Maybe I talked nonsense there.    It was too much to ask from Kalvin Phillips to be a part of Leeds in the Championship. But he can at least join a team now at which he can find many more chances in the starting eleven. It is very difficult for him to do that at Manchester City now as you have also said.

Garcia has been under increasing pressure and there were reports to replace the Frenchman with Conte, who has been out of work since leaving Tottenham back in March, Antonio is a big coach who has earned quite a profile and there could be lots of reasons why he rejected to join Napoil side probably Financial reasons or the general team’s performance currently.

 Conte loves building a team from Day 1 and joining mid season might not make his style for the team work immediately hence, reducing his managerial ratings. So probably he prefers getting into the team from the pre season period, well I think Conte prefers waiting a little more before returning. Im not sure about this, real madrid didn't require a lot of money to get mbappe but the club needs to spend a lot of money for haaland. The only problem if mbappe and haaland will be received high salaries that may push the salary cap of real madrid.
Considering the current condition of Real Madrid, which is in a good state unlike Barcelona, I don't believe that the only EPL club can achieve what Real Madrid can, especially given Barcelona's financial troubles and their horrible position.

A clause was included which allows the club to terminate his contract next June should he be dismissed in his first campaign, If care is not taken Garcia might take this sweet Napoli side from top to bottom not even Mid.
