I totally agree with you. Thomas Muller has done so much for German football and now it is time to give younger players chance. He has had amazing career winning many awards including the Golden Boot. He is legend in German football. He might keep playing club football but he will probably stay with Bayern Munich until his contract ends. He might consider playing outside Europe but it is unlikely he will join another European club. Muller time playing club football might be coming to an end but his legacy will live on. Thomas Muller is such a big name in the German football and also a big name in the Bayern Munich’s Bundesliga league. He has achieved greatness all his years in football for club and country side. I can’t even remember him playing for any other team asides from Bayern Munich since I started watching him. It is indeed an high time for him to retire from international football and be playing on club side peripherally before he finally retires football fully. It's a great trend, I think. Players are ordinary workers/asset owners and not slaves, so it is fair that they manage their labor, and not some “third parties”. It is clear that in the future we will still see cases where one club receives huge amounts of money simply for the fact that it breaks a contract with a player early, but in most cases the beneficiaries will be the players themselves.

Thomas Muller have made great contributions to the German national team in his 129 appearances he played for the team and scored 45 goals so it's a very good achievement in his football career for his country and now that he has retired after the UEFA EURO competition, he will greatly be missed in the national team because throughout his international career he has been impactful in the German squad. He is 34 years and still have more playing time before his final retirement from football and he has been devoted to the Bayern Munich team both the Bayern division 2 and the Bayern junior team since the year 2000 till now which means that the German footballer's career has been within the circle of the Bayern clubs and since he joined the Bayern senior team in 2008 till date he has been very helpful. Chelsea are in the race to sign Osimhen. What is delaying them from the signing Osimhen is because of the €120m and €12m salary net, Napoli demands, which Chelsea management perceived as being expensive to sign Osimhen. Except when Napoli has a change of conditions deal, they will have Chelsea signing Osimhen, but if nothing changes towards the condition of the deal, Chelsea would back off from signing Osimhen. Any club that has such a huge amount to sign Osimhen for, would go ahead to sign him.

The space and linkup play Zirkzee creates coupled with Greenwood’s high finishing rate with both feet would have been so ideal. But Zirzkee can play anywhere across the front and Garnacho scores more on the right.

If a club does not put a player up for transfer, it means that it expects to renew the contract with him, but sometimes it happens that they are unable to agree on new terms of the contract with the player, when the player wants to receive more payment, or a longer contract and the club is not ready to give them such conditions. In this case, there is a risk of releasing the player as a free agent and, of course, this will be a big loss for the team. In my opinion, Musiala was one of the best players of the tournament. He played wonderfully and was one of the names I enjoyed watching, along with Yamal. Müller has achieved great things in the past, but now he too must gradually leave the scene. Today was all about Mbappe and Real Madrid, the long awaited transfer happened and he was unveiled today but what surprises me most is the fact that PSG actually let him go for free despite spending so much on him and also knowing that he still has many years to play active football. There are some players you cannot force to renew their contracts especially if they are important to the club. We saw that happen in the case of Mbappe in PSG where the club did everything possible to make him renew his contract but they failed. Players like Mo Salah and Van Dijk are senior players that Liverpool cannot force to renew their contracts. These players have also given the best service to Liverpool over the years so the club needs to respect their decisions. These players might not want to continue with Liverpool and renewing contracts might reduce the opportunity to attract better clubs or get a more lucrative contract.

The European Nations and Copa America really slowed the transfer market. Hopefully, activities in the market will increase in the next few weeks before the start of a new season.

Antonio Conte is ready to form a Napoli squad next season without Osimhen. that's why he plans and wants Napoli to bring in Lukaku as his replacement. I don't see anything wrong with a club taking huge money for the sale of a player. They have a contract with that player and if the player wants to leave the club that wants him has to pay the asking price. If the player stays and sees out his contract then that's a win-win for both the player, and the clubs.
I also like the idea of a "release clause". This helps the player gain some money from the sale too. Why I like it because since the player has a contract with a club if another club wants him, you have to trigger his release clause.
Also, if the transfer of the player was not up to the club but to the player alone, the player can just negotiate with another club and agree to sign for them thereby disrupting the plans of his current club.
