Liverpool is linked to the Pulisic's move. I think this rumor sounds good to be true caused by Pulisic is Milan's key player. Apart from that this also confirms how they're really willing to offload Chiesa in summer. But i don't think it's a good move consider how prone Pulisic is.

He's often missed the game due to injury at Milan. It's not wise to spend huge fees to get a glass knee player like him. They can target a non injury prone with that amount of money.

Hopefully, this unnecessary transfer is still remain a rumor only until the next season.
Pulisic has become one of the most important player for Milan and they wouldn't want to let him go easily but if the player is willing to go and also the team is offered a reasonable amount them I think they will be willing to make the sale. Milan signed Pulisic from Chelsea for €20m so with Pulisic current market value i think they should be able to sell him for an amount not less than 60m which I think is a good deal for them but for Liverpool it should be fair if they can over look Pulisic injury detail, he is an injury prone but still capable of helping the team. I think it's better for Liverpool to look for someone else instead of signing an injury prone. There are more exciting and interesting players everywhere younger and talented to sign instead of settling for Pulisic for that price.  The price seem a bit high but Liverpool is now known to be a big spender in terms of signing players so maybe the money isn't a problem to them and I believe they will be aware of his reoccurring injuries. We just have to wait till the next transfer window to see how true the rumor is.

Is this true? If it is then Woltemade's journey at Newcastle is going to end much sooner than I expected. He had a nice start there but couldn't maintain the same performance for a long time period.  Sad

He has even lost his place in the starting lineup to Wissa. Eddie Howe even used Gordon in some of those games instead of him.

He must be really not thinking about giving Woltemade lots of chances anymore...

I sincerely hope that it is merely a rumor because I think Woltemade still deserves a chance, and when he regains his confidence, I'm sure he will be of great help to Newcastle. Nick Woltemade is a young player who I think has great potential for the future, and Newcastle made the right decision in signing him, but their only mistake was paying too much to make the transfer happen. If only they could be more patient, maybe Stuttgart wouldn't act so pretentious, and letting go of Woltemade at a lower price.

Woltemade may now be facing a rough patch, causing his performance to take a downturn , but I think he still has a chance to return to the form he showed at the start of the season.

The price of a player can sometimes be so surprising because the price is so high beyond expectations and if a team doesn't act quickly, another team will come along. In Nick Woltemade's case, it might be a bit different because not many teams have made offers for him, so if Newcastle had been patient, they might not have had to spend as much money to sign him. In previous matches, he often came on as a substitute and perhaps lost out to Gordo which resulted in him getting limited playing time from the manager.

While I also believe Nick Woltemade can become a bigger player in the future as he improves his individual skills, a move away from Newcastle would be another matter. At the beginning of the season, his performance was quite impressive, but as time went on his performance declined significantly compared to the beginning of the season.

I confess that I'm trying to understand what Feyenoord's objective is in signing Raheem Sterling.

according to Fabrizio Romano: https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/2022008259071382014

Robin van Persie, Feyenoord's manager, has signed Raheem Sterling to a 6-month contract. You didn't hear wrong, he will be playing for Feyenoord for 6 months, but when I look at Raheem Sterling's stats, he played 17 games, scored 0 goals and had 2 assists.

In other words, the guy hasn't scored a single goal in 17 games, so how would he be of much help to Feyenoord? Remember that Feyenoord has only won two of their last five games and Feyenoord  has no chance of becoming champions and they were eliminated from the Europa League. What's the point of signing Raheem Sterling?
Finally Raheem  Sterling leaving England and accepting offer from Eredivisie team by playing for Feyenoord until six months later or the end of this season, since reach mutual contract agreement with Chelsea Raheem Sterling won't accept offer outside the Premier League club. Its normally bad statistic of Raheem Sterling in this season because he not play full or regular position, if you can see his performance when playing for Liverpool and Manchester City I believe you has high expectation for him.

Eredivisie actually not really competitive such as Premier League, during Raheem Sterling still 31 years old high expectation for him answer Feyenoord fans expectation by playing well. In my opinion Sterling will score around 6 to 10 goals in Eredivisie for several matches left at domestic league matches.

