No one can deny the quality of top coaches like Carlo Ancelotti but whenever things don't work good, the time to get some fresh air came and it would be better to change.
From what I saw, there is Pep Guardiola who is in a worse situation in Manchester City than Ancelotti in Real Madrid and a switch between these two would be a great opportunity for their players and teams. However I doubt Guardiola will go there and face Barcelona's fans.
For Xabi Alonso, I think it will be a good chance for him to train and win something with Real Madrid and I think he might be a good one. Same goes for Arteta in my opinion.

Amorim is struggling in Manchester united because of the mistake Ten hag made in the transfer windows, buying players his former club Ajax was the biggers mistake he made, he was used to them in Ajax and won many titles he felt he can repeat same squad and win in the premier league without having a second thought that the leagues are not the same. He bought whosoever he want yet they couldn't play in the league, and he was sacked. The table above is Manchester United's result in PL since Amorim took the charge as a new manager. As you can see they got a lot of lost, and rarely won the game. It's hard to identify what's problem owned by Manchester United, but i believe all of things in Manchester United are the problems.

Manager, management, wwner or even players. There is no good integration between all components in the club. It creates dissimphony that brings United to the horrible results.

Getting rid all of Amorim's current squad is just one of short term solution, but changing the ownership may be the best answer to solve their problems.
