Qatari League seems not face financial difficult for signing top European player but its difficult signed them if not have star player there like Saudi Pro League have been ever with Cristiano Ronaldo.

I doubt has any top European player will move to Qatari League team due in transfer rumor dominance by Saudi Pro League team and they want spent much money for payment salary. Qatari League is already working for years, but they are not spending funds like Saudi League but now in coming years we will have good competition because these Arabs are having mentality of competing with each other but due to better and big market Saudi League could be in better shape with Qatari League is having no advantages like them but still they have already done good job as we all know Xavi before joining Barcelona was also in Qatari League as coach hopefully now in coming years they will try to have more stars even currently we will have strong monopoly of the Saudi League due to many advantages which are they using with the help of government and other investors as well.

Firstly, it is true that there was an offer from Al-Hilal and he should have joined the Saudi League team because there were so many other European players, including the newest one, Neymar. On the other hand, maybe I don't have more rights regarding the decisions that Verratti has taken, but I think he has his own reasons for choosing to join the Qatar League team. At the age of 30, Verratti should still be able to prioritize his career because after all, playing in the Middle Eastern league is not something that can last long and he can start again joining another European team, even if not in a big team.

Previously Arsenal put Partey's name on the sell list in last summer's transfer but provided that there were clubs who dared to bid at a suitable price for this player.
