This is the type of news Arsenal fans want to hear. Until Arsenal sign  Kvaratskhelia, it will be another rumor circulating around on social media. After Manchester United interest on Luis Enrique which he rejected. Luis Enrique is yet to sign a new contract. PSG has offered him a new contract immediately. His boyhood club in the Premier League was Manchester United, all they need is qualify for the Champions league and Man Utd will be all over with plans to sign him. Trossad and Martinelli are not the players they use to be again. It is good they get a player more ambitious than these two present. I don't think when it comes to money Arsenal won't mind going all out for it as long as you're a good player, this is not a new thing for the Gunners. Like I said before is not about the money but can PSG afford to lose this player to Arsenal? Is hard these days to let one of the best players leave just like that because finding a better replacement is a problem and we know PSG of being a team that loses replacing any sold player. I've been following these rumors for a long time and I can't understand who is trying to deceive whom here. Rodri turns 30 this summer, he had a serious injury and now it is not at all obvious that he has fully recovered/returned to the level he was before the injury. This is a deal I considered nearly impossible because PSG would not even entertain anything that would make Kvaratskhelia leave their team, especially when they have not seen or acquired any player they saw as an upgrade to Kvaratskhelia, besides, as it stands, if they did sanction this move, it will entails one thing which very clear, which is lack of ambition from PSG. So if arsenal shows too much interest in this player, what PSG are going to do is signing him on a more lucrative contract he can't say no to, because he is currently one of their key players.

Hard work pays, if Kvaratskhelia didn't do well or work hard to get noticed by Napoli and still maintain his consistency at Napoli then signed by PSG, I don't think he would've been known or get noticed by PSG, I love that he's not relaxed despite the competition for playing time, he was benched against  Chelsea but he came in and stole the show. That's how a good player should behave, he doesn't go ranting on the media when he's benched but gives his best whenever opportunity arises. Arsenal to sign him?
