I have also questioned the wisdom behind sacking Xabi Alonso and going on to employ someone less. But then I'm beginning to understand that clubs also gamble including the management because I don't know the best description to give his style of play. Real Madrid now struggle in every game and are now 4 games behind Barcelona. Now the big day is coming tomorrow, their home game against Manchester city. If Real Madrid fails to win tomorrow by at least 3 goals margin which is also very difficult, then their champions league dream may be very tiny as I know Manchester city would have an upper hand at Etihad stadium.

Bringing back Zidane to Real Madrid is almost very impossible after already returning to the team twice. Jorgen klopp could be a better success in the long-term which I don't think real Madrid will be patient enough for him too. I think you are right, what I see here is Perez trying out the same thing he did back in 2016, but like I said earlier Arbeloa and Zidane are not the same, Zidane even though was a Castila coach still worked with Ancelotti in the main team, of course he gained a lot from it down to even technicalities. Arbeloa to me doesn't have what it takes to handle a team like Real Madrid. With the way Real Madrid is playing now, it will be enough reason for the president to reach an agreement with Kloop because I have been hearing lots of rumours of him being the next Real Madrid boss.

Arbeloa is just an interim coach. He was the team's youth coach and was brought in to handle the team till the end of the season or till they get a new coach. I feel they shouldn't have fired Alonso. They should have given him a little more time, at least to the end of the season. Arbeloa will obviously leave at the end of the season.

Madrid has a very big decision to make in terms of who they hire. Klopp has made it clear he wants to remain where he is, so it's going to be difficult to convince him to join Madrid. I don't see many free elite and experienced coaches out there.
Aside from the coach, they also need to offload some players and get new ones. They need new midfielders, wingers and defenders, and with how financially limited they are, it's going to be difficult, but its Real Madrid so let's see how it goes.

Florentino Perez and his board sometimes are not doing the right things, why wouldn’t you back a manager that you want to improve your team, what they did to Xabi Alonso is bad even considering he’s a Madrid legend or so.

Bernardo Silva had a fantastic career with Manchester City. He still has the potential to play at a high level. Therefore, if he wants to transfer, he will have many suitors, primarily in Italy, then in Germany. There might even be teams from England that want to sign him. With so much interest, a transfer to Turkey seems unrealistic to me. If Saudi Arabia offers a lot of money, maybe he could play there.

There are a lot of players whose contracts expire in June, for example Dusan Vlahovic of Juventus and Marco Senesi of Bournemouth, then Mingueza, Goretzka and others.

I think he left because the team feels too big to be handled. Most managers can speak aggressively to players, not in an insulting way but at least with more command and authority.

I don't know why people pick favorite over performance. No shade, Zidane has a good record in Real Madrid  as a player and as a coach but let's argue with fact. Zidane had those UCL consecutively because of the players at then, if he is given this set of garbage players, I'm very sure there is nothing that will come out of this boys. It will be tactically manage By Anceloti than it's going to be managed by Zidane if they are going to use this players that are not in form.

As we are given preferences to the coach replacement, there is need for the club to get new players, might not be that expensive, those ones Zidane manage were not bought at expensive prices but the club excel in many ways to archive the things they are having now. They did this simply because they want to move forward and don't want to be dependent on the previous coach forever, as there will inevitably be separations. Real Madrid must get used to that, even though they've hired a new coach, they'll still strive to be the best team, but choosing a coach can not be careless, a wrong step can make the team experience a decline even though in their team there are many star players because every game requires tactics and strategies can not just play. Any change in leadership in clubs involving football players must be thought through properly so that the integrity of the football game is upheld to the best levels on the global stage. We usually observe how big teams fall out of favour because of tactics that do not match their player quality. A massive dependency on a person who has little experience is a high risk that can cannibalise the track record of success that has been established over the years. With selection, we are setting a base to have all our matches without having a cloudy vision to win.

You really made a very good point here that the turbulent situation in the middle east will prevent most players from making the move down there, and if the Iran, us/isreal war continues till the summer, their is no possibility of this move taking place because most nations air apace are still closed, so aside the fact that the player would not want to embark on a risky move like that, he wouldn't easily gain access or comes into the country, since their air space are closed. So he may be forced to look elsewhere because it's a matter of safety, even though he really wishes to make the move to Saudi Arabia.

I don't believe Real Madrid will make a managerial change right now. Because they have a match against Manchester City, and if they get eliminated there, only the league will remain. However, the reason why they shouldn't get him is more about cultural fit, and not about talent. Klopp managed a team that spent hundreds of millions every year and still acted as if they were the underdogs to City every year. Real Madrid always acts as if they are the greatest team in the world. So culturally they would clash.
