To be honest, I don't want to hear this news but it looks like Juventus doesn't have full control to be able to keep Federico Chiesa any longer. It would be a risky decision for Osimhen if he wanted to go to Chelsea. Because Chelsea is in a state that is not so good, and many players fail when they are there. Chelsea has two strikers and adding osimhen will make the club's total striker to be overloaded. I do support the club to buy the new striker since the old striker have been so wasteful adn they were performing so poorly.