I just read that Bayern Munich has extended Dayot Upamecano's contract until 2030. Before this was officially announced, there were many rumors that Upamecano was being pursued by big clubs like Real Madrid. Upamecano is 27 years old and plays as the first-choice center-back for the team. Current reports say his value is around €70 million. Considering his performance, keeping him is the right decision. Bayern Munich really needs him. If he leaves, Munich doesn’t have many replacement options.

Bayern Munich acted swiftly by extending Dayot Upamecano contract, as they knew many top clubs, including Real Madrid, were interested in him. Bayern Munich understood that losing Upamecano would be a significant loss, given his excellent qualities as a center-back. With this contract extension, other clubs will no longer be aiming in signing him, and Bayern Munich will now be able to relax, as they no longer need to worry about him.

This is what we're talking about. Newcastle United fans should be more careful because they might use their hand and ruined the good things going on for them. If Nick Woltemade is finding it difficult to score goals, what challenges can he poses? He's present and this goal drought is mere setback for the German. Magpies should believe he will bounce back to prime. He's not the only striker that's finding it extremely difficult to bang goals, most big names also find it difficult. Nick should be given more time because there's this impact he makes in the frontline for Newcastle United.

Nottingham Forest seems to be sacking managers for fun, They’ve successfully sacked Sean Dyche, how do they just sack a manager after 4 months of managing the team, I don’t think there was any problem or Challenge for now, they’ve been in that relegation zone before he took over and he is doing his best to bring the club out of the relegation zone, I think Manniakis have single handedly destroyed his club by himself for sacking Nuno Espirto Santos at the first place, he shouldn’t have sacked Nuno.

Currently right now Nottingham Forest is a disaster, I don’t understand how they sacked a manager who is a specialist in relegation fight and plays more of a low-block and a defensive football that helps team survive in the Premier League, Well I don’t see how sacking Sean Dyche is going to help Nottingham Forest Survive Relegation Battle.

https://x.com/fabrizioromano/status/2021744716002603213?s=46
I mostly agree but Dyche wasn't blameless here. He just didn't deserve to be sacked now with twelve games to go. His first month was brilliant (four wins in seven games). Then teams figured out Forest had zero plan when they actually had the ball and it fell apart. Two wins in the last ten matches in the league. Lost to Everton twice, got dumped out the cup by Wrexham. The football was dire and predictable by the end.

But you're right sacking him in February is lunacy. You don't fire the survival expert when you are still three points from the drop.

Forest have an owner that talks to players behind the coach's back. Then a director of football bringing in possession players. And then they continue to hire coaches for defense. Nobody's on the same page. The players have learned three different defensive systems within 6 months. That's why they keep making mistakes, they're thinking and not just playing.

And I'll tell you what I took away from that Wolves match. Their $37.5m signing Hutchinson took two corners in succession direct into the side netting. Not close, just... Into the netting. The captain was forced to turn around and implore the fans to stop booing. That's how this squad's mind is at the moment.

Pereira's walking into a mess. If he doesn't win his first two home games the same toxic atmosphere that killed Dyche will eat him alive as well. And apparently Marinakis actually wants Marco Silva in the summer anyway so Pereira's just keeping the seat warm.

Four managers in one season. There's no precedent for surviving that. Forest are cooked and they did it to themselves.

If this deal goes through then it would be in the best interest of Pulisic than Liverpool that is being linked with the player, he is 27 and still has some more years to play active football coupled with his experience in English football with Chelsea which would be an added advantage for his possible employers (Liverpool) if this deal possibly works out then I am confident that the American international would have the opportunity to rewrite his history in the premiership.

Too good to be true? Why? Why would Liverpool need Pulisic? He is a great player but Liverpool just spent a ridiculous amount of money just 8 months ago to buy Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen, and Pulisic plays in the same part of the field of the German player. It would make no sense unless they plan on selling Wirtz, and I don't think they are ready to do it after just one season.

Pulisic is often being deployed as AM after Allegri took the charge as a head coach. Yet he's often played as RW and sometimes at LW during the previous seasons. So i rated him much more versatile than Wirtz as he can play in almost any position at forwards.

