Right from the early ages, football has always been a business of which both teams and players are looking for a juicy contract at all time. Victor Osimhen is a player of interest for Many big teams and scouters also understand the game and the power of money. But then, Galatasaray is not new in the game and have only spent less than one year with him in a contract that should run until 30th June 2029. It's all business, if he decides to leave, Galatasaray will also make huge gains from the contract but Victor Osimhen could get booed by his Istanbul fans who have fallen in love with him. Victor Osimhen in his several Media meetings have always claimed that his love for galatasaray is high so I don't see him as someone who would easily leave the club after one season except maybe there's an underlying management disagreement.

The Media is another huge problem of football in recent years because their hype and instigations have caused more harm. I remember how Kylian Mbappe played his transfer trick with Real Madrid and got all the money to himself on a free transfer from PSG. More money minded players get teams looking stupid for bringing out their career to limelight.
Osimhen at 27 is at the point where the decision he makes next defines the rest of his career.

Turkish league is great. Galatasaray fans are some of the most passionate fans in the world. But champions league football, a bigger stage, those windows dont stay open forever. He knows that.

I was thinking about this watching MU the other day actually. Carrick came in as interim and bunch of players that were maybe didn't care much, start to look alive again. Why? Because there is a guy there who is a member who feels like he is part of the club and not passing through. And you feel that difference on the field.

Chelsea have been doing this for years now. Youngest squad in the league, kids everywhere, cycling through managers... And yeah they got talent but nobody feels like the place is theirs. Nineteen points fell from winning positions this season. That is more of a mentality thing as opposed to a quality thing.

Osimhen leaving or staying is ok either way. Galatasaray makes some money (if he goes). Fans feel betrayed. He gets a better contract somewhere. Everyone moves on.

But the Mbappe comparison is not unfair. Mbappe understood something that most players dont: that the system rewards those who understand the system. You cant really blame him for that.

If Galatasaray doesn't want to sell Victor Osimhen and Victor Osimhen summit a transfer request by making it clear to Galatasaray that he doesn't want to play for the club anymore, I will see Victor Osimhen as an ungrateful human being because when Napoli decided to sell Victor Osimhen, Galatasaray took the risk and signed Victor Osimhen from Napoli. Victor Osimhen should play for Galatasaray for some years for him to repay Galatasaray for the good thing they did for him.
We are talking about football, unfortunately being ungrateful is something pretty ordinary. Years ago we still had many players with a real attachment to the club they were playing for, now if they hear there is a club ready to offer them a 10% salary increase they immediately start acting like babies because they want to leave. And probably it's even worse when it comes down to players with no attachment at all to the club: if you are Turkish, born and raised in Istanbul, probably playing for Galatasaray is your childhood dream. But if you come from Africa, South America or whatever, they are just a team paying you a salary, there is no sentimental part involved, that's why for them it's so easy to change team.
The quoted reply here is speaking with emotions and not reality. This is business and you should not expect any form of 100 percent loyalty from Osimhen. In the end he’s also looking out for his interest as well as the way the team is also looking out for their own interests. I don’t see anything like he’s being favored by Galatasaray because he was paid what they thought was worth it and those payments were meant for him to deliver which he’s in the team now and doing his job. If he’s saying he wants to leave, there are chances he’s seen a bigger opportunity but I expect a clause from their contract should be evoked by the team if the contract gives such window and he’s (Osimhen) has the liberty to associate with whatever club he wishes unless there is a clause in the agreement which should put him into stop.

He's still very young and has enough energy to explore other big leagues in Europe and settle in a club where there would be beyyer opportunities of winning a major trophy and earn better salary. Yes football is business and Osimhen is an employee of Galatasaray, so it's his decision to go for better offers or maintain his loyalty with Galatasaray.
Witj how Osimhen performed in the AFCON tournament several clubs have already taken note and it would be difficult for Galatasaray not to get offers from bigger European clubsx.

