Chelsea already spent a lot of money and i think this is it what they got until the winter transfer window. They got a bad team and they will have to try and make something out of this team. Because they keep on buying the wrong players and for them it aint working. They are just lost maybe after winning against Brighton they might get some wins in the league aswell.

Yes, the main problem is on the coach and Chelsea management. They decide to buy which players, it is their responsibility if they bring the wrong players on the squad. I still don't understand why Chelsea decided to hire Mauricio Pochettino. There is no something special with this coach, he is not the coach who has many good records. He only won the titles with PSG, it is easy because PSG is too superior in Ligue 1. But when he managed Tottenham and Southampton, he failed to win any title.

I think Chelsea needs to hire a new coach who can build a team with better players. I'm not sure Chelsea can build a strong team/squad with Pochettino.

It takes a long time to build a winning team, but in this case with Chelsea, they didn't make big signings. In my opinion, there were a lot of good players on the market that they could have signed, but they keep spending a lot of money on signings that don't make sense. for example, they could have hired good strikers and the team would have scored a lot of goals, but they didn't do that. Difficult to see David De Gea can't get any one team yet with all league competition around the world have played more than five until seven matches in domestic league. Actually for goal keeper have been 32 years is not old and looking with Buffon can play well until his age over 43 years old. I don't doubt with De Gea performance and many crucial save with Manchester United last season, I little doubt have internal problem with payment salary with team who interested for signing him. Bayern Munich rumored want to sign him but not get agreement deal yet and right now have hot rumor he will join with one of Saudi Pro League team. I actually think Xabi Alonso should definitely be the next coach of Real Madrid. He was a longtime player of Real Madrid. He is very much familiar to the system of Real Madrid club. If Pochettino is the problem of Chelsea, then there’s no need of arguing about the players they’ve bought to the club because most of them where even bought before Pochettino joined the team as a manager. Talking about records, it is true as you’ve said, Pochettino hasn’t won a serious title before with a big team asides from PSG who are always dominating their Ligue 1 year after year. Maybe they should have gone with Nagelsmann and not Pochettino but it’s all late now. What matters the most now is how Pochettino can put in his best effort to bring the best out of this squad. It is a matter of gradual process and transformation, so till today I have not really blamed Pochettino too much for his failure in Chelsea so far. He just needs to understand the players combination in every match, the ones which can blend well together in the field of play than another combination. Chelsea still have time to adjust their game plan before it’s too late.

I don't think Zidane will prefer to continue his club management career because he already won big trophies with his coaching experience with Real Madrid and left a great career status legacy. Even though Zidane is currently free, many clubs want him for coaching, but I think he personally does not like to be the manager of another club. Chelsea are after Dimarco and Theo Hernandez both according to rumours. However I doubt whether there is a need for more transfers to these areas. They would actually make use of some improvement in performance rather than making new transfers. Because they have already spent like half a billion dollars in the most recent transfer window.

Chelsea should prioritize the striking role instead of all these wide players. Theo Hernandez will definitely be a better left back than both Chilwell and Cucurella, and Dimarco can also fit in but the problem is this isn’t the emergency situation Chelsea hierarchies need to stop. They need a very prominent striker and with the crises at Napoli, Chelsea should be moving towards signing him other than these players they are after. There is a really serious problem when it comes to their centre-forward position now indeed. Nkunku is still injured and he will probably be out for more than a month still. Jackson is playing in his stead but his general performance so far has been horrible. This is also a big hit to their scoring productivity.

If not much thing changes when Nkunku returns then Chelsea might need to sign another striker in January. But hopefully there won't be such need after Nkunku recovers. He is a really quality striker and I hope his end won't be like Werner at Chelsea.

Gennaro Gattuso has reached an agreement as Marseille coach for this season and previously Marseille often had poor results which made previous coach Marcelino want to leave the club. This is a new experience for Gennaro Gattuso coaching a team in Ligue 1 and of course the former Milan legend is eagerly awaiting his ingenuity in managing Marseille. Actually, as a coach, Gennaro Gattuso is quite good but sometimes quite bad, so as a coach his quality is just right. Gennaro Gattuso will have another try in his coaching experience to try and revive his coaching career after he was fired from his former club. Marseille is a big challenge he will be taking up, I can’t say I’m confident that he is the right man for the job, I just want to wish him well with hopes that he excels this time around.
