I don't know why the club hierarchy decided to let Casemero leave. He is still a top player and has even agreed to take a pay cut. Maybe he would have been considered if he were an Englishman Undecided

His salary should be the main issue and don't forget, he is South American, after playing all the good football, it is normal for them to retire to a side who pays them excessive and too much money.
Talks have already begin between Inter Miami and the player. It is already decided, he'll be leaving the club by the end of the season. Finally, the short time he's had with Manchester United has helped us with his experience and leadership,  he is loved by the fans, he'll be missed, most especially in the dressing room.

They just love to spread rumours all over the internet! I wasn't expecting Olise to leave in the first place.

Why would he want to leave one of the best European teams at the moment? Especially while he is having his career-high season at Bayern Munich?  Huh

It doesn't make sense at all... Neither Real Madrid nor another team can steal him from them in my opinion.
Since we are living in a world where social media influencers make people from posting on social media, people will keep spreading rumours just to get engagements on their social media pages. Olise is having one of his best season at Bayern Munich right now, and I don't expect him to go to either Liverpool or Real Madrid in the summer because Bayern Munich is one of the European giants and they are doing very well both in their domestic league and the Champions League. But since Olise haven't cleared the air about him linked with a move to either Liverpool or Real Madrid in the summer, I believe Olise could move to either Liverpool or Real Madrid in the summer.
I didn't believe all this rumours again sometime ago that was how they were saying that Harri Kane will be leaving Bayern Munich i was like a player that is having his best moment in a team? scoring at all time where is he going Harri Kane is still in Bayern Munich till now, so for now i don't believe that Olise will be going anywhere for now the boy is having his best time in football if Olise will leave Bayern Munich it's not going to now not even next season.

Carrick is not the one making calls concerning transfer decision at Manchester United so don't believe such rumours infact he's not made the permanent coach yet for his decision concerning transfers doesn't matters much. Manchester United have high profiled tacticians at the board that makes decisions concerning transfers.
Carricks focus is on qualifying for the Champions League so he'll have a better opportunity of becoming a permanent manager and not on transfers for now. As for a replacement for Casemiro it's something they openly talked about and listed different options, players like Sandro, Wharton, Anderson, Baleba, etc and some others, outside the EPL.
You are right about all you said here, because since Michael Carrick hasn't been made the permanent manager of Manchester United, he doesn't have that power to start talking of potential target of who may come and goes out of the club, because he is not even sure if Manchester United hierarchy will decide to retain him, so I see this news as rumour that doesn't hold much weight.

So before I will start taking any transfer rumour about Manchester United serious, it's when they have confirmed the new manager, that will lead the team to glory next season, not this rumours coming up when we are not even sure on who will be their manager next season.

I think that Manchester United will bring McTominay back by making a good offer to Napoli. It’s a shame they won’t be able to do the same with Garnacho, because Chelsea are keeping him, even though he would have played much better under Carrick. We will also have to see how things pan out for Rashford, because Barcelona don’t have the money.

Casemiro is already 34 years old, so it's reasonable that the club would let him go and look for a younger replacement for a long-term project. With him nearing retirement age, it's unlikely that Casemiro will be able to play at the highest level. Therefore, the club's decision to let Casemiro go isn't about his salary, but rather his physical condition due to his age.

I didn't come across this news here maybe I skipped it.
Marie-Louise Eta is now Union Berlin's intern manager. She was announced after the previous manager was sacked.
She is now the first woman to manage a men's first team in a top division of the European Leauge. Big news as female managers are now becoming well recognized in football.

I think you're right this is very common with South American players. They usually prefer to retire at a club that offers higher salary. They are just like Africans, they prefer to make a lot of money and try am to save as much as they can be for retirement since they know after their career ends there is no any other form of payment for them that's why need to make more money for themselves and their families.

Casemiro has really been a useful player for them his experience and exposure have been useful although he struggled at first and was criticized by many but after a while he settled and ever since he has been performing well for them. Leaving the team is certain because the team are already looking for replacements and I see they are being linked with Bruno Guimereas of Newcastle united and some others so it's certain that he will leave by the end of the season.

I would guess that Olise is not really doing that much of a difference here, Bayern will not sell him no matter what, and will pay him insane amount of money to stay. I bet that even just these rumours of Real Madrid is enough to give him a bigger contract this summer while his contract is still going on.