But yeah paying more than 50m for him makes no sense. However, who knows Liverpool will make it happen caused by they're in the process to offload Chiesa from the squad. So they need to add more depth to their wingers.

They paid non sense amounts for Wirtz. So 50m+ sounds easy for them to sign Pulisic from Milan.  Cheesy

I agree that it is not necessary for Liverpool to do this, otherwise Pulisic will only be a burden for Liverpool, especially since the high intensity of the matches in the Premier League will only make things worse if Pulisic will get injured easily, I agree with you that it is better for Liverpool to look for another striker who is in better condition and does not differ much in terms of ability from Pulisic, AC Milan in Allegri's hands will definitely keep him, they will not sell him, if they want to sell him it means they have a better candidate than Pulisic at the moment. Pulisic is absent too often, he will miss many matches with the team and his future is a big question mark.

Pulisic wasn't a great fit for Chelsea earlier. I don't know if it was about his not being able to adapt to Premier League football actually or just related to the team.

However he is doing a pretty good work at Milan this season. 8 goals and 2 assists in 16 Serie A matches. It could have been better than this too if it weren't for the injury period.

He might seem to be a nice addition if Tottenham signs him. But I hope he doesn't turn out to be like Xavi Simons at the end.

🚨 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐖𝐄 𝐆𝐎! Igor Tudor becomes Tottenham new head coach until end of the season 🔐

From Fabrizio Romano's page, Igor Tudor - the Croatian manager is set to stay in charge Tottenham until June 2026 as an interim manager while the likes of Roberto De Zerbi and Mauricio Pochettino are the main candidates for the permanent job."

I was thinking Pochettino again?
How will his journey to EPL be this time around?
Honestly, Tottenham need to get it right. Their position near relegation zone is not good for them.
They suffered the same fate with Manchester United last season, but it seems that United has turned things around for themselves.

Pochettino a candidate for Tottenham coach again? Wasn't he fired before? Now hired again?
Pochettino often fails in the Premier League as well as when with Chelsea.

With the appointment of Igor Tudor as interim coach I hope he can bring Tottenham better just like Carrick who was assigned to Manchester United until the end of the season.
Maybe with the new coach now at least have to avoid the relegation zone, that's the most important thing.

They need all the player that they could get their hands on right now and Sterling is not really gonna help them that much but atleast they got it on short term for free. Aside from that, Sterling will be paid like 1/10 of what he got when he was playing in Chelsea so yeah thats a huge pay cut just to make sure he will be playing so I guess based on that Sterling is ready to give them his best performance

Sterling could have either stay at Chelsea and paid all those massive amount while not playing or he could wait few months until a Saudi team pick him up but he chose Feyenoord instead so yeah this is weird but this show me his determination to keep playing

His a very good player and when he was in Manchester city I loved him because he was performing very well, I really don’t know why Manchester City decided to sell him to Chelsea and now Chelsea is not even using him very well, well it’s a good idea going to another club and Feyenoord football club is a good club and he will have more playing time over there, after the six months any club that will later buy him may benefit greatly from him, I believe he needs to be in a club were the coach will know how to use him very well, like I said before his a very good player and needs to be used very well. Yeah he may even score more goals than you mentioned.

Four managers in one season. There's no precedent for surviving that. Forest are cooked and they did it to themselves.

Yes... They did it to themselves. Their mistake started when they hired Ange. A lot of people said sacking Nuno was a mistake; they may be right, but that is not the biggest mistake. Sacking a manager who is not doing very well is not a very bad decision, but hiring a manager who finished 17th with his previous team is a funny decision.
It was obvious from the very bigining that the signg of Ange would be a disaster and we saw how it was. He didnt win a single league match in his short spell in the club.
Right now, they should get a manager that can help them escape relegation. If they survive they can start again and make better choices at the end of the season.

Because Sterling is finished, it's that simple, after all he has been injured a lot, those are the things that make him no longer needed by premier league clubs even for small clubs in the premier league not even interested in him, if he can still help in a competitive league we have certainly seen him playing in those small clubs when no longer used by Chelsea. I don't hate him, I'm just being objective. And in the Eredivisie there is a possibility that he could help a little given the relatively easy competition.
