Ivan Toney is a good striker, he had not been linked to Manchester United alone but also to Chelsea, and lastly Arsenal who currently needs a striker badly.

Except now that there is a new policy about how clubs in the premier league are going to be spending their funds but the other time the rules was always that you spend within the amount you gain as revenue over the season. We all know that Manchester United through their high capacity in their stadium old Trafford they earn a lot alone from the tickets, talk of more of sponsorship deals over the season. Man United doesn't need any CF again, because Man United still has Rasmus Højlund. 2 strikers is enough, Man United doesn't need too many strikers. Having too many strikers just waste money because only 1 striker is needed on the main lineup.

This was because united has not yet meet The PSR rules that allows you to losses of up to £105m over a three-season. I remember United posted they had £71.4m ($91.4m) in losses for three months ended in March. But, this is not above the maximum allowed by PSR rules. So, they are fine now.

They spent 200 million on three transfers. But, that didn't mean United broke PSR rules. I remind you, sales are front-loaded and purchases are spread over the contract length.

This player can play well in the Italian league but we shouldn't forget that this is the EPL where even some of the best players come and become flops. I'll still say it that nobody should say  Zirkzee is going to bring the best of Manchester United yet until we see his performance with the Red Devils, we have players in the Man UTD dressing room that haven't played half of what they were playing in their previous clubs so is too early, we know UTD are bad at making a player play his best, is just a matter of time to see this guy in action.

COMO is truly the most enthusiastic team in the transfer market. Because so far they have even succeeded in bringing in several new players to their squad. They are Gabriel Strefezza, Alberto Dossena, Andrea Belotti, Matthias Braunoder, Ben Lhassine Kone, Peter Kovacik and Marco Curto. Although the players brought in do not seem to be quite expensive players. but at least COMO shows a clear enthusiasm and seriousness for Serie A. I think next season COMO can be a team that can avoid the relegation zone. But I probably don't have too high hopes for this club. It's just that I appreciate the preparations they have made in the current transfer market.
