I agree with what you said about this, however a player should not feel like they have a debt that they have to pay to a club by being loyal and not leaving the club.

He's won the Premier League a lot, he's won the Premier League for 4 consecutive seasons and obviously there would be some in which he wouldn't win, just look at that in the 2018/19 season he won the Premier League, but in the 2019/20 season he didn't win the Premier League, he was in second place, but in the following season he won it again.
