Wow this is huge, what a good addition, Hugo is a fast rising talent a good prospect and would be a good replacement for Liverpool's diseased player Jota "may his soul rest on" Liverpool has shown that they're a serious team they're not settling for just winning the league once just consecutively that's why they're still strengthening their squad to get more better and tougher against rivals in the league.

 €90m is too much for a player that's not Premier league proven that's what most people would be thinking, but Hugo's G/A for the previous season is 23 in 33 matches and if he could reach such numbers at Frankfurt then I believe he'll do better at Liverpool under the management of Slot and the likes of Salah, Diaz etc to motivate him.

I don't think a player like Hugo will be a shadow of himself at Liverpool. They’ve nailed it with their signings, and this is truly an incredible deal. Scoring 22 goals in 48 games across all competitions is a solid achievement. I believe he’ll only continue to grow and improve at Liverpool.When it comes to form, i think he’ll be able to carry it over, and it’ll be especially important how much playing time he gets early on. If he proves himself, i don’t think there will be any issues.It’s definitely possible for Liverpool to defend the title in my opinion, they’re even one of the main contenders for winning the Champions League with this squad. We’ll see if everything falls into place. As for Ekitike’s price, i do think it’s a bit too much, but that’s football and that’s business.

To be honest all of this players can be impactful on their respective clubs but the real question is whether they will get the playing time that the deserve because it is on this playing time that I think the difference will come for them.

First is Joao Pedro at Chelsea, this guy already is giving glimpses that he will be a bargain signing at the club. A is a better finisher than all of the Chelsea strikers currently and with his previous experience and performance in the premier league and with this new Chelsea squad that are seriously not lacking in creating chances I think this lad will score many goals. For impact on the team he will certainly be one of reason they will win some silverware next season because the burden of goals taking off Cole Palmer with another player pushing similar numbers like him will be vital for Chelsea

You are correct but the playing time you talked about can be given to these players and not all can live up to expectations and it might look like a wasted investment. The Chelsea player have shown so much to say he can do well when the season kick off and he can be the number 1 striker ahead of Delap, can't even say Jackson. J Pedro has all the necessary materials to say he'll be at his best and among all the strikers at Chelsea he has the best ball control.

Secondly is Mohammadu Kudus, the Tottenham wingers have reduce or lack sharpness since the decline in Hung Min Son form as I expect Kudus to work into the first team and with his goal scoring ability and pace I think he will be a good impact player for Tottenham.

Kudus can be the flop among these new signings because of the team he is playing for which is Spurs and we know how they manage last season. In as much as they won the Europa League against Manchester United it still doesn't change the fact that they struggled in that game and their style of play will only make Kudus to play like a one man squad except they add in some good midfielders and some defenders if not Spurs will surfer honestly.

Thirdly is Anthony Elanga, anybody that watches Newcastle will know that if Elanga makes it into the team and his on his form, his combination with Isak will be a problem for defenders most especially if they are breaking away

The thing is the player played for a club that no one is a key player so everyone come out and play but coming to Newcastle is still the same as Nottingham Forest but the players Newcastle have are more than that of Forest so it will be hard to gwin that spot light except someone like Gordon leaves that position for Elanga.

Lastly which will be less impactful among the four is Noni Madeuke, taking nothing away from him but the question is can he get more minutes than the like of Saka? I don’t think so, can he play the left wing position? That’s another problem but if he gets into the first team and has the backing of the manager he will certainly be impactful for the team

Madueke's case will be hard to fix him in the first 11 and like you said it will be hard to play him if Saka is up and fit, let's say both player can share the wing and also play together in same match like the FA Cup or Carabao Cup as well as the CL. With all these it can be that his presence can make Saka sit up same as the player Madueke, I can't say for what is what but I'm sure that we are going to see a different Madueke next season, the best of him.

Perhaps it's just the reality that if you want to be competitive and keep players you have to spend a lot of money. Some clubs have resisted this trend (Bayern for example) but with the Saudis and the ongoing expansion of the media business changing the economics of football even the conservative clubs are increasing their spending dramatically. The question is whether they can keep up their income growth or if they will end up in Barcelona's position after a bad season or two and have to come up with ways to avoid going bankrupt and stay in business.

I agree with how you've ranked all of them... I strongly believe Arsenal brought him as a backup to Saka ^{[he's going to come in handy for rotations]}, but considering that both of them are young, I can see them competing with each other for the starting lineup ^{[especially when Saka's form goes down]}. I've seen highlights of him on the left wing as well, but Arsenal is hoping to add Eberechi Eze for the left wing ^{[he can play in multiple positions]}, so Noni will be at the bottom of the pecking order for that position ^{[after Eze (if he joins), Martinelli and Trossard]}.

I don't have any doubts in these players to perform for their new clubs. At least 3 of those guys performed very well for their individual clubs last season. They were all part of the main team. So am really expecting all of them to be in their best performances next season. It's really difficult to determine who will perform best next season, but my top two is between Elanga of Newcastle and Joao Pedro of Chelsea.
João Pedro has already set the tempo high with his performance against PSG in the final. So he will work very hard to maintain the standard.

Galatasaray should be very pleased to be so close to finalizing the Osimhen transfer. Galatasaray is a special team, and adding Osimhen permanently would be a significant signing. Furthermore, if they find a solution to their goalkeeper problem, it wouldn't be surprising if they could be one of the teams that could surprise the UCL. This is a milestone for Galatasaray. First of all, negotiating with Aurelio DeLaurentiis is always extremely tough; secondly, some Saudi Arabian team was interested in Osimhen as well so maybe the Turkish team was afraid that the player as well could get tired of the situation and choose another club. Napoli are paying the player a huge salary, that's true, but also next year there is the World Cup, starting an fight with DeLaurentiis (I mean more serious than the current situation) wouldn't be a smart move from Osimhen, he may actually spend the full year without playing.

Well from i could see i think Newcastle United hads agreed to a £52 million deal transfer fees with Nottingham for Elange, which they expected to bring him an electric pace, work rate and versatility to the team, which i guess he  is too good and playing on the both wings or as a forward Elanga had a strong standout season with forest scoring 6 goals puls was also provided close to 11 to 12 assists in the 38 premier league game this season
