I think you are right about Rashford. He thinks he is better player than he really is. He is not consistent and does not work hard enough. He has talent but he is not using it well. Moving to Barcelona might not be good for him because there is a lot of pressure to play well. But if he work with coach who can help him improve he might start to reach his goals. Another option is to move to team like Dortmund where there less pressure. If Rashford is willing to work hard he can still become an important player for Manchester United.
Rashford was at a time a very big name player in the Premier League at Manchester United. After some time, he began to play poorly and lost his confidence and prowess in the whole football. He may still be applying the best skills he knows how to, but if it is not good enough, he’ll end up likely going to be a forgotten player who never rises to his prime before fading away. I also don’t think he can still shine that much in Manchester United, the pressure is much there and I think he needs all the best he can in order to make a difference of himself to others in general. Trying out some few good clubs could help his career better and I think it’s worth it for him in the end rather than been stale in a place without any progress.

Yes, João Félix should have a much more significant playing opportunity than when he was at Chelsea. Well, to AC Milan or Ason Villa. Because so far, Aston Villa is also one of the clubs that really wants the player. He said that João Félix is a talented player that they have wanted for a long time.
The decision to leave on loan made João Félix lose his momentum to perform at his best level in recent seasons and that was a decision that did not benefit him. Apart from the two clubs in the previous transfer market, there were also several teams that wanted João Félix's services but he did not take that opportunity. At Chelsea itself, João Félix lost out to Cole Palmer, making his position more complicated this season so the decision to leave was much better than staying because it would affect the time to play regularly.

Rashford was really used as a mannequin by Amorim so that every player knew how they would end up if they couldn't do what their coach wanted (stubborn and undisciplined, will definitely be out of the squad). I think Rashford is too stubborn and he really can't shake off his stardom, so he's reluctant to give in, especially since he no longer has a good relationship with Amorim. I agree with you, I also think Barcelona is not the right team for Rashford. It won't be long until he'll be a bench dweller as he is too lazy to chase the ball when his team loses possession, and that attitude is sure to be a disease at Barcelona.

The problem with Rashford is he sees himself better than he actually is. It's like he overrated himself. It's obvious he has the talent, when you watch him play you'll know he he can be good, but he just doesn't want to work hard. For a player to be consistent they have to work hard. Having talent is one thing, but working hard in all aspects helps you stay sharp and always ready to compete at the top level.
No matter how good you play but when the ethics are bad then it will be thrown away. There are many examples of players who have great potential to achieve a career but because of ethics make their football career disappear. Well this is happening to Rashford but he can still save himself and just needs to get back on the right track. Rashford is still young if he can make peace with his ego then the door of Man United is always open to welcome him.

It turns out that I'm not the only one who thinks that Rashford is a talented player but is destroyed by his own ego and bad ethics. He feels more arrogant and in the end his career is now very bad and his fans must be very disappointed with his current nature. And I also agree with you if Rashford can change his nature like before, I'm sure he can still be saved and return to being a player who can be relied on to score. But if he is still stubborn and cannot be changed, maybe Man United doesn't need a stubborn player who is difficult to work with.

I think Joao Felix deserves to find a new club to get more playing time, staying at Chelsea will not make his career develop further. Enzo Maresca has made Joao Felix a second string player, and the former Atletico player has been seen playing more in the Conference League. Competition for a place in the Chelsea first team is very tight, because Enzo Maresca has several players in the same position. Joao Felix moved to Chelsea because he did not feel comfortable returning to Atletico, and at Chelsea he seemed unlucky. Maybe at AC Milan the Portuguese international can perform to expectations. Aston Villa are also rumored to be interested in signing Joao Felix, and so far there is no certainty about where the player will end up.
The mismatch with the scheme and plans of the new coach made Joao get a situation that was not much different from what he had a few seasons ago where he got very little chance to play for now. On the other hand, the momentum he gave also decreased with Enzo's current scheme because when he was given the opportunity to play he did not really perform optimally. 12 times he was played by Enzo during the EPL even though most of them started from the reserve but he could not prove himself that he was worthy of being a player with a fairly expensive price. It seems that for now looking for a new club seems like it is still possible for Joao but if indeed he still wants to enjoy his time at Chelsea even with the current conditions it is actually still possible but when this is left further then in the end this is also not a good thing for him for his future career.

I don't think his deal with Barcelona will work out, but I think Flick can bring out a better side of him. If the Barcelona deal doesn't work out then he should go to a team like Dortmund where the pressure wont be as much as Manchester United. If he is serious, he can work his way back to the starting 11 of Manchester United.