Imagine him getting 20+ million a year, that's a possibility and they can afford to do that, and if they do, then I do not see why Olise would want to leave. He is at a club who is winning and doing better than what he would do at Real Madrid. If I was Real Madrid, I would expect changing manager a lot more important issue and not just getting players, they have good enough players, they need some managers instead.

Casemiro wage is too heavy for Manchester United and giving him another contract will mean that they are going to increase his wage and I don’t think Manchester United will be willing to do that. Secondly most of these old players are not reliable, they will perform well when they know that their contract is nearing completion so that the club will renew their contract and once that’s done they will go back to their shell and when questions are being asked why they are not performing as the previous season, they will use old age as an excuse.

Look at Mo Salah, he was so good last season at 33, Liverpool thought he would continue like that for more years and they gave him two years contract which he signed last season. But he has struggled to replicate that last season form that made Liverpool offered him contract extension. Casemiro might just be like that if given another contract. So it’s better he go let the club invest in another younger player, the coach will be there to direct the young player on what to do.

I didn't come across this news here maybe I skipped it.
Yes you did, I posted about it yesterday, it did not get a lot of attention maybe because Union Berlin is not very popular as a club.

I thought I will be seeing discussions about Union Berlin that just appointed Marie-Louise Eta as the first interim female coach to manage a men's team, It is not just history for the bundesliga, it is history for football.

What do you say about this?

But since you have posted about it, it is good. Her next game is going to be big because her target is to make sure the club does not get relegated in the few games they have left. They will be playing Wolfsburg next and it will be interesting to see how she performs.

Midfield is the engine of any football team, and any team that has strong attack but weak defense will never perform very well because pressure will be on the defense of that team. The last time Real Madrid won the Champions League, they didn't only had Vinicius Junior; they had Valverde and Rodrygo upfront, and they played a vital role for Real Madrid in winning the 2024 Champions League, so I totally disagree with you that it was only Vinicius Junior Real Madrid had as super star.
All lines are equally important, not just the midfield, what Real Madrid needs is a balanced squad, not just focusing on one because the key to all keys is solid team play and working well together, not who shows the best, the last time Real Madrid won both titles simultaneously (La Liga and UCL) Real Madrid's game was very solid, almost the same as Barcelona at this time, so the number of star players in attack does not guarantee success for Real Madrid if they do not have a balanced squad.

I thought I will be seeing discussions about Union Berlin that just appointed Marie-Louise Eta as the first interim female coach to manage a men's team, It is not just history for the bundesliga, it is history for football.

What do you say about this?

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/13530875/marie-louise-eta-becomes-first-female-head-coach-in-mens-top-five-european-leagues-at-bundesliga-side-union-berlin
That's sounds cool. I was seeing his CV, and he has pretty good football knowledge. it seems Berlin is not keen to sign another men coach due to the financial instead they were going for her. The good part he's been a part of Berlin's coaching staff. That's why Berlin rate her, then step up her to be a new coach.
If she will success to help Berlin to keep stay at the midtable, it's gonna be groundbreaking for another female coach to take the job as the head coach for men's club.

I don't know why the club hierarchy decided to let Casemero leave. He is still a top player and has even agreed to take a pay cut. Maybe he would have been considered if he were an Englishman Undecided
Even at 34, Casemiro is one of Manchester United best players this season. Manchester United management should have given Casemiro one year contract even though they want to replace him in the summer because he can still be useful for Manchester United next season, and I the young player Manchester United will sign as Casemiro's replacement can still learn a lot from Casemiro before he leaves Manchester United.

I know that Casemiro wage is too heavy for Manchester United, but I heard that he was willing to take a pay cut just to land himself another contract at Manchester United. But since Manchester United management couldn't extend Casemiro's contract even when he's willing of taking a pay cut, I believe Casemiro huge wage isn't the reason why he will be leaving Manchester United as free agent. What you said about most old players performing well when they know that they are running out of contract so that the clubs they are playing for can hand them a new contract and once they get what they want they will start performing badly might be true, but I believe Casemiro won't fall into that category because he loves Manchester United and he's ready to die for Manchester United badge.

They say Gordon has a price tag like 60 million euros. But that's actually his market value. And I don't think Newcastle would let him go for that amount...

I think they would demand more money. Because Gordon is one of the biggest talents in their squad. Filling his place isn't too easy. By the way why is Bayern Munich interested in him in the first place?

They don't need a LW now as they have Diaz already. Gordon is too expensive for a rotational player too.

