Good question, but maybe the owners have fallen into a trap from which they want to get out, even at the cost of the fact that the coach does not suit them very much.   In my opinion i don't think getting a team filled with young talents is the problem but getting the ones that doesn't suit the club is the problem, why on earth would they sign Jackson as their striker a player who wasn't a 1st starter from Villareal  to come top 9 for Chelsea he's not even strong or physically fit to be Chelsea's top 9, left for me they shouldn't had loaned Lukaku to Roma they would've allowed him stay for this season and sell or loan him out next transfer window when they get a proper striker.

Definitely Newcastle would need a new replacement for Tonali because it seems like since he got banned they've stopped being consistent, it so suprising how the absence of one player could affect the performance of a club, therefore they need to start now in finding the right replacement that would perform well the club like Tonali did  before he got into the gambling situation that got him banned.

There have been many alternative players for those over priced guys if chelsea was willing to find that but this club is so damn bad in scouting the players. Sometimes it can be a pretty good choice but almost all of players bought during the previous seasons were over priced.
They do have very expensive price but average skill. I see nothing special from enzo fernandes. This guy has good gameplay as a midfielder but enzo has very bad long range shoot. That's why he was always failed in making proper shoot even when he was in front of the goalnet.
Mudryk was also playing so badly since last season but this guy was consistently doing improvement for himself. Caicedo was also overrated and overpriced defensive midfielder.
I don't know why this club is so stupid by agreed to buy those average players with non sense price like what? Is there no an alternative for those guys? Chelsea shall ahve stopped this stupid habits. It will not even pay off in long term.

Toni Kroos has won it all, he needs that retirement. He was amongst the set of players that won the FIFA World Cup Competition 2014 against Argentina. Mario Gotze made sure his nation did win.
