I missed this news. Barcelona is doing their best to sign Rashford on a permanent move... I understand them about their intention because he is really a great backup player for them now.

He has made a 20-goal contribution in 35 games he has played so far. Thinking he wasn't a starter in most of them this is a really valuable statistic. But they are still in a financial trouble so I wonder how they will solve this. By parting ways with Lewandowski maybe?

There is already a progress on this, the last update on it was that Barcelona has accepted to pay the €30m release clause on Marcus Rashford. Although Barcelona won't pay the €30m outrightly, they are going to complete the payment in 3 years by paying €10m annually. They are only waiting for Laliga to see if it will comply with their FFP. This was the last update regarding Marcus Rashford. With the way Barcelona have structured the payment, I don't think they will have any problem in making Rashford move permanent.

This is just outright dumb, getting exactly €30m over the course of 3 years with only €10m annually. Atleast offer €36 years for 3 years and that would be sufficient enough. I'd rather not let them have Rashford if they keep underballing, alot of team would be picking Rashford up after his impressive performance with Barcelona and besides that if Carrick stays then we could use Rashford as one of the lineup next season

No, no. If you're watching Villa's game. Even EPL commentators were also seeing he's waving to his fans and crying. he looked like say good bye. So it confirms this most probably his last season at Villa.

Beside that i'm not linking him to the MUTD move. MUTD will have onana back and lamment still remain their top goalie. So linked him to MUTD is a non sense thing rn. He's likely going to Saudi or other league.
With Manchester United's goalkeeping situation so impressive so far, it's unlikely Martinez will be a Manchester United player next season, especially with Onana's loan contract expiring next season. Aston Villa are also not in talks to release the Argentine goalkeeper, so it's still possible he'll stay at Aston Villa. Although Martinez's performance has declined significantly compared to last season, he remains a key player.

Martinez's significantly declining performance this season has been attributed to his failed move to Manchester United leading to his lack of consistency compared to last season, although I'm not convinced that's the primary factor. If Aston Villa ultimately releases Martinez, he'll likely move to the Saudi Arabian League or another league, as he's unlikely to play for Manchester United.

Unless I am missing something but Robert Lewandowski will not stay for another season with Barcelona, especially once the team can find a suitable substitute for him who will be younger and more helpful for the team in the future.
Rashford is younger for the team than Lewandowski and he helped his team scoring many goals. Meanwhile Lewandowski is suffering right now from a fracture near his eye after their last game. This will complicate Lewandowski future.

Rashford and Lewandowski ain't playing ths same position. Rashford is a left winger and Lewandowski a finisher, I don't see how this would work. There was rumors initially, that Barcelona is eyeing Harry Kane to replace Lewa but I don't think that's possible because they're broke. I wonder how they'll wrap up Rashford deal with Manchester United.

You have said the basics of the condition behind his possible departure from Barcelona because of financial constraints, and from how Manchester United been serious on the amount place on the young player who have made such impact during his loan period in Barcelona, what we can say right now is that the only thing standing between Barcelona and getting the player permanently on the club is finances which have been the clubs biggest problem in recent period.

Marcus Rashford has played really well for Barcelona this season. Despite competition in his natural position, he used to come in for Barcelona when they have injury concerns, and his stats so far is impressive because he is scoring and making assists for Barcelona that’s why they are trying to keep him because going out to sign another player will cost them a lot considering their financial problems; they can hardly afford expensive players because even to settle their wagers and their weekly money demand especially the f they have high profile.

They have names they can sell from their squad to get funds to back the purchase of  Marcus Rashford but they do not want that for themselves.

The Barcelona financial woes are something serious  it  must be taken with utmost importance. They will let Araujo go that see Lewandowski. They're not doing so well but you should see them colliding. Barcelona signing Rashford is great, it is good to see that he has chooses Barcelona and they have also him. Let us hope he makes everything worthwhile in America.

If Barcelona really wanted to sell their player to buy Rashford they would've agreed on buying Rashford for the £30m instead of prolonging talks but let's see if they'll change their mind along the line, the transfer window is not yet open so there's a tendency that they'll have a second thought and do anything possible to sign him, that's if they're very impressive with his performance though.

Barcelona have a debt out of control. Someone in UEFA must stop it until they pay theyr debt. Meanwhile they spend a huge amoun of money they don't have. Ridicolous.

What I see from Barcelona now is that they want Rashford but on the one hand they are also trying to cut the price so that it is not higher because at this time if I am not mistaken Rashford's clause can be active if Barcelona is ready to give around 26 million to Manchester United but Barcelona realizes that with their financial condition which is still not fully stable they cannot do this in a hurry so they are trying to stall a little so that hopefully Manchester United will make concessions.

But with what Rashford is doing at the moment and by looking at the value he has I don't think Manchester United will allow the price to be lower because 26 million is still an advantage for Barcelona at the moment but it is difficult for Barcelona even I doubt if this payment will be made directly.

Emiliano Martinez has been in tears when he was saying goodbye to the all of Villa fans. He did it after the lost against Wolves. So this clearly confirms Villa is not extending his contract, and likely to partways with him. It raises a speculation about Trafford to becomes his replacement.
I don't know about Martinez's contract situation, but the match against Wolves wasn't his last game for the club, so why would he be saying goodbye to the fan? AFAIK, at the end of every match, players appreciate their fans for coming to support them, and that's exactly what he was doing.

