There are many things that need to be fixed. If the reason is that most players are selfish, I think that's wrong. In the Cristiano Ronaldo era, there were also many selfish Real Madrid players, but the difference was that the coach was able to manage them well which led to many achievements. I am not writing them off but with the current state of the club, they might end the season without a single trophy.  The reign of Xabi Alonso brought division in the club with some key players not happy with his style. Others were not pleased because they didn't have an automatic slot in most games. The new coach is facing the hard task of uniting and motivating the players. This is the same as Brahim Diaz who couldn't compete with Kroos, Modric in midfield and an attack full of very good players so he stayed in Milan on loan for a few seasons until he returned and now the performance and confidence of Madrid is much better.

I agree with you 200% on this, if I were him I will still remain where I'm guaranteed playing time for at least another full season. It's someone who plays that gains or gathers more experience. Endrick shouldn't rush back to Real Madrid just after 6 months, sometimes I watch his highlights and I see what's his doing in League 1, Endrick is a fantastic player and with time he will naturally break into the Real Madrid starting 11, but for now he shouldn't rush it. Take your time and get matured in the game so even the team will take you more seriously.