I will not judge the guy the way you are judging him right now, you see, if you are in a bad club, your talent may die with you, except you are just exceptional. You can see what happened to C. Ronaldo in Man U compared to moving out of the club. Let Rashford move to Barcelona, after all, they are just experimenting, and who knows, he might be better there. You said it yourself, Barcelona will make him work harder, perhaps that's what he needs to rediscover himself from what Man U has caused him.

Aston Villa is also interested in a loan deal for Rashford... His future is still not decided. I'm curious about whether this makes him nervous. Because it is said that his relationship with Amorim is completely broken now. He must be very indisciplined these days to come to this point. I don't understand Rashford in the first place. You have a talent actually but you insist on not working hard. Why wouldn't you want to improve your career? I wonder where he will end up. There are only a few days left for the end of the transfer window. He had better join Aston Villa on loan. If Rashford is smart enough, he should go to the Aston Villa. His career in Manchester United is finished. He has no trust from Amorim to play in the squad. This is why Amorim has always excluded him from starting line-up due to the technical reason. Enough to judge Amorim has no trust to him anymore. The better for him to leave then prove his quality in the different but still in the same league. He's fuckin dumb if he still stubborn to stay much longer in this club.

At just 27 years of age is kind of ill perceived in my opinion because if a player has world class talent, but can't enfold that talent into consistent quality by the age of 27, then what's more to expect from that player? Think about the top stars in the world and if they all needed to turn 27 or even 28 to first show signs of consistently high quality play, would they have ever become the top stars in the world? No way! Rashford's career is approaching the end in highest class football. If he doesn't have some sort of breakthrough, another brilliant season with 20+ goals or maybe 15 goals and 10 assists or something, then it is probably time for him to go to Saudi Arabia in two years from now. For a player with his talent, 27 years of age is old when you consider what he has achieved so far. Imagine Bellingham would take until the age of 27 before he finally plays great football each game.

According to the latest. Jorge Mendes is in Italy, it is in Turin but in the evening it will go in Milan.
The object looks like to have Joao Felix on loan to AcMilan.
Few hours left tho, is it too late for the move?
Why late? Winter transfer window will be closing at 3 feb. There still enough time left to bring Felix to the AC Milan. As far as i know, Chelsea has already agreed to send him as a loan to the serie a club. The player is also giving green light for this move. It's only matter of time until a new announcement will be coming before the close of winter window. Hopefully, he gets enough minutes at Milan.

Here's why Joao Felix is so close to becoming the next "luxury player flop": he's had 12 (yes, 12!) chances to play under Enzo, but he hasn't put on a show that changes the game. That's not a problem with strategy; that's a player who isn't trying hard enough to fit into the plans of his team. Take a look at Hojlund. The club is still behind him (for now) even though he hasn't scored in a while, because he tries and fights. Felix, meanwhile, looks like he's waiting for the right system to make him shine like magic. Breaking news: the best players make the game fit their needs, not the other way around. The club is not in the middle of the table and can't afford to let him "find himself." This is Chelsea. The team is already looking at Jhon Duran, who is worth £80M, to improve their attack. Felix is going to be sent out right away if he doesn't start showing why he should stay. He'll probably go to Villa or even back to Spain, but who wants to take that chance at this point? Now is the only time that matters. If you don't show you deserve it at this level, you could end up being like James Rodriguez: talented but never quite living up to the hype.

I think his ego is high. We need to know that Rashford started his football career from Manchester United Academy and then got promoted to Manchester United senior team. He had never move to any team in his whole career, there's a difference when you start from small and you start from big. Aston Villa is a small team, I guess Rashford will reject it and choose to wait bigger teams to recruit him or he will wait until his contract expire.

At that age, a professional player usually has skills and maturity in their game. For a player's success, it all depends on how they reach peak performance. In Rashford's case, he doesn't get a place at United. If he doesn't leave United and join another team, the situation will get worse by not getting playing minutes. United and Rashford must take steps to progress together. The price is lowered as well as Rashford who may have to be willing to lower his salary at the new club. Barcelona might be interested if the price agreement is not too high. But if the asking price disrupts Barcelona's finances, they will not get a player like that.

We can't know, on the contrary, it can motivate Rashford to prove to everyone in Barcelona how good a coach he is, and his stubbornness is simply his unwillingness to work with Amorim. I don't know why it happened that Amorim couldn't establish a relationship with Rashford from the very beginning, but now it's gone too far and I think that they simply have no chance of working together. Therefore, Rashford needs to find a new team as soon as possible to have game practice and not sit on the bench, or even remain out of the application.

