Even though Barcelona is experiencing bad finances, the performance of its players proves that they are not staying for the money alone. Playing at Barcelona is the dream of many players, perhaps including Sancho as done by Joao Felix. The problem is that playing time will be difficult to rotate. Xavi has too many striker options, which will require a strategy of rotating each line. Pessimistic with Barcelona can sign Jadon Sancho can paying above 46 million euro for fees transfer, current transfer players in this season dominance by player have been free agent such as İlkay Gündoğan and Iñigo Martínez and some player signed with loan option such as João Cancelo and João Félix who reach agreement for cutting of almost 50% of salary payment with his previous team Atletico Madrid. I don't think Manchester United will give chance for Barcelona with loan clause because they want to sell Jadon Sancho actually above 50 million euro due his transfer values from Dortmund reach above 70 million euro.

The loyalty of the players at Madrid is not in doubt as we have seen the loyalty of several players for Madrid in the last decade such as Cristiano, Pepe, Sergio and Marcelo. After he said that he was not going to renew the contract, PSG literally did not regard him as a player of the main team. He had to train in the training ground with the reserve team if I am not wrong. So he had to renew the contract, or he had to stay out of action for one season. There is absolutely no chance of Barcelona signing Jadon Sancho, because the team has literally more than enough options to rotate in that position, they could afford Ansu Fati a regular playing time and had to loan him off to Brighton, just so he could get more playing time and there are players like Feran Torres and Raphinha sharing minutes, with Joao Felix being a more secured starter on the left flank. Jadon Sancho would have a lesser playing time than he would at Man United. Moreover, Barcelona doesn't have the financial capacity to sign every available on the market, I'm sure the club's priority for the season would be to make the move of Joao Cancelo and Felix permanent deals because both players are currently only on loan with Barcelona.
