there is no way they are going to let him go for 50 millions. If I were AC Milan I would ask them 80 millions, and I'm saying that as a Juventus fan. Considering the amount of money Liverpool spent for good-but-not-excellent players, offering 50 millions for Pulisic would be quite insulting.

For a league that is of a lower standard than the EPL, he's probably still quite capable and although it's a risk because of his injury proneness and of course the salary (I don't know if his salary has dropped dramatically or not) it's a risk but he still has a few years of age that should be utilized before he really enters a vulnerable era and retires.

Sterling still has pace and that can be put to very good use so if Feyenoord can finally make good use of him despite the risk of injury coming back at any time then maybe it could be worth it.

It may be a journey of time and it has to be done because looking at the current situation the competition in the EPL is not really suitable for Sterling and it is a wise decision to seek a new adventure in a different competition.

He can be deployed in several positions, and perhaps this type of player is highly sought after by certain coaches, as his presence can make a difference, even though Pulisic plays in the same position as Wirtz. Offering this price may seem less than ideal, considering that compared to previous signings, Liverpool have spent a significant amount of money on players who haven't made a difference and whose contributions haven't been particularly impressive. This price is certainly unreasonable for a player like Pulisic, it would be much better if Liverpool could make a slightly larger offer and easily acquire him.

The very cheap price of course makes the team management reluctant to let him go and on the other hand AC Milan is competing to win the title this season so it is impossible for them to want to let go of their key player of course that would be very risky for the stability of the team's performance.

This rumor surfaced because so far Christian Pulisic has not renewed his contract giving rise to speculation that he wants to move and the teams from the Premier League are waiting for this moment to approach him. Recently we heard Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool are interested in Pulisic but there is no information regarding the price offer yet, According to transfermarkt, Christian Pulisic's market value is 60 million and AC Milan brought him in 2023 by spending 20 million well, even by releasing him for 50 million, AC Milan has already made a good profit so i don't think they want to let it go for 80 Million, it's too expensive for a 27 year old.
