You don’t see a lot of players make this decision because a player like Vinicius will be given a very huge contract and the fact that he was able to make the decision of staying at Real Madrid means he is really not playing for the money. He is still young and still needs to play in Europe for now and try to win more trophies and awards.

200 million per annum is an insane amount and not being tempted by the offer shows high level of professionalism. It is a life changing offer even for a player of Vinicius status, if he accepts the offer it’s also a great deal for Real Madrid receiving a transfer fee of 300 million.
