People are talking really positive about Viana so we will see. I remember his footballer years from the times he played in the Premier League and La Liga especially. I know the back up plans for him would be exiting the European league and moving towards Saudi and China but he still has potential to actually play in the European league, top ones to be precise. I read the other day about OM actually in talks with him which is good one, because the club is an amazing club at the moment and a great project in the future.

So he just needs to sign with them and revive his career, he definitely will need to reduce his wages for clubs to come back and maybe get a huge later, this wage thing is because of his lack of playing time if not players at his age are still getting paid such amounts in euros

Pep Guardiola is much better because he knows many of the characteristics of English players and he can also apply a combination of Tiki-Taka strategy and the English style of play from his previous coaching days. Pep Guardiola is also good at seeing the potential of young players that England have so it is easier for him to make changes to the national team. I don't think any player at Paul Pogba level will consider moving to China. A few years ago, the Chinese league was once like the Saudi league, and many top players moved there and made food money. However, the Chinese government couldn't sustain its spending spree since the clubs failed to be self-sufficient. Corruption and other irregularities finally killed the Chinese Super League. Saudi Arabia or the Major League Soccer might be his perfect destination. But I guess the US League will suit his lifestyle more; he likes the grooves and party stuff.

A brilliant recruitment from City. Hugo Viana is good, and i see a lot of positive in him. He's transformed a dying Sporting into one of the best clubs in the Portuguese league. He's very good at speaking and convincing players to join his club. His main task is negotiating with players/agents. He will help us get a targeted player.
He will help us maintain our domination in PL.

With the way Pep Guardiola sounded about managing a national team at this stage of his career, there is no way he is going to quit club football now for national team. So I don't think Pep will make an immediate switch to international football now, so Thomas Tuchel should be considered for the Job because Pep is not available. Jamie Bynoe-Gittens is only 20 years old. I think he might have problems handling the responsibility of being Liverpool's striker after Mohamed Salah.
