Casemiro could be kept though, can't he? Like I do not get why United isn't looking to keep him, I get that he may not be playing forever and eventually he will be gone, but for another 2 seasons they can keep him and pay him and they would still have a good team that way.
He could be kept, but team refused it due to his age and expensive salary. It's the reason they're releasing him in summer. I agree with you he's still perform, and worth every penny they wasted on him. However, the board have opposite opinion regarding him.

So it's likely the probability to lose him is bigger instead of keeping him. I admit it's such a big lose caused by his leadership and aerial presence is irreplaceable. There's no also guarantee the new midfielder can replace his role in the squad.

I personally against the idea to let him leave. but there's nothing we can do since board wants to get rid him, and reduce salary cap.

Hopefully, they can sign someone who will have similar profiles to him.

The obvious truth is that every Liverpool supporters are disappointed in Arne Slot, he is no longer the man for the job, Manchester City have never done a double against Liverpool in 89 years and now several records that we have at Anfield have been broken and destroyed by Arne Slot, Arne Slot is a disaster and a waste of time he is just a terrible manager and a coach, I don’t really understand what is happening with this man, you spend so much money and there is nothing to show for it instead they keep loosing games for fun, I’m so disappointed with Liverpool performance this season and they will not qualify for the Champions League next season it’s been a disaster of a season for Liverpool Football Club.
Arne Slot was a lucky manager in his first season, but then all his luck ran out. He wasn't a manager who could consistently keep Liverpool at the top of their game. But now, if Slot's scenario were to change, who would be the strongest candidate to manage a club as big as Liverpool? Rumors of Xabi Alonso are fading, and Liverpool need to prepare a number of options.

We do not know how good a coach Slot really is. There has been a lot of discussion that in his first season he was lucky to win the title with Liverpool because the team had been prepared by Klopp, and City were going through a crisis that season, so everything lined up and Slot got lucky. Now it seems obvious that he is not capable of dealing with the crisis Liverpool are facing, I would not even be surprised if Slot gets sacked. Maybe Alonso will come in as a replacement, but I do not consider Alonso such a strong coach that he can fix this situation. We have already been able to evaluate his work at Real.

Actually, Real Madrid didn't play badly at all at the start of the season. Managing Real Madrid is certainly more difficult than managing Liverpool, because there you have to deal with the whims of some players. I believe Xabi Alonso could be successful if he takes over at Liverpool. The Spanish manager could be a very good option for Liverpool, but first, that position needs to be vacant.

I don't see Arne slot last season title as luck, that guy did his thing with his team to win the League and he deserves every praise. Arsenal was in the second in better form to win that league but the couldn't win it and for that reason, we can't say Liverpool was lucky. What they are suffering is lack of players for the job, the same players thag won the league last season are not the ones available today that's why they are suffering from inconsistency.

If Premier league is about luck, Arsenal might be ahead of other competitors but you can see that Premier league is one of the most hardest league in the world, Manchester City and Aston Villa are not leaving their trails. They might lose this battle if they fail to win two next match. If by chance Manchester City has that chance, I'm very sure Arsenal will suffer this loss again and might not qualify as the winner.

Xabi at Real Madrid is not bad but not suitable because the players are not used to a system-based strategy. While Liverpool are used to playing with the system so there is no harm in trying Xabi but that does not mean 100% can solve Liverpool problems. Bringing Xabi to Liverpool is also still called an experiment, Liverpool is an elite team in the Premier League and an experienced coach might be the best solution. But in the transfer window there are not many coaches with qualified experience available for purchase.

The Premier League is a place where the balance can shift at any moment, and not every manager can handle the challenge. Perhaps they need an experienced manager, like Unai Emery, for example. He worked wonders with Aston Villa and could manage Liverpool even better. Of course, they first have to convince the Spanish manager. Xabi, in my opinion, should be considered as a second option.

Knowing when to leave and when to stay, he's done too much for Manchester United,  Manchester fans wished he was much younger but so be it, he will be leaving Manchester United.
Newcastle United and Italian midfielder Tolani have been linked to be his replacement recently. I am not confident about this information but in the next months, a proper story will come up. Baleba, Anderson are also names they have mentioned to be suitable replacements.

I think it's right for Manchester United not to retain Casemiro because, in addition to his high salary, Casemiro is already old, and Manchester United can't rely too much on him long-term. Manchester United needs to start a long-term rebuild with young players. Therefore, by releasing Casemiro, Manchester United will be able to recruit a quality, young midfielder or promote a talented academy player to become a great player in the future.

Thomas Frank is still not sacked by Tottenham despite a horrible season! They aren't competing in the Europa League either which could have been a second chance to qualify for the Champions League.

They are 14th in the Premier League now. They haven't won a single game for 7 weeks... What are they waiting for? I would have already sacked him if I were them.
Thomas Frank deserves to be sacked for the poor results in the Premier League. I'm not going to mince words about it, but I think the reason the club director hasn't taken this decision yet is due to their performance in the Champions League. Despite the struggles in the EPL, Tottenham is still doing fine in the UCL. They just qualified for round 16. The moment they get knocked out of the UCL and the results in the EPL do not improve, I'm sure Levi won't hesitate to sack him.