According to the latest. Jorge Mendes is in Italy, it is in Turin but in the evening it will go in Milan.
The object looks like to have Joao Felix on loan to AcMilan.
Few hours left tho, is it too late for the move?
Yes, João Félix should have a much more significant playing opportunity than when he was at Chelsea. Well, to AC Milan or Ason Villa. Because so far, Aston Villa is also one of the clubs that really wants the player. He said that João Félix is a talented player that they have wanted for a long time. Source: ston Villa director Monchi confirmsJoao Felix, in my opinion, shone at an early age and although he should have been a little better, he played football at a slightly tense level due to high expectations from him. This caused him to become a striker who never lived up to expectations. In my opinion, a player who was transferred at the age of 18 for an astronomical transfer fee should be one of the best in the world 7 years later, but he has become a player whose career is constantly on the decline.

I don't even know why AC Milan considered to sell him considering the fact that he was just bought at the starting of the current campaign. With Osimhen already braised to leave Galatasaray and also with Icardi absence from football due to injury, it is wise for Galatasaray to reinforce their squad to make sure they maintain their competitive edge in the league. Their decision to sign Morata might be strange when you consider that he is 32 years old, he might not be able to play for long.
Milan has been trying to sign Santiago Gimenez from Feyenoord if you haven't heard. They must have made serious progress on the signing otherwise I wouldn't expect them to let Morata go already now. There are Tammy Abraham and Luka Jovic as well in the squad maybe but they don't look even as reliable as Morata. But I can't say Morata is a great CF either. At least he makes bigger score contribution and can be useful for Galatasaray when Osimhen's loan ends. Galatasaray should actually focus on improving the defense line with new signings instead. And when it comes to Osimhen situation, they say Galatasaray made an offer of 65 million euros but rejected by Napoli. They want 75 million just like in his release clause.

This is about the transfer of Neymar Jr.
After successfully displaying his heroic actions with Santos FC, Neymar's talent captivated FC Barcelona and at FC Barcelona, Neymar became a great player with Lionel Messi and made him one of the most feared players by the opponent's defense. Injuries always haunt Neymar, but he did not disappear from circulation because PSG was also interested in him and Neymar wore the PSG uniform from August 2017 to August 2023. Not only that, one of the Saudi Arabian clubs bought him at a high price but unfortunately with Al Hilal he almost did not play due to injury.
Now, Neymar is returning to his childhood club, Santos. I think this is Neymar's career journey which is close to its peak and close to ending his playing time as a professional footballer.

The situation between Rashford at the moment is indeed quite complicated, on the one hand Rashford is actually a talented player who can make a difference every time he plays, but it is precisely his undisciplined attitude and often half-hearted play that makes Amorim waste Rashford from squad, even previously in a interview, Amorim said that he would prefer to put an old goalkeeper on the bench rather than Rashford at the moment, So this shows a big mistake made by Rashford so he got a penalty from Amorim, I think it should be a lesson for other players because after all the coach has the authority to throw anyone out if they are not committed to the club, but in other hand, Manchester United should now find a way to improve the relationship between Amorim and Rashford, because maybe the problem will affect the performance and the dynamics team if it continues to be allowed to drag on.

It is the final days of the transfer window and it's so suprising that his fate is still undecided, too bad that a similar situation that occurred between Sancho and Ten Hag is about to happen again and it's not helping cause he'll become a liability to the club since he's earning a fat salary and not putting much effort to helping the team. I'm not going to be among those fans club that would tolerate a players bad attitude just because they're his fans, he's a very talented player no doubt but he needs to work on his attitude and put the club first. Amorim is never the problem in this situation, these same set of players have caused other previous coaches to lose their job and I love how Amorim is handling the situation, if you notice, Rashford's teammate Garnacho that was given same treatment and benched against Manchester City in the past has changed his attitude and placed back in the first team, he's even being praised by the coach currently and I wonder why Rashford can't do same, he's not bigger than Manchester United and needs to change or leave the club for players that would fight for the badge to come in.

It’s public knowledge that there is bad blood between Marcus Rashford and Ruben Amorim, which have made Amorim to bench Rashford in multiple matches, and even come out to say he will rather play an old man than play Rashford. I will advise Rashford to join Aston Villa on loan before the transfer windows close. It’s sad that a once promising talent and future prospect for England national team cannot start for this club side.
