Van Gaal's name may be good, but looking at the statement he gave when responding to this rumor, he said he was quite flattered because he was interested in the German national team, but he also said that something like this would be difficult for him and the German national team because looking at Germany's history, they never looked for a coach from outside his country so according to Van Gaal himself it would be difficult for him to be on the German national team and his chances were very small.

Currently Julien Neglesmann is the right man because I disagree that he lacks experience, the young coach has raisen through the ranks of been Hoffenheim manager to carrying a young Leipzig club to UCL semifinals, his biggest disappointment has come only at the defeat to Villareal in the champions league quarter finals for Bayern. But to be frankly speaking he is experienced. The sacking at Bayern was definitely due to little issue with the board and not performance alone. Since the arrival of Tuchel they haven’t been any significant changes that would signify that Neglesmann was the problem then. So I think he will fit perfectly for the German team because the squad is also a young one and need a modern coach and not old ones now again.

German would have even prefer Klopp but he can’t leave Liverpool at moment so the only right option left is Neglesmann. Xabi Alonso would have a better Option too but I doubt he will take the role. Not that he is building up a fantastic Leverkusen team but he is also gearing up to take the Madrid job come next season when Ancelloti leaves. If Bernardo Silva wants to leave Manchester City to go to Barcelona then that is the wrong decision because when he was with Manchester City he could have won titles for the Premier League and UCL like he has.

I can add Felix Magath to the list he is also an experienced coach and he can coach the Germans, however, they had good performance even with Rudi Völler but it seems he doesn't want to be the next manager of this team.
I guess Germans should not act in fact but they have to act wisely because the person who starts working there as a coach can even coach Germany in the next World Cup if he has a long-term plan for the team.

Younger Coaches? How old was Joachim Low then when he was handed the job for Germany.
Low lasted a very long while with the German side won trophies also with the side. He  was friendly with the side and wanted to see them winning. I gave it some thinking and Alonso will achieve lots but he should be given some time to build his side. With the Dutch side he was the best coach for me that Fifa Competition. For long term service German federation should look out for a younger tactical coach.
Since 2014 they have been horrible.

Selling young player is short solution for Barcelona financial because they have much debt indeed with Camp Nou renovation make difficult with financial condition. I think have efficiency with Barcelona financial be better in the future how to manage well with their young talent and promote them to senior level. Isn't Bayern Munich a top club? So, Nagelsmann should be worthy of being a potential coach for the German national team squad. Moreover, currently Nagelsmann is not tied to any club. It's just that, is this young coach interested in filling the place left by Hansi Flick. However, if I refer to several recent newspapers, Nagelsmann is on the list of coaches who will replace Hansi Flick. However, according to rumors circulating, there are several names on the candidate market for Hansi Flick's successor.

IMO, Nagelsmann is a good coach and has the potential to revive the German squad into a stronger team. Even if Nagesmann doesn't have experience as a national team coach, maybe this is the time for him to get that opportunity and show that he is capable and can make the German squad much better. They did something similar when Mbappe wanted to leave some season's ago and they were successful, so i'd not rule it out from happening again. PSG have made quite a lot of mistakes with Mbappe, though they refuse to admit it, they should have let him go when he wanted to do so some year's ago, instead they gave him a ridiculous contract that somewhat made him bigger than the club. That decision came back to bite them as Mbappe refused to sign a new contract and is prolly on his way out for free next summer. If PSG know what's best for their club, they'll simply let him go and build their team from there without him.

Having a younger coach open up the club to multiple advantages and one of such advantage is that,  the coach will have enough time to build the team from basement up to standard level,  where by the players and the coach will properly integrate to deliver the best result for the club,  so I am very much in support of have g a younger coach that stays long in the club.

Of what use is changing coaches any ways if clubs can adequately build a coach right from when he is young in the coaching career till retirement and having a possible replacement for that also.

Right now comparing the current state of Barcelona to Manchester City there is nothing more attractive in Barcelona for Haaland to be taking such a decision and even with such a price bid even if the news is legit. Looking at the young man his very comfortable right now staying in Manchester City and I don't even see him leaving anytime soon.

To be fair Nagelsmann is still free agent, and I believe that he would be the biggest name they could get. That dude is AMAZING at picking players, I would hire him as head/chief scout for any team in the world and there won't be any better, BUT he is not a tactician. I believe that he is young enough to do this for at least 20+ years as well if he could get some success. I don't think it's difficult for Nagelsmann to coach the German national team because basically the German national team is mostly filled with Bayern Munich players who he has previously managed. So whatever strategy or tactics Nagelsmann will provide will definitely be easily absorbed by the players. If you look at the track record of the German national team, they have never appointed a coach outside of Germany, I mean the DFB always appoints a coach who is a native German so if you think about choosing Van Gaal, chances are it won't happen. However, anything related to the German national team must also be handled by a native German coach and I think that has been a very long tradition.

Agree, Nagelsmann should be given the opportunity to coach the German national team because he is used to handling players who dominated the German squad. The Bayern Munich players were under his control when he was still active as Bayern coach, it was not too difficult for him to build a connection with the players and they really understood the tactics used by Nagelsmann.

The fee spent by Al Arabi to get Marco Verratti was worth 45 million euros and perhaps PSG just wanted to receive a higher offer from another club so they chose to reach an agreement with Al Arabi. I was wondering whether the Qatari league now wants to compete with the Saudi league for investment in bringing in European players? because after all these two leagues are related in the same season, in terms of exposure the Saudi league is bigger because it has succeeded in bringing in several great names. After Countinho, now Verrartti has joined the Qatari league and I can't wait how this league develops and of course they have to bring in other star players who have a big influence so that their league is noticed by many people.
