If Manchester united is not giving Micheal Carrick a permanent deal, they should still retain him on contract bases. But taking him off the picture to bring in another person entirely is a very wrong step and I would not want Manchester united to make such a mistake.
I also do not believe that giving a permanent job to Carrick will demotivate him or make him feel relaxed. Apart from the coaching experience, he is a Manchester united product. He understands the dream, the motivation and the goal of the club
It’s definitely way beyond this Manchester United past player of a thing, I think Manchester United are looking at the same playbook that occur with Ole Gunner Solkjaer and are actually thinking maybe this will not be another mistake and that’s why they are so relaxed in my opinion because let’s be sincere wasn’t Solkjaer having this numbers too before he was appointed manager of the club permanently even though in my opinion he didn’t fail but the club failed him I will still say it didn’t end well. Personally I would love Carrick to actually stay and be one to drive Manchester United back to the good old glory days but the question remains does he have what it takes because aside technical ability you need to be dogged to also stand up to the pressure of been the manager because even the Manchester United board is also a huge difficulty to handle

You guys see this? It seems MU is not going to appoint a new manager in summer. So they seem feel satisfied with the result delivered by Carrick. Honestly, i will disagree if they will make him permanent. It's caused by the old issue of him will comeback if they appoint him as a permanent manager. It much more reasonable when they keep him by keep extending his contract. So it can be seen as a motivation by him to keep perform and give good results to the management. Changing the coach won't guarantee them to get someone who can fit them them well like him. So it more like as a gambling instead of an effort to appoint a good coach. They have someone who already figured out how they can play well. So i see no reason to replace him. I'd like to see him get a huge success with his current squad to at least back to the UCL again. Are you guys thinking the same? I would like to see what Manchester United does next season. They sacked Ruud van Nistelrooy to bring Amorim, they just might do the same thing to Micheal Carrick. Whatever their decision is, I really don’t care. One thing I’m sure of is that they won’t be finishing in the top 4 next season either way.

Again with Jurgen Klopp? He already stated several times that he is not interested and he wants to keep working with RedBull. And Zidane is going to be France's next manager after the World Cup, so he's not available either. I really don't understand why many users simply don't understand that Klopp and Zidane are not feasible options and they keep mentioning them, it's not gonna happen, that's it.
The thing is, when the non availability of a coach becomes very obvious, fans are often optimistic to see the appointment of someone that once did very well and has good experience. Just as you've said, these two most mentioned individuals have made their intentions clear, but just because they're not in the field at the moment, a lot of people still believes that there is a chance for them to take the Job. And maybe, if Mourinho wasn't having a job at the moment, he would have been part of the possible candidate on fan's list, to take the Job. At this point, the fans needs to be patient with the club. This current manager doesn't look like it, and at the same time, there is no top manager available to do the Job. Many fans are grown up people, so they should be able to understand when it's not possible to do something, we're not talking about kids in a toy store who are crying because they want a certain toy. And I find even more ridiculous mentioning Zidane because everybody knows he's going to manage France, and that's always been his dream, so does somebody think he's going to renounce it to go back again at Real Madrid? Especially at THIS Real Madrid? Come on...

Do you think Michael Carrick is not getting the managerial job? The Red Devils are no longer finding it easier to win games and come out on games. This is no longer the Manchester United we watched when Carrick took over. By the way, it's still early to start developing doubts for Michael Carrick football. Carrick have already done well for the club since been appointed as interim manager. The fans still loved him despite the mere setbacks they're experiencing.

I think Micheal Carrick is going to get the job whichever way that happens I just want him to get the job, Manchester United have been playing well in recent games, and I wouldn’t only agree the performance and I also understand that Manchester United are playing a very good football that I have never seen them play in a very long time, which means it’s just better for him to get that job. However they have dropped points in some few games and he has only recorded one lost, and there is no way he was going to win every game that he has played, so I must say right now that Carrick is doing a very good job and that also makes a lot of sense in offering him the job because he deserves to get the job, if he should qualify them for the top 4 for the champions league qualification then I think he gets the Job.