If he's going to pursue a career with Juventus, he needs to rediscover himself there. Actually, when he moved from Portugal to England, I didn't expect much from him; I was just naturally curious about his performance because of the high transfer fee paid for him. He fell short of expectations and couldn't deliver at Liverpool. Since he's in a similar situation in Saudi Arabia now, we can say his career is nearing a downturn.

Sincerely he was actually decent at Benfica where most top clubs were after him and I was very impressed about him then because as a striker he was fast and tall and that’s the characteristics of a center forward going to any league most especially to premier league and Liverpool who were actually playing counter attacking football then, so I rated him highly but his transfer fee was definitely going to be a barrier for him as it had weighed down many similar players who moved with such high expectations.

After leaving Liverpool I think he made the wrong decision of not playing in Europe first before moving to Saudi pro league which of recent has become night mares for players leaving their clubs early. He would have been great for me in the old ladies colours

These players are actually shutting down their careers when they go to Saudi Arabia. I get that the money paid there is unmatched in any other domestic league, but when they are fully passionate about football, I still don't fully get that they go the SPL when they could still play for European top clubs. It is a waste of talent and potential. It is a different situation for a player like Ronaldo, who had a great career and is now making several hundred million a year. Nobody is really following the SPL as much as European top leagues are followed.

Darwin Nunez had many ups and downs at Liverpool. He could be a genius and then have five big chances and not use any of them. Klopp gave him many chances back then, but I think Darwin Nunez wasn't quite able to establish a certain level that he could reliably play on and that gets punished at those outstanding clubs.

Juventus currently needs a striker. If they can complete such a transfer, perhaps they can be better next year. I think Nunez, with his height and speed, has the potential to improve in Italy. I think he acted too early in going to Saudi Arabia, and even there he's not the first choice right now. This may have demoralized him, or it may have fueled his anger. He must be looking for an opportunity to prove himself right now. I think he'll make a big transfer in the summer. If he goes to Italy, he can be successful.

True Nunez was actually a good player at Benfica, his clips didn't say otherwise and everyone was all about him being the competition Haaland needs but I guess Liverpool was not the club for him or rather the hype and expectation was too much for him to bear. This has happened to many players but personally I loved Nunez and I wanted him to perform well but the expectation was too much for him. Many players that are bought with a high fee are weighed down because the fans expectations are high, they want them to start doing the impossible or start playing like Messi or Ronaldo suddenly. It definitely was a mistake to leave Europe early, he should have stayed in Europe before moving out to Saudi pro league.

Juventus currently needs a striker. If they can complete such a transfer, perhaps they can be better next year. I think Nunez, with his height and speed, has the potential to improve in Italy.
Well bringing Nunez will be great and will be helpful but I don't think it will change much for them because I believe after this season their best player will be sold because a lot of teams are asking about him and I am sure with the current demand it will be difficult to keep him.

Their is a possibility that he might be a success if he goes to Juventus during this summer transfer window, but will he be an exceptional player at the club?
No, if you ask of my opinion because he is faster and have a very good height as you have said already, but his finishing is just too bad, and with such an average finisher, I don't see anything special coming from Juventus next season if he is eventually signed, unless they don't rely too much on him.
The attacker that I believe will add quality and sharpness in front of goal for Juventus is Victor osimhen, that they have been link to, because this is a player that knows the Italian seria A very well, he wouldn't be needing any time to adapt, he can just hit the ground running because at Napoli is where he has played his best football so far in his playing career.

I think the price is still negotiable, maybe under 50 million is still reasonable for those teams to spend on Nunez, and I don't think Al Hilal will mind at all, because after all, when Nunez has been crossed out of the team, it doesn't mean his salary will be lost, so Al Hilal will definitely do everything possible to sell him back to minimize losses and reduce the salary burden they pay every year. By the way, I heard Man Utd is also interested.
He was hyped to be one of the best strikers a few years back when Liverpool paid £85 million to Benfica, this was a record transfer for Liverpool, but sadly he failed to deliver as expected, and after the departure of Jurgen Klopp, he was not in the future of Arne Slot's strategy.

