I totally agree with you. It seems Lookman is money-driven, and the move to Fenerbahçe seems retrogressive to me. Atletico Madrid is also keen on his signature and there is the possibility that the deal could be hijacked. I prefer he goes to Atletico Madrid because I would like to see him play in a top club.

Atlético Madrid would be terrible for him. Most of the good players who moved to Atlético Madrid ended up without their shine and left with a tarnished image, not because of scandals, but simply because the coach didn't play them regularly after a while. I don't know why that club ruins players. In the beginning, the player might even do well, be the center of attention, but after two seasons the player becomes nothing to the point that other clubs don't want him or only want him for a small amount.

Another Osimhen in the making you mean? At least Osimhen is making history in Galatasaray and the high amount he is demanding is not in vain. Lookman can do the same in Fenerbahce, who knows? Let's not hate on Lookman for the decision he took. He wants higher pay, and it is not a wrong idea. Many players will do the same to go to a smaller club because of the money involved

What is it with Nigerian players and Turkish league, Ademola LookMan is still a top player not to attract serious interest from top teams in major European leagues. With no disrespect to the Turkish league, but they are not as competitive as Europe top 5 leagues. Ademola LookMan should go for Atletico Madrid, he will develop more there as a player. Atletico Madrid will give him the chance of playing in the champions league, and have more quality players as team mates. Turkish league is mostly for players that are nearing their retirement.

Sterling is a good player. But he has not scored a single goal in 17 matches for Arsenal. His performance has fallen badly. In such a situation, will tottenham be interested in Sterling ? I would say that Sterling should now go to a less competitive league. Super lig could be a good option. Or he will not  be able to earn a lot of money in the Saudi pro peague. It is very difficult for Sterling to perform well in the premier league. He spent  the best time of his career at manchester city. He  could not perform as well as expected in the Chelsea jersey.

There were speculations that Napoli would sign him if they progressed further in the UCL, but nothing came of it. So unfortunately, Lookman is leaving serie A. I say unfortunately because i still think he is a great player and did a lot at Atalanta, especially that performance in the europa league final which we will all remember. He and Retegui were truly a great tandem, and i thought they would continue to dominate, but in the end, that didn’t happen, sadly

Seriously top players are actually hard to sign during the winter transfer window but it seriously depends on how desperate a club is to get a player, for example Manchester United actually went all out to sign Bruno Fernandez which was during the winter window, also Liverpool got their one of the most arguably best center backs in their history in the winter summer. So if a club actually want to sign they will actually get to sign.

For Liverpool i actually think that they didn’t have any intention to actually sign a new player this window with many people actually speculating that it was because of lack of confidence in Arne Slot remaining as Liverpool manger beyond this season

From what I read, Man United has withdrawn from recruiting Palmer, so they are currently focusing on Baleba, maybe Palmer's high price is a strong reason why they did not recruit Palmer from Chelsea, especially Baleba has been rumored since last year to be recruited by Man United, but until the current season he has not entered Man United's starting line-up, maybe on this occasion Man United can really recruit him as a midfielder who will replace Casemiro, so the performance of Man united I think will be even stronger.

This would be a really big blow for Atalanta, I honestly did not see this news, but I thought he was doing okay under Palladino. After that is performance from AFCON and previous performances I thought I would be seeing offers from the Premier League, Ademola Lookman is an excellent player that should be spotlighted at the top stage, not going to the Turkish League. I noticed that too. But I can't remember when a player signs a contract "until winter", usually all contracts end/start in the summer. Probably, as often happens after the World Cup, several players who perform well will be promoted. And overall, we might see major transfers like the sale of Vinnie. The only thing I hope for is that either the Premier League will curb its appetite or other leagues will find the money to retain their players and sign new ones. It's a good thing for sterling, it's really good for his own career to leave since his services are no longer needed at Chelsea. I blame him for the time he spent outside of the squad like an unwanted player, the months spent inactive will definitely affect his performance but if he joins a less competitive team and league it will be easy for him to adapt fit into play very early. Definitely some teams will want to sign him and I am certain a Saudi league team will come for him and I expect him accept and join SPL. Lookman is a cool guy, and I'm not sure he will have problems with Diego Simeone, who we all know to be hotheaded. Also, Luis Suarez and David Costa (second spell at Atletico) are the two top players I know that were not able to replicate their form at Atletico, and the reason is because they have passed their peak. But I hope Lookman's case will be different if he eventually signs.

Fenerbahçe isn’t exactly a club you go to advance your football career, I’d rather see him go to Atletico Madrid.Tbh I don’t understand why there isn’t a lineup of big clubs in the top leagues bidding for Ademola Lookman. He’s a very talented player and his transfer fess aren’t bad so what could be the problem.