And just so you know, United has no desire to sign a new goalkeeper. In the summer transfer window, United wanted Lammens or Martinez and they ended up signing Lemmens. So they are covered in that area.
It this true....!!!!
Like Emiliano Martinezis really going intending to leave the club. I didn't understand why he is leaving the team because he still capable to got the next job brilliantly although his age is bit high. Still there is lot of time in his contract expires like his contract will expire in 2029. So I don't know why he is leaving the team. However his performance are always highly prestigious, whether it's in a club or it in a National team. In 2022 world cup he was the man to rescue his team. Honestly it's was a quite prestigious moment for the entire Argentina team.

Anyway if Emiliano Martinez is really intending to leave the club then where is his intentions like where he like to go. I think Saudi Arabia side will be a much better because in Saudi Arabia he will make some good money as well as will enjoy in the pressure less environment.

Victor will be ever grateful to Galatasaray for coming to his rescue. Conte made it clear that he was not part of his plans, so he would have been out of play for the entire season. The transfer window was already coming to an end and no club was interested because of the high transfer fee. Galatasaray was his saviour and I think he has also enjoyed himself in Turkey.

It was really sad to see him being frustrated and disrespected towards the end of his stay at Napoli. A club that he had put in his all, playing for the growth and success of the club. I'm quite sure he'll be grateful to Galatasaray for taking him out of Napoli, a club that subtly rejected him and also let their fans ridicule him. Crazy times.
He has had a pretty good time playing in Turkey. He was overwhelmed with how openly and warmly he was welcomed by the fans and more importantly, he feels wanted and valued at the club. These reasons would motivate any player to put in their best at all times.

Galatasaray has become like a home for him. He had some very upset times because of his bad experiences in Napoli, but we can say he was reborn with Galatasaray. Considering his performance in the Champions League, he does everything for Galatasaray. Watching him play makes all Galatasaray fans feel good. He's a magnificent player. He played a huge role in Galatasaray reaching the Round of 16.

Galatasaray fans love him, even fans of other teams do. However, I think he has been reacting very aggressively towards some of his teammates lately. If you remember, he did something similar to Ademola Lookman in the Africa Nations League. He reacts offensively towards some players who make mistakes on the field, but he doesn't react the same way when other players make similar mistakes. I think his personality is a bit problematic. For example, when Barış Alper Yılmaz makes a mistake at Galatasaray, he reacts aggressively, but when Sane makes the same mistake, he remains silent or applauds. Barış Alper Yılmaz is not a player inferior to Sane in terms of running distance, strength, and scoring contribution, but Osimhen reacts based on names. I think this is a character issue...

This depends heavily on how Manchester United actually needed this funds because to my best of understanding they simply need to actually pay off some debts too most especially the immediate one which is clearing the installment left for three players, Cunha, Mbeumo and Sesko which needs to be paid immediately. This is subjected though to if they get the champions league place for next season then they will have enough to pay for this and accept Installment for Rashford because even the money they pay to Addidas for missing out on champions league football each session won’t be paid.

So they could agree installment with Barcelona because it will help them actually get to clear Marcus Rashford huge wages from their books and this will free up some space as I see that they are on a brink of doing that with a massive clear out

Well, Marcus Rashford is such fantastic player. His contribution regarding through the team is absolutely phenomenal like this season he just made 20+ goal contribution for his team. To be honest this is quite impressive and literally Barcelona need this kind of player who can help the team to win every single battle. Manchester United loaned him out because his performance did not make sense, and even in last season fans boomed in him, but when he came to Barcelona. He completely changed himself, like improving his quality a lot.....

Besides that if we talked about his transfer deal then definitely Barcelona are try hard to secure his deal and even Marcus Rashford himself wants to. But here is the problem Manchester united are demanding a little higher price for his permanent deal despite Barcelona are tussling with financial criticism. Anyway let's see what happens next but I think Deco will find something better

In transfer business you don’t have to agree before selling your player, if a player is interested in moving to a club, what the player should do is ask for a transfer, and if the club doesn’t agree with selling him, he can submit a transfer request by making it clear to them that he doesn’t want to play for the club anymore.
If Galatasaray doesn't want to sell Victor Osimhen and Victor Osimhen summit a transfer request by making it clear to Galatasaray that he doesn't want to play for the club anymore, I will see Victor Osimhen as an ungrateful human being because when Napoli decided to sell Victor Osimhen, Galatasaray took the risk and signed Victor Osimhen from Napoli. Victor Osimhen should play for Galatasaray for some years for him to repay Galatasaray for the good thing they did for him.

We are talking about football, unfortunately being ungrateful is something pretty ordinary. Years ago we still had many players with a real attachment to the club they were playing for, now if they hear there is a club ready to offer them a 10% salary increase they immediately start acting like babies because they want to leave. And probably it's even worse when it comes down to players with no attachment at all to the club: if you are Turkish, born and raised in Istanbul, probably playing for Galatasaray is your childhood dream. But if you come from Africa, South America or whatever, they are just a team paying you a salary, there is no sentimental part involved, that's why for them it's so easy to change team.