However, I think he could have influence over the players. If he came to Real Madrid as a manager, the players wouldn't be able to disrespect him. He has both a disciplined and tough personality. Therefore, I think he's a coach who could be successful both in France and at Real Madrid.

Choosing a new coach is like gambling. We cannot finalise that young coaches cannot manage a big club and get the needed results. Some examples of relatively unknown coaches who performed are Xabi Alonso in Bayer Leverkusen and Vincent Kompany of Bayern Munich. Many people thought that these two coaches were inexperienced to handle big clubs. But these coaches performed beyond our expectations. Real Madrid just gambled by choosing Álvaro Arbeloa, however it seems he is not doing well.
People easily mention Zinedine Zidane and Jürgen Klopp. The question is, are these coaches available? Klopp has continuously said he is happy at Red Bull. Zidane is focusing on becoming the national team coach of France.
If you are hiring a 40-45 year old coach, then yeah, if you are hiring someone who has not managed a big club before, then yeah. But if you are hiring a coach that had a UCL in the past 10 years, do you really do that because you are gambling? I mean assume Zidane becomes next coach for Real Madrid, not that he would, he accepted the French team job after the world cup, but I am just saying that as an example. That dude won 3 in a row with them, is that really still a gamble? That means Real should not have gambled with Xabi, and if they really want to, then they should have given him more than just six months to build a team. He didn't really get a fair treatment there and could have done much better if he was allowed to stay.

Carrick deserves a long-term contract and the permanent position of Manchester United manager. Michael Carrick has brought about big changes at Manchester United and has been able to improve the team's performance with the existing squad. Carrick's tactical approach perfectly suits the players' playing style, and the players are very happy under Carrick. Therefore, management is satisfied with Carrick's performance, and once again, Carrick deserves to be appointed as Manchester United's permanent manager.

Yes, hiring a top coach might lead to a predicted result, but that's not the case at all times. Jose Mourinho and Massimiliano Allegri are examples of coaches who failed when they returned to their former clubs after they had their best times before. The special one won trophies with Chelsea but was sacked when he returned to the club. Massimiliano won five straight Serie A titles with Juventus but failed to win a trophy in his second spell and he was eventually sacked. I still think choosing a new coach is gambling. Xabi was not doing badly, he deserved more time.

This is logical and correct in terms of maintaining his status and authority. If United's management expects him to win the Champions League and Premier League first (without any investment or any work at the club that not correlated to head coach), then they're simply stupid. I believe this issue should be resolved this summer, when the full results of the season are clear. If United are in the top four, he should automatically be appointed permanent head coach.

Romero is gonna to leave the club following his club's disastrous season. I admit he finally uses his sense. He should have left from there a few years ago consider his career was getting stuck. I think he's good player, but played for a wrong club. It's worsen with how many of spurs fans were always going salty to him when his club underperform. They're always blaming him likeit's his fault. So it's time for him to leave. I don't any difficult for other team to sign him as he has a clause if Spurs relegated, his wages will get 50% cut off. It means a bargain deal for the new that will sign him. The good thing is he still has clubs interested after a shit show with his club this season. The club is Atletico madrid. I believe if he joins there, he will perform better.

Arbeloa's chances of being appointed as Real Madrid's permanent manager are slim to none. Perez will undoubtedly be looking for a great and experienced coach next season, as he doesn't want Real Madrid to continue failing to win titles and allowing Barcelona to continue dominating.
Of course, that's the best thing to do in order to bring back the club to its peak form and start doing what they know how to do best which is winning titles both Laliga and Champions League. Arbeloa was a sharp replacement of Xabi Alonso to keep the club going. I don't have the idea of the new coach that Perez is eyeing. Perez will never keep Arbeloa, I also don’t want him coach Real Madrid next season because i don’t think any young coach can coach Real Madrid players with their ego, although Arbeloa was able to control the dressing room and have the players support but he has made some mistakes that affect the team in some games, when he was appointed as the head coach Barcelona lost two games in a row and Real Madrid was leading Barcelona with a clear 4 points and at the end he started playing some players who are not fit and making some wrong substitutions. Arbeloa still have a lot to learn, he just started his first career coach in Real Madrid and we all know how it is to coach a team like Real Madrid, the only thing that will make him stay at Real Madrid next season is if he win a trophy this season and we all know that will be a difficult task because Real Madrid have a lot of injuries and they did not look like a team that is ready to win a trophy.