He made everyone believe in him so much and suddenly his true colors are now beginning to show.
He made the management believe in him and they trusted him to be the perfect successor after Klopp which made them to spend a whole lot of money to improve the squad and only for the team to start struggling. Quite alright the players that was signed are actually top quality although they were still overpriced which is what is weighing them down. It's now clear that Slot's first season was a flop, he was just hiding under Klopp ready made team. Now that he wants to implement his own ideas things don't want to workout as usual and with the performance it will be difficult for them to qualify for the champions league next season.

If he doesn't improve the team's performance by the end of this season I think they will definitely be looking at other options to take over, the likes of Xabi Alonso should be able to do something nice with the team. Slot has shown that he is not able to achieve anything with the club despite all the money spent to improve the squad. If he was good enough the team wouldn't have suffered this way after spending a season in good form with them.

Check Xabi stats again, out of 34 matches that he supervised, he won 24 matches, draw only 4 and lose just 6, that's about a 71% win rate but all of a sudden we saw him as the bad manager that even Ansloti couldn't achieve through out last season. It's in his place they want to draw the line and I respect him for not allowing him to be downgraded by those players. I don't care if he was the one that quit it or it was the club that sack him, he has earned his place as a coach.

It's only in Real Madrid I see achievements by force thing to do. I don't see anything bad in it but you can't nail it all the time. When they were winning and Barcelona was suffering from financial bankruptcy and were looking for ways to get players that can sacrifice some of their wages and play for the club, they were smiling those time but now the table has turned around and they don't feel better with the result they are getting, you can't always have of right even if you have the means.

I think the manager is close to being sacked because they're getting very poor results in the Premier League. The manager is being blamed for these poor results, and despite winning the Europa League last year, they probably won't win the Champions League this year and will miss out on European competitions next year due to their poor Premier League positioning. The club chairman likely knows this. Therefore, changing the manager seems to be the only option. However, it remains to be seen what the new manager will be able to achieve in the remaining time, as there's very little time left and he might not be able to fix things either.

Arne slot is not loved by the team players that is why the team is not doing very well now, I can’t say his not a good coach because he lifted the premier league trophy with this same team last season and they were playing very well but this season started with issues with players, Mohamed Salah has a very big influence in Liverpool, and if any coach should have issues with him, it could results the team players from this disliking the coach and there by not performing well, I bet you guys if Liverpool decide to sack Arne slot and bring in other coach the team will start doing well, the players will start performing better than they are doing. I also believe Xabi Alonso will be a very good coach for Liverpool.

Arne Slot would have made sure he continued with the exact players he came to Liverpool to meet, those guys weren't doing too bad. But as it is today, I believe Liverpool are struggling to still keep him, the management board literally gave him what he wants, the amount Liverpool spent on getting new players alone, it's enough to make them stable, but yet, they are still struggling, so I fear if Slot will be around for too long. Alonso can be a good choice for Liverpool because he was once their talisman, but how sure are we that Alonso can handle this Liverpool team more better.

Personally, I am not entirely convinced that Xabi Alonso would be able to handle Liverpool better. We certainly have not forgotten his time with Real Madrid, although it was not bad, Xabi Alonso did not seem particularly resilient under pressure. Good fortune may come his way, but the Premier League is clearly more competitive than La Liga, and it will not be as easy as imagined, even though Xabi Alonso understands the dynamics of the competition quite well.

Slot wasn't a big manager before coming to Liverpool, so his sacking won't essentially lead to the problem of "we have no one to hire because all the big managers are busy." Liverpool are currently tied for 6th-7th place with Brentford and are already four points behind fifth place. The crisis is worsening. Perhaps they should sack him, install an interim manager, and look for a new one. Things are unlikely to get any worse without him than with him. Liverpool are now effectively at risk of qualifying for the Europa League next year.

Just read that Madrid wants a young midfielder from AZ Alkmaar. He is Kees Smit, a 20-year-old Dutch footballer. Initially, his price was around €35 million. But according to Fabrizio Romano, Madrid won't get him for that price; the likely price will be €50 million. For a 20-year-old, his statistics are quite good. He also has experience playing in Europe.

Glasner made it clear if he's leaving from the club at the end of season. So palace has to find his replacement. There are so many experienced coaches were available. Many of them are jobless such as Xabi, Xavi, South Gate, and etc. However, i don't think the big name like Xabi is keen enough to take Palace's job.
Yet, there is still possibility for Xabi to take it. It's because of he has ever coached the leverkusen, which was a mid-level team. So why can't do the same on Palace? As for South Gate, expecting them to sign him to be a hilarious thing.

Nevertheless, i have also a scenario where they may take rival coach to handle their squad. The name such as Thomas Frank may be sacked at the end of season. So it makes sense to expect he's jumping to Palace.
While at the same time, Andoni Iraola can also be an alternative, though they have to buy out him out from Bournemouth.

Even though, just thinking about that logic for them to keep him is just too wild, and they think in there vague imagination that he is going to actually win a Champions League for them ? Maybe they just want to do it during the off seasons but they should also consider that Tottenham is just 6 points away from the relegation zone.

I honestly didn't expect this performance from Thomas Frank because when he was in Brentford, he was performing excellently, and of he gets sacked I wonder how that would affect his portfolio.
