Looking at everything that gets to do with this potential move of nunez moving to the old ladies of Juventus, it would have been a nice move for Juventus, but what I think may be the stumbling block to this transfer is his salary, because I don't expect his transfer fee to be too much of a problem, since Al Hilal knows that they have to reduce his transfer fee significantly if they want to stand a chance of offloading him out of the club this summer and remove him from his huge wage bill he is currently on. Nothing impossible. I meant Nunez very rarely got minutes at Hilal since he's being excluded from main squad of SPL. So this may force him to think to go back to europe even if he has to accept significant pay cut. We have seen how Jordan Handerson accepted to cut 75% of his salary to join Ajax. Who knows it may also work for him too.

Hopefully, Juve can at least try to approach him.

Today news about Patrik Schick has started circulating again in the media. According to reports Beşiktaş will make 30 million Euro offer for Schick who is the star striker of Bayer Leverkusen. I really like Schick and he's probably a player who deserves a market value of 30 million. But I'm not sure how wise it is to spend that much money on someone who's already 30 years old. I don't think signing Nunez is the right solution for Juventus to address the attacking woes left by Vlahovic, as Nunez's performance is already on the verge of collapse. Since leaving Liverpool, Nunez's form has completely collapsed, both at club level and internationally. Rather than signing Nunez, Juventus would be better off maximizing Thuram's potential to become a top striker and bringing in another, truly qualified, younger striker for the long term. Therefore, in my opinion, Nunez is not the right replacement for Vlahovic.

It’s fair to say that Carrick has performed beyond expectations , where he performed impressively, even though he was only working as a caretaker. But unfortunately, none of that was enough to persuade the Manchester United  bosses to appoint Carrick as permanent manager. It seems they don’t want to repeat  the mistakes of the past (as when they chose Solksjaer back in 2019). It is quite understandable that the management would want an experienced coach , as that is likely necessary for their long-term goals.

To be honest, I’m also  curious to see what would happen if Man United managed to qualify for the Champions League  next season. Would they still sign a new manager to replace Carrick, or would they actually  choose to appoint Carrick as manager?  Personally, I’d definitely still go for Carrick because he knows  exactly what to do with the current squad and things might well fall apart if someone else were to take charge.

I have a lot of respect for Enrique, but he's not a magician. Perhaps what Carrick has done is the most that can be achieved with the current United team. If the owners want even more progress, they should invest in infrastructure and players, and then find a top manager. In the game of football, you can never say never because things can change very quick, and the move we never saw coming may take place in a twinkle if an eye.

It would be extremely reckless for them to replace Carrick just for a reason like that. They should be grateful that Carrick understands what the club needs to bounce back from its slump. I think if Carrick is replaced, we’ll see Man United revert to their worst form like when they were coached by Amorim, and risk slipping into the relegation zone in the EPL. The United players have started to build chemistry with Carrick, so it’s better to keep him.

Darwin Nunez isn't much of an interesting striker in the first place, judging by his antecedents at Liverpool which wasn't as impactful as expected from a young striker, maybe he might be improve further at Juventus and adapt to Italian football as it is typical of players from South America. Actually the Serie A is already known as a league where player usually ends up after a long career in other league in Europe and Nunez might find his form back in the Serie A.

This is a good decision by the Juventus management, they have taken a bold step to improve their team finally because given managers one year or sacking managers along the line while season is going is always affecting the team play and the team’s financial situations, that’s why it is advisable to give some managers time and money to build a team that can win you something within few years because changing managers will keep affecting the team financially and the players will also be affected.

Luciano Spalletti has started improving Juventus’s performance already, he can still do well to help the team qualify to the Champions League, if he is given time, he can do better since he have experience and have won the league with Napoli, so he can help the team to improve and maybe win the league.

Rumors about Barcelona and Kane have been circulating around here for quite some time, if I recall correctly, coinciding with rumors that Lewandowski would be sold, however, all indications are that Barcelona would be unlikely to sign Kane even if they wanted him. Kane is in top form with Bayern, and it wouldn't make sense for Bayern to let him go.
Osimhen won't be easy to acquire either, given his asking price, which is likely to be over 80 million euros, which is quite difficult for Barcelona to afford given their current financial situation.