I see no reason why Carrick shouldn't be made permanent coach right away. If management likes his work, it's better to clarify the situation right away.
No, I don't think they should be in a rush to make him a permanent coach, he's taken the team to a preferred spot that would make them qualify for the Champions League, but the season is not yet over and there's still about 10 matches or so, I'm not wishing that Manchester United won't win a good number of the remaining matches cause they're a team i love so much but until we qualify for the Champions League then Carrick deserves the role of a permanent manager cause that's what he was signed for.

Manchester United sacked Ruud van Nistelrooy?! Or are you now spilling shite?! They sacked Erik ten Hag not Ruud. And bout Michael Carrick, I don't want him as well, he has done quite well and brought Manchester United back into the top four spot but for next season?! I honestly want to see Luis Enrique or someone more ambitious who's won some big European competition to manage Manchester United. Maybe you should just quietly focus on your next few games and make sure you win an European trophy and you first trophy in six years.

The premier league is not an easy so it's normal for players and managers to have a good time good form for a while but that doesn't mean the form will last forever. Having good games and winning matches was good for the team but i knew sooner or later they will not be able to maintain same energy but that doesn't mean they will go back to being very poor. They can't win all matches so they just have to find a way to balance it up, win a lot of games and lose a few so they can end the season well. About Carrick I think he's doing a good job and has proven himself already but the decision of appointing him as a coach is for the management to decide if is up to standards or not. As for me I think he should be given a chance to see what he can offer and how far he can take them.

Michael Carrick is a very good coach and he has proven that to everyone and also to the management of Manchester United and that is the reason why they want to keep him and this is the best decision they have made because I believe he will do more in Manchester United next season and I believe Manchester United will go to the champions league next season because they are already at the third position in the premier league table and all this achievements are as a result of Michael Carrick coming to Manchester United and yes he deserves to be appointed as Manchester United permanent manager he has done very well with this current Manchester United squad.

Vinicious Jr. situation seems to be getting more and more serious everyday. While I do not want to believe in just rumours, the whole situation seems to be spilling a lot faster these days and looks like Real Madrid may not have any other choice but to sell him.
But considering he is a superstar level player, it is not going to be easy to sell him. The main reason would be the amount, this isn't a guy you sell for 100 million or something, he is the type of guy who should be 200, and except the Saudis, how many teams could even afford that?

You dont have to be a Manchester United fan to care about a coach that has proven himself. I think if Michael Carrick finished top 4 this season, he should be given a 2 or 3-year contract to lead the Manchester United team. One summer spent, Michael Carrick's Manchester United team will be better than Chelsea's future squad. At the same time, I dont want Manchester United to quaify for the Champions League.

I always said that if Vinicius is so stupid to leave Real Madrid, he has only one option: going to Saudi Arabia. He is currently refusing a 20+ millions/year contract from Real Madrid, I don't see a single club in Europe willing to offer him the same amount of money, let alone more. PSG, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Arsenal, City, none of them really need a player like Vinicius. Maybe the only club crazy enough could be Manchester United but leaving Real Madrid at 26 years old to move to United is not a smart move. And Madrid can't even ask a lot of money because his contract expires in one year.

It is rumored that he is still considering his sports career ( Source). And I think he intends to achieve many accomplishments in prestigious competitions as he still needs Real Madrid to support his career. Vini is still too young to immediately move to a less prestigious league. He still has many opportunities to boost his career during his prime. And I think he has considered this in his decision. However Real Madrid and even Vini need each other for mutual benefit. So I personally believe Vini will reach an agreement with Madrid to stay through a highly probable contract extension within a short period of time, where it will dispel all other rumors if Vini's contract agreement has been renewed.
