Please look at the fact that if newcastle is trying to take ruben neves as a loan from al hilal instead of signing the new players. Newcastle does have so many great players in SPL league. This is the fact.  There's no need to sign a new player again for the club. Having ruben neves will be fixing the temporary problem faced by newcastle.

There have been many alternative players for those over priced guys if chelsea was willing to find that but this club is so damn bad in scouting the players. Sometimes it can be a pretty good choice but almost all of players bought during the previous seasons were over priced.
They do have very expensive price but average skill. I see nothing special from enzo fernandes. This guy has good gameplay as a midfielder but enzo has very bad long range shoot. That's why he was always failed in making proper shoot even when he was in front of the goalnet.
Mudryk was also playing so badly since last season but this guy was consistently doing improvement for himself. Caicedo was also overrated and overpriced defensive midfielder.

Kroos has also positioned himself against transfers into the Saudi league. Toni Kroos has won it all, he needs that retirement. He was amongst the set of players that won the FIFA World Cup Competition 2014 against Argentina. Mario Gotze made sure his nation did win.
