The champions league final is definitely a hard competition to win than any league competition and even the greatest British manager Sir Alex Ferguson proved that with just two champions league within almost 29 years in charge of the same club. What he's done at this club is something very few players will ever be able to repeat. A player that good hasn't come around in a long time. Liverpool really flourished with him in the team. I'm a bit sad to see him go. It's not the same form fans were used to, but that's normal,you can't perform at a top level all the time. That true the champions league is never an easy competition and it's difficult to see a team dominate it for a long time. I think the only team that did it recently is Real Madrid and I am not sure any team can do that again. I think this is one of the moves that also makes football interesting and profitable for the investors in it, you see it’s now a trend in modern football, first it used to be when players are getting older about to retire they fall back to their childhood club or home club then the trend moved to the  Chinese League being the place of retirement and gathering more pension money for footballers then the US for a bit and then Saudi Pro League now the US is back on the radar.
The only move to the US I wasn’t happy about is Heung Min Son and Riqui Puig, I still feel like they have more to give in Europe but it’s all good the quality of football in the US MLS is improving.

Though many football fans would say this season he has been poor, let us not also forget that he has a total of 19 goal contributions, 10 goals, and 9 assists this season, which is considered his worst season. Many forwards in the league have not achieved that number, yet no one is talking about them. We will surely miss Salah in the Premier League because I am sure he is going to a club outside the Premier League.

The egyptian king era is finally coming to its end. I remember when Salah wanted the new contract so badly last season. He's even signalled the club many times about that, but it sounds weird he's now willing to leave from the club in his own term. So, i can assume he's no confidence in the squad anymore.

That's right, we've been hearing these rumors for the past few seasons and finally the time has come. Indeed Mo Salah is linked with the Saudi Pro League between Al-Ittihad and Al-Nassr but yeah we will hear the announcement after this season ends. Another rumor also came from MLS but I'm not sure Mo Salah is interested in this option because based on culture he is more suited to the Saudi League, I personally hope he moves to Al Ittihad because this club performance is bad and really needs new players in the attack line yeah as we see Al Ittihad is in 6th position in the standings currently.

Thats right. It's really nice that they are parting ways on a good term, it will be unwise if the team part ways on bad terms, it will feel as if they are not appreciative after all Salah did for them. I won't be surprised though if it happens that way because it happened with Mane.

Salah should have left after last season but some players just don't know when to leave. When things are about to go south you should know and leave as soon as possible before it gets worse. From salah's performance 2 seasons back I knew he doesn't have much time with the team anymore but his performance last season made him think he can still stay for a while. It's good that he is leaving now, at least the team can confidently look for replacement for him. He might still see an interested team in Europe but I feel it will be better to join Saudi Arabia League.
