He might have gotten it hard in the first half of the season but he surely did great in the second half of the season with only Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool the clubs that have more points than him in this half of the season.

I do not know about the managerial career of him. I know that he was a very good defender back in the day. I also know that he is currently the coach of Burnley. And Burnley just got relegated. So I do not think it is going to be a very wise idea to actually get him as the coach of Bayern Munich. They should look for someone who has already been able to prove himself. And I do not think he is that guy.

You know, he has not coached big clubs so far. The first somewhat big club or decent club that he has actually taken up the coaching job for Burnley and they got relegated this season. So I do not think Munich should consider him as an actual candidate. I think Munich will be better off with the coach that they have right now instead of getting Kompany.

The manager who has managed his team to win the league is the best manager, that's just a common measure to give an award. No one doubts his capability as a manager with a bunch of trophies collection throughout his career. However, he has privilege to have the best squad to execute his plans, tactics and strategies, he barely faces struggles to prepare his plan to enter the season.

In my opinion, the award of the best manager should be given to the manager who has the best progression with his team, or achieved more than expected. I think Unai Emery deserves it, he guided Aston Villa to finish at 4th position and secure the ticket to play in Champions League next season. With the squad he has at Aston Villa, Emery can be said as overachieve, while Guardiola with the league title is expected to achieve.

Since Xavi is again about to leave Barcelona there are some coaches who are all linked to Barcelona.
Even in the past during this season when Barcelona got bad results in some matches, Barcelona was about to get Xavi fired from this team and now it seems because of the bad relationship between Xavi and Laporta they want to stop working with Xavi and use another coach for the next season.

Sure, Bayern Munich needs a top coach. Zidane, Conte, Klopp are 3 candidates who will be suitable for Bayern Munich. Kompany still has no same level with those coaches. He needs to prove that he can manage some top teams firstly.

I call it the Pep Guardiola effect. His former players join the ranks of his very successful assistant coaches like Domenec Torrent and Mikel Arteta. Everyone who works with Pep Guardiola climbs the career ladder faster.😅

I think Vincent Kompany is a promising young manager. Maybe he didn't get good results with Burnley this season, but he had great success in the season when they got promoted from the Championship to the Premier League. As the only coach to have won the EPL four times in a row and guardiola showed amazing performance in EPL. He completely deserved it as the only coach that was able to break the new record. Pep has worked so hard to make it happen and i think this is predictable. It would be ridiculous if the EPL gave Arteta the Premier League Manager of the Season award. Artetat did nothing for the arsenal. So far, no achievements have been made and he should not get premier league manager of the season.

I think this will just put him into the spotlight and make it harder for him to avoid criticism though. I bet if Bayern draws or some players make dumb mistakes he'll take the blame too. If they're looking for a temporary manager, I believe he should not be the priority either given that he's still young and would need time to adapt and develop his tactical and man-management skills. I can imagine it will be harder if you need to manage players with big egos if you don't have any credentials in your pocket.

Seems frustrated from Bayern Munich management after rejecting by six candidate manager and make them loss opportunity by appointing Burnley manager Vincent Kompany. Unbelievable with Bayern Munich candidate manager for next season because Vincent Kompany failed to make Burnley defend in Premier League how possibilities would be The Bavarian head coach? lack tactical and less experienced with top teams as manager I doubt he will be success become Bayern Munich manager if both side reach agreement deal.

I guess PSG have actually spent a lot of money in recent years and they are also not being able to still recover from the fact that they had to let Mbappé go. that’s why they are currently targeting young players who can be bought for a little less money.

I'm laughing at the budget that Glazer and Ineos will give Ten Hag to overhaul its club and it was even less than 50 millions. Vincent Kompay is give the right atmosphere he is going to flourish as a manager. Now take for instance when he was at Burnley in the championship, he won promotion to the premier league in his first season at Burnley, because the quality of players he has there was for for the job. When he was promoted to the premier league which of course required certain level of players to compete there, and his club couldn't attract such players to work with him. Every good coach no matter how good you are and you don't have quality players you can't deliver. Take a look at Carlo Ancelotti, he once coached Everton and couldn't win a trophy for them, infact he was even struggling at the club, until he was eventually sacked. Now look at that same Ancelotti at real Madrid doing great works there, because he has the right players to deliver his tactics.

Kompay is a great guy with good coaching philosophy, if given a chance to coach an elite team with quality players, I am sure he is going to achieve good results. I'm not surprised that many managers are rejecting Bayern Munich because their working ethics is sometimes questionable. Why sack Tuchel because he didn't win you a trophy you guys have been winning for the past 11 years, it's really surprising. For me Bayern should keep Tuchel and quit looking for a new coach.

It seems due to Pochettino can't meet the Boehly's target to secure Champions League spot after spending a lot money, but it was crazy if Pochettino dare to accept that challenge. Can't really blame Chelsea since Pochettino, as a coach should know the capability of the team before sign a contract. Although Pochettino can make Chelsea become better than the last season, but target is still a target.

Chelsea has succeeded in changing about three coaches within a 2 years interval and it's a really poor management from Chelsea owners, just when the team are getting better then all of a sudden either they sack or the coach is being compelled to leave due to how his being treated. Chelsea earlier deserves Tuchel, Potter should go but Pochettino is really one good selection to manage Chelsea and letting him go too easily is an awful decision. Who knows who they are in talk with, I lately over heard about bringing Mourinho.