Until an agreement is completed, it's merely a rumor. Doesn't mean football rumors are all for clout chasing, but this one is hard to believe. Olise still has a big part of an incomplete contract with Bayern Munich, which is suppose to end in 2029. Talk about some more refreshing deals ahead of this window and I can buy it.

My shock was immense, so great that I rushed to Google to check if I hadn't made a mistake. What is this? There are still 5 games left in the Bundesliga, and Union Berlin could mathematically still be relegated at the end of the season if they lose all of their next 5 games and if Heidenheim wins all of their next 5 Bundesliga games. It's true that Union Berlin's defeat against Heidenheim, currently the worst team and in last place, was very strange. But it seemed very hasty to change coaches at this point.

Especially since Union Berlin's next game is against another bad team, Wolfsburg, who haven't won in their last 5 games and are in 17th place. Union has a good chance of winning that game. Now, with a new coach, things will be riskier. I'm not saying this because I'm a woman; that doesn't bother me. Both women and men have the same capabilities; the problem is the timing of their decision to fire the coach, which wasn't ideal. We'll see how she performs.

Congratulations to Marie-Louise Eta

Is this the saying that what a man can do, a woman can do better? She is not a novice in the Bundesliga since she became an assistant coach in November 2023 at Union Berlin. But I still have doubts that she would be able to gain the respect and support of players who are used to male coaches. Eta has received so much support on social media and I hope she will be able to turn the fortune of the club after a disgraceful 3-1 loss to bottom-side FC Heidenheim.

On the attacker point, you're not wrong. One of Mbappe or Vini must be sold. But Mbappe is not going to be transferred anywhere, he has a contract until 2029 in essence. Vini is the exit. And his camp is demanding an outrageous increase in wages. Summer window will be interesting.

I highly doubt that the Real Madrid management, who are obsessed with Vinicius Jr., would let him go. Real Madrid no longer has a president who sees all players as equals and considers none of them more important than the club. But nowadays, unfortunately, the Real Madrid management only has eyes for a few players and doesn't see that there are other, better options. That's why Real Madrid plays so badly; even Atlético has been playing beautifully, although they don't strive to fight for the title.

Look, for example, at this news:

𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: Vinicius Jr confirms he’ll “𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐋” at Real Madrid and stay for a long time!

source: https://www.instagram.com/p/DWyfmh0jMy6/?img_index=1

The problem that the Real Madrid management doesn't understand is the number of goals each of their strikers is scoring. I understand that Real Madrid should keep Vinicius and Mbappé; they aren't the problem right now. But the problem is on the left side; the other Real Madrid strikers aren't scoring consistently. Look at Barcelona; they're perfect. All their strikers are scoring consistently. The Barcelona coach is someone who can take a terrible player and turn him into a very skillful one.

Unfortunately, Real Madrid doesn't have that. Every coach who comes along always lets go of good players. I have no doubt that if Endrick had gone to Barcelona, the Barcelona coach would have taken him and brought his skills to the top, and he would have been a highly sought-after player by many teams. But he went to Real Madrid and is ruining himself, to the point of being loaned out. What's the point of signing a new player only to loan him out months later or just leave him sitting on the bench? I don't understand.
I always felt Barcelona are more team than Real Madrid, there is more chemistry among the players and, especially, I feel like Barcelona's forwards are not obsessed with scoring. At Real Madrid it's different, there is this kind of internal dispute between Mbappé and Vinicius for who is the real star player, so they are more selfish.

I don't feel suprised that several names are linked to Real Madrid, especially now that they're searching for permanent manager. Well Deschamp has a good profile both as manager and footballer, he's won lots of trophies and know what it takes to handle a big club like Real Madrid, he'll do better if given the opportunity.
However I think Real Madrid needs someone with an experience in  the club, someone that's won trophies in the club and succeeded as a manager too, they need Zidane once again to help put this team in order, if I were to guess the first thing Zidane would do if he returns, I think he'll request for natural attacker then offload either Mbappé or Vinicius.
Zidane is now out of the list for the coaches who will replace Álvaro Arbeloa. The former Real Madrid coach would be replacing Deschamps in the French national team. Real has tried several times to bring back Zidane but he is focused on taking over the job of the head coach of  Les Bleus. And it has been confirmed that there has been an agreement that Deschamps would be replaced by Zidane after the World Cup.

Deschamps has won several trophies as a coach. He won the French League with Marseille, UEFA Nations League, Coupe de la Ligue, and Trophée des Champions. So he is highly experienced. Mbappe and Vinicius are exceptional players that the club hold is high regard. They would not let them leave cheaply.
