He is not going to help Juventus do anything. He is not a level raiser so don't expect anything differnt if juventus sign him. One of the best could simply mean top 10 too in the league and sincerely speaking if not because of his injury which hasn’t make him to be a mainstay he certainly one of the top five with the recent performances he is been putting on. This rumor is stone age old and when you think about how often this was said, how often they reported that Barcelona is finally broke, it never happened and they could do whatever they wanted except for one time when they couldn't list one of their players. I don't think Manchester United would accept such a transfer offer. They could sell Rashford for €30 million in cash to any team they want today. Even if Barcelona wants to pay that amount, which is considered low in the football market, in installments, they can't make this transfer happen.