After having transferred to Al Hilal again, his performance was a problem just because Al Hilal was not able to keep him in the domestic league squad. Now, most likely he is coming back, but price is going to be a big problem for any club because they are not going to pay the price that Al Hilal is already paying to Liverpool. With the negotiable price, I am expecting Newcastle United and Chelsea could be much better places for him, even if these are too early, but as the media is hinting, he could be back into Premier league.

Nunez wasn't able to fit in Saudi Pro League and previously with Liverpool. I don't know why he wants to keep playing in Premier League and not try Bundesliga for example like Harry Kane or Ligue 1. There is Italy Serie A that might be interesting for him too.
Anyway, Nunez seems to have the interest of Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea mainly. Not sure about Manchester United but returning to Premier League seems to happen this summer.

Manchester United never showed any interest in him. Those clubs you mentioned above Newcastle United, Tottenham and Chelsea are the EPL clubs interested in Nunez. It's left for him to decide which of these clubs will favor him the more in achieving his dreams. Nunez might not want to try out other leagues. Though, he went to SPL and can still try a shot in other leagues.

Just after Darwin Nunez is being excluded from Al Hilal's SPL squad. He's now looking to go back to the european competition again. Honestly, it's such a waste of time for him went to the Saudi just to be embarrassed by Al Hilal.
So i think it's a sense choice for him to leave from SPL and join in a proper european team again. Several clubs are monitoring him such as Atletico, Newcastle and Juventus. If i were him, i'd be going back to the EPL by picking Newcastle. In what team do you guys wanna see him to play again?

Yup, I agree, at 26 years old he is still worthy of competing in the Premier League and several sources say it's not just Newcastle who are interested but there is also Chelsea in the list, if that's true then it's better to choose Chelsea. Another alternative yeah Atletico Madrid is not bad either, as we know many players move from the Premier League to La Liga and then find their best form there well who knows Darwin Núñez might be able to do it. By the way, previously Al Hilal paid 53 million when they brought him in so will these teams pay more to bring him on the move again?

I don't think so. I admit he has a quality, but i guess none of Chelsea, Juve, Atletico or Newcastle will pay way more than the price when Saudi bought him. His form is just regressing with less minutes given by Al Hilal to him.
He's in a real conundrum by not able to play in SPL and only play in ACL. So i think he's not in the form like when he was at Liverpool. It will obviously affect his price.

It will make more sense to pay 25% less than Al Hilal's initial bought price. I don't see a reason for the big club to overpay him when he's rarely playing.
A player that rarely plays obviously lacking of everything. So, it makes sense if all of the clubs interesting in him will offer far less than his bought price.

Is this really true? What does Chelsea expect from Darwin Nunez exactly after watching him at Liverpool? Besides he has been in Saudi Arabia since last summer. This is also a factor they shouldn't take such risk...

Nunez isn't just built for the Premier League. Chelsea should look for more reasonable striker options. For example why not they are trying their luck with Osimhen? He would be like their modern day Drogba.

This should be far from true, they do not want Darwin Nunez who they need most should be a defender. He has been in the Saudi Arabian league but has been displaced by Karim Benzema immediately he moved into that team. That must have him worried for more game time,  I don't know if he gets time to play because the world cup is just around the corner.  Chelsea are currently a business club not a footballing club

In my opinion, Darwin Nunez would be better off joining Juventus, as there's less competition there, and Serie A suits his playing style. Darwin Nunez needs to leave Al Hilal immediately to save his career, especially with the World Cup fast approaching, and he needs playing time to can appear for the World Cup. Therefore, joining Juventus is the best solution for Darwin Nunez to get playing time and improve his quality.

He is lucky that big clubs are still interested in signing him, because some players who moved to the Saudi League ended their careers because they later did not fit in to the league and had to leave to other clubs. Darwin Nunez is still a player who can contribute to any teams attack with the explosiveness and speed he brings to the attack. He did not have the best record or time in the Premier League with Liverpool, maybe it was the pattern of football played by the club or the pattern of football played in the league. Whichever was the reason, I don't think the English league is for him, he may likley do better in Juventus.

