It's never an easy job for managers who come to Chelsea. We can criticize and say that they could not bring Chelsea to a good place, but it is really very difficult to bring Chelsea to a good place in the league. If I had to choose based on my personal opinion, it looks like Barcelona needs a new coach who is more competent to handle Barcelona. I know, Xavi was able to bring Barcelona this far with very limited financial conditions.  However, as a Barcelona supporter, I am not satisfied with Xavi's performance, especially this season. Apart from the number of injured players who have been in the treatment room one after another, some of the systems he implemented were not ideal for me. one of them, the decline in the performance of Barcelona's back line. We don't know if sacking Pochettino is a good idea or bad idea. It depends on the result of the next season when the new coach is managing Chelsea. If it is worse than Pochettino, sacking Pochettino now is the wrong decision.

Well, I'm a bit surprised with this news. I see Chelsea got great performance, they won all the matches recently. I'd love to see Mourinho back on Chelsea. Mourinho being without a team and Chelsea sacking it's coach should not be a coincidence. Chelsea achieved it's golden days and reclaimed the title both on two different terms of Mourinho in Chelsea. Mourinho have bought a home in Chelsea and call them his home team. As Mourinho nears his career end as a coach and Chelsea is in a need of a coach, both of them should come together in mutual terms and appoint Mourinho at least for the respect of his past contribution.

I wouldn't wish that on Mourinho, even going to Saudi league would have been better than going to Chelsea, because at Chelsea they have zero clue how managers take time to establish their system and build a squad based on that, they expect managers to have good results even on the first season.

Inasmuch as I wouldn't want to judge the management for their decision, common sense will easily reveal that changing three coaches within two years is a bad precedence and suggest that the management did not do proper scrutiny before selecting. Chelsea struggled so much at the beginning of the season and into the middle until Pochettino revived the team and put them in winning ways. Sacking him will definitely affect the players so much because they were already finding their feet and blending so well in line with the coach's strategy.

I have known Chelsea as a low goal scoring team but I was surprised to see Chelsea transition into a goal scoring machine. For the longest period second part of this season I was confidently playing Chelsea 3+ and they have been delivering for me.

In my opinion, the award of the best manager should be given to the manager who has the best progression with his team, or achieved more than expected. I think Unai Emery deserves it, he guided Aston Villa to finish at 4th position and secure the ticket to play in Champions League next season. With the squad he has at Aston Villa, Emery can be said as overachieve, while Guardiola with the league title is expected to achieve.     

Since Pep Guardiola has already achieved a lot in his coaching career they should have given it to either Mikel Arteta or Unai Emery because the two coaches made sure their teams remained in a comfortable position in the league table till the end though Unai Emery did a great job for Aston Villa by qualifying them for champions league next season since 1983 so is a very huge achievement for the club and their fans because they will be having a new experience in the European competition next season. This is definitely old news no need to go back extra to search again, all this candidates where the ones lined up to replace Xavi when he himself announced that he was going to go away from the club. The man who was mostly tipped to replace him was the then De Zerbi and also Hansi Flick; who Barcelona do not held in high regards like that due to playing pattern of high intensity game and Barcelona still prefers the tiki taka pattern. They have analyzed how the market is and decided not to part ways with Xavi again and he will remain next season as their manager.

I have known Chelsea as a low goal scoring team but I was surprised to see Chelsea transition into a goal scoring machine. For the longest period second part of this season I was confidently playing Chelsea 3+ and they have been delivering for me.

Getting a new and better manger is the right thing to do for Chelsea because next season things will get hotter and the challenge will become more and more as Manchester City and Arsenal won't be stepping down soon.

I am going completely against this with I have feeling Pochettino done good job, and now he deserves another season for having much better things and there is no doubt he brought this crap into good position with Boehly is doing wrong things with firing coaches just because they want to have their suggestions for having new players in squad its completely nonsense from him because this will bring more problems instead of having anything positive about this team in the future.
Chelsea deserve better results and spots with this is possible but now this all needed some calm and patience from the Boehly who is doing things with his own which are never been ideal for any person who is having relief after some long time and huge investment.

Pep Guardiola has been awarded as the premier league manager of the season after he was nominated alongside Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta, Unai Emery, Andoni Iraola and Jurgen Klopp. Pep Guardiola is one manager I like so much because he is always full of energy and makes sure he wins a trophy for his club and his coaching skills is also admirable so he deserves the award after fighting a good fight and won at last. Congratulations to him on his well deserved award at least it isn't easy to win the premier league trophy 4 consecutive times so he really dida great job for Manchester City.

In my opinion, the award of the best manager should be given to the manager who has the best progression with his team, or achieved more than expected. I think Unai Emery deserves it, he guided Aston Villa to finish at 4th position and secure the ticket to play in Champions League next season. With the squad he has at Aston Villa, Emery can be said as overachieve, while Guardiola with the league title is expected to achieve.     

Since Pep Guardiola has already achieved a lot in his coaching career they should have given it to either Mikel Arteta or Unai Emery because the two coaches made sure their teams remained in a comfortable position in the league table till the end though Unai Emery did a great job for Aston Villa by qualifying them for champions league next season since 1983 so is a very huge achievement for the club and their fans because they will be having a new experience in the European competition next season. Definitely Unai Emery would have been awarded the manager of the season but since it is done by voting and with how Pep Guardiola has made lots of impact for Manchester City, it wouldn't have been easy to vote any other person if not him.

I think the game is fair. Pep Guardiola is completely justified in being the best coach this season. He helped Man City win the Premier League championship for the fourth time in a row. This is the toughest league in the world and their competitors play extraordinary football. In this tournament, the teams are almost evenly matched. And it can be said that it was a tactical battle between the coaches.
I also deny that Arteta or Klopp are good coaches because they brought the championship race to the final round. Or Emery did something unbelievable when he brought Aston Villa to the Champions League, and Iraola is doing well at Bournemouth after a difficult start.
