It won't feel immediate because building with a new coach is not easy, but I'm sure Klopp's process from scratch always produces good results even though it takes a few seasons to wait, I want an example of him at Dortmund and Liverpool where it took a long time for his team to become famous.

This was the type of job I was expecting jurgen klopp to be handling than going too early into retirement because it looks like he doesn't have that enough energy to be working none stop as clubs football demands, but with the national team, he will have more time to rest, a rest that he has always crave for, because he will only be working occasionally, like when their will be a qualifying games or when their is a major tournament like the world cup or euros cup that comes up every four year, and if this is confirmed, I think that he is going to be an upgrade to naglesmann that has being the the manager of the German national team in the past few years.

I am glad that the management is trying to make a quick decision, leaving him to stay too long might relegate them because since he joined the team as their coach, he hasn't gotten a single draw, he has lost all his games in charge of Tottenham.

It's true he is the best coach for them and so far he has got the best performance among every other coach that managed the team. You can see the improvement in the way the team is playing this is exactly what we couldn't see with other coaches even though the team was winning it felt like luck but it's not the same with Carrick.

It would have been nice to see Ronaldo be part of the team managed by Carrick, I believe things would have gone well and Ronaldo would have even helped the team better. Even though Jürgen Klopp had retired from coach to work at Red Bull, since there's no rule in football that stops a coach or a player from coming out of retirement and continues his career, Jürgen Klopp can come out of retirement and accept the offer to become Germany head coach. Yes, Jürgen Klopp got a lot of offers from league teams but he didn't accept any of the offers. It seems Jürgen Klopp isn't interested to coach any club team after he willingly left Liverpool on mutual consent. Before Germany wants to appoint Jürgen Klopp as their next coach, they aren't satisfied with Naglesmann management, so releasing him won't be a problem.