It's a pity that a you player like Darwin Nunez is struggling about establishing himself self in any team. It shows how badly the player is. If a player of Darwin Nunez calibre can't breakthrough into Al Hilal in team in Saudi, will be any of these European clubs that he will make it? He flopped at Liverpool and Al Hilal, there is a bigger possibility that he will flop if he goes to any other club in Europe. Of all the clubs linked to him, it's only Juventus I think he can breakthrough into the first team. He should move to Juventus and work hard it might work for him there.
Sometimes when I see clubs like Atletico Madrid and Juventus underperforming am not surprised cause the kind of players that they bring into their team is what determines how well or bad they may perform,

how can a club whose ambition is to win major trophies indulge in a deal involving a player that has fallen out of favour with his team in a league that is not a top rated league even after haven played in one of the best leagues in the world,

May be that was why Juventus were ousted by Galatasaray cause they lack quality players in the squad, for Atletico I do not know what their ambition is, they only seem to be interested in playing in the UEFA champions league and the La Liga, they do not deem to have their eyes on the trophy in a way.

Chelsea's transfer policy has always confused many people. Now they're reportedly targeting Nunez, even though his performance has declined significantly. But what exactly does Chelsea see in Nunez that drives them to pursue him? So far, there's been no confirmed news that Chelsea is actually interested in signing Darwin Nunez, but if the rumors are true, it could be a bad transfer for Chelsea, as they're bringing in a player whose performance has declined significantly.

Darwin Nunez is simply not suited to the Premier League, and Chelsea should be aware of that. Signing a player like Osimhen is the best option for Chelsea, as he's a quality player and has excellent performance. As you said, Osimhen could become a modern-day Drogba.

I'm a Juventus fan and I wouldn't take Nuñez for free, let alone paying 50 millions for him. He is one of the most overrated players I have ever seen, he only played well in Portugal when he had a whole team playing for him. At Liverpool he was a total disaster and the simple fact that even in Saudi Arabia he is not playing says it all. Oh, and let's not forget the salary, he makes something like 25 million euros/year, who in their right mind would offer him a similar salary now?

I missed this news. Barcelona is doing their best to sign Rashford on a permanent move... I understand them about their intention because he is really a great backup player for them now.

He has made a 20-goal contribution in 35 games he has played so far. Thinking he wasn't a starter in most of them this is a really valuable statistic. But they are still in a financial trouble so I wonder how they will solve this. By parting ways with Lewandowski maybe?
Barcelona has official offering 30 million euro as fees transfer for signing Marcus Rashford but not any official respond yet from Manchester United will agree or not, regarding several media report Barcelona will pay offer 30 million euro until three season later or paying around 10 million euro per season.

Overall, Rashford playing well during his loan period with Barcelona although still not fully playing as regular player and Rashford is good option for replacing Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski if that players get injury. Rashford can play well as winger or central forward and likely is reason why Barcelona interested for permanent his contract.
Due to Barcelona's financial problems, this deal seems much better for them because they are not able to provide funds, while media reports already clearly indicates the matter between Marcus Rashford and Manchester United is already settled for permanent transfer.

Robert Lewandowski is heading for a new journey, in this case Barcelona is going to have a good replacement because he is already doing a good job at Camp Nou. Marcus Rashford is 28 years old and can play for a few years here after having a problematic time at Old Trafford. Barcelona is doing well in La Liga, and their current team depth is also good, keeping Rashford will give them a good edge in upcoming season.

Diogo Dalot seems to really want Maguire to get his new contract at Manchester United. It is reported that Diogo Dalot has praised Maguire's performance so far and even considers him one of the best center backs in the league. He has also urged the club to keep the former Man United captain (Source). I personally think Manchester United still needs Maguire to strengthen their defense. Maguire so far has changed a lot after making many mistakes around the time of his arrival at Man United. Maguire has a winning mentality that does not give up easily even though he has faced many storms on and even off the field. Now he has become an important part of Man United. And I personally believe that Man United will consider Maguire to stay at Man United with a contract extension for him.
