I think they acted improperly by sending Postecoglou away from the team. He won the Europa League and I believe he could have taken Tottenham to a better position. I think the club management made the wrong decision in this matter.

I'm not sure Mauricio Pochettino would want to return to Tottenham after what he experienced during his first spell in charge. Tottenham's management policy is similar to Chelsea's, where they often fire managers at will. Even coaches who have led them to championship titles have been fired. You said Sean Dyche has being the club manager for four months and they are still on relegation zone. He deserves to be fired because I don't see anything that he has to offer to the club. He was hired to bring out the club from relegation and he still hasn't achieved that which means that he cannot improve the team performance. Casemiro age and performance will gradually diminish his productivity, and when the time comes, he could become a discarded player with no potential benefits. No. Forest ain't sacking their manager for fun. They sacked him due to the reason Dyche has lose the locker room. As far as i know Marinakis was called some senior members in the squad, then he listen to them. Just after that a news about the sack of Dyche was coming.
It means Dyche has lost the back for his own players. So keeping the unwanted manager in the club is a mistake. That's the reason he's sacked him.

I didn't think Marinakis was doing it wrong since Dyche was a type of manager that thrown his own players under the bus. So sacking him is the best since's a dead man walking in the squad. The squad was in disharmony caused by Dyche.

Consistently sacking of coaches is what you got when you fail to identify peoples effort in the team know one believed could be challenging as they are. In 2022 when Nottingham forest where promoted after winning the play-off with derby county, know one believed they could be a better side as they finished 16th closed to relegation zone the same year and 17th the next season. When nuno was hired as Nottingham forest head coach, he was able to identify the teams weakness and helped them gain full consistency  and brought out the beast in them that made other teams begin to fear them but was sacked for know reasons after all he did for the team.

I knew that Sean Dyche job was at risk when he failed to win Wolverhampton Wanderers yesterday. After seeing what's happening at Westham and how they are winning matches and battling it out with big teams just to overtake Nottingham forest in the league table. And the funny part is that Nottingham forest is just 3 points ahead of Westham and Westham is being managed by former Nottingham forest manager Nuno Espirito Santos, who is determined to see that his team Westham overtake Nottingham forest and get them relegated to enable him laugh at Mariniakis. Who are we to question Marinakis decision? But I think this decision is too early to make. I agree with you that his mistake was sacking Nuno last year, that was a very wrong decision he had taken. Perhaps, Marinakis should start coaching his team instead of appointing managers and sacking them after a few months when they are not Chelsea. Now, Forest will be changing manager for the third time in a season and we still have few more games before the season end. Who knows what will happen before then?

If Nottingham Forest management is open for suggestion, I will suggest they invite Nuno to take back the job because he has the potential to make this team great. He's attacking minded and not like this guy that play outdated power play ball.

I was also surprised that Ange Postecoglou was sacked. He has a very bad season in the EPL but he achieved more than most coaches in the Premier League. Winning the Europa League, which gave Tottenham the ticket to play in the UEFA Champions League, was a great achievement. I had expected the club management to allow him to continue this season. But they decided to gamble with Thomas Frank. I don't blame the club, since they thought that the Danish coach would perform better based on his encouraging display in Brantford.

Or if they really need to make a change, then maybe keep Casemiro but get a young player and that way you can play them two seasons together and when Casemiro retires or leaves then you would have a midfield who grew up with Casemiro and mentored by him. In any case, Tonali is definitely not the way to go, they need to get someone better, Mainoo would be better than Tonali right now because at least he knows the team, so they need to get a star level player.

I would prefer he stays over the name Manuel Ugarte who hasn't settled in well since joining Manchester United.

Kobbie Mainoo and Casemiro are different players playing different roles,  Kobbie Mainoo has earned his place but if Manchester United are to look for a much younger and suitable replacement for Casemiro, I'd gladly want them to go for either Tonali, Anderson Elliott and Bruno Guimares.
