Michael Olise needs to remain at Bayern Munich and blend well before he should consider a move to Real Madrid. Olise is good at scoring and making assists, i like his creativity and how he covers up for Harry Kane when he is not available to play. He is only 24 years, i think he should spend more 2 seasons at Bayern Munich. I also admire his input in the UCL, he is 3 assists away from breaking the record of highest assist in a single UCL season. If he can blend well in Bayern Munich and then move to Real Madrid, he can become a potential Ballon d'Or candidate.

I personally don't see what will actually make them give the job to someone else, I mean the man has done what so many managers in all their might couldn't do for the club and then all of a sudden wanting to give the job to someone else that would be completely absurd for me. Maguire is currently 33; he is ageing, and times are changing. Renewing his contract for another 3 or 4 years will be a loss for the club, as they can sign young talent while profiting from them if they choose to let the player go. Honestly Maguire wasn't that bad initially, he wasn't making a lot of errors until he was criticized for everything he did and that later affected his performance. I doubt if there's many players that can go through what he experienced and still somehow regain is normal performance again. The way he was criticized and made fun of I felt bad for him because it was not his fault that the team paid a huge amount for him but he's the one suffering it. At one point he was confused whenever he's playing but with time he got himself back and I am impressed by how well he improved now. He's really got a big mentality I must give it to him.

Carrick has done a lot for the club already even though he's bare here for a few months, he has proven that he can handle the team properly. This is not something even top coaches will be able to pull off because many has been appointed but were still unable to make the perform better despite top talented players being signed for them. The rumors which have been blown out of proportion by the Spanish media, stem from Olise’s performance in the first leg, which made it easy for Madrid defense to be breached. We know Olise is a top player on the rise, so being linked with Madrid is nothing out of the ordinary. Even if it was somehow true that Madrid were interested in him, there is no chance right now of him leaving Munich. Even if he could be tempted and wants to join Madrid, Bayern Munich will never allow him to leave right now. This is just his second season in Bayern Munich, and he seems to be enjoying himself. I was not aware of any rumours, but it's a good thing it has been shut down immediately.

Although he would fit into Madrid very well. He is exactly what they need on the left wing. He is very creative, and they need more of that. Having an attack of Olise, Mbappe and Vini would be very scary for other teams with the right coach.  Too bad it's not going to happen, not right now at least. And considering how much they will all earn, they can't all fit into the plans of Madrid.
