Personally, I feel this is not just about having a good coach. But it is also about having a coach that can confidently make and take every decision without the club interfering. Few days ago, I heard two different cases of arguement/confrontation in the locker room, and one of them was even much worse, although the player came out to debunk the whole thing, but of course, protecting your teammates from the public is a common thing, which I understand.

A massive level of discipline needs to be enforced. Real Madrid isn't Mbappe's FC or Vinicius FC. No player is bigger than a club. PSG once tried it, and it didn't end well for them, but I believe they've learnt their lesson, and will continue to maintain a very good standard with what they've built. As for Real Madrid, this is the time to put every joke aside and take action, otherwise, things might just get worse.

All the coaches that have been brought in have had a good impact like Xabi Alonso but when the relationship with the players is not aligned then there will be no chemistry. The point is that players and coaches must work together on and off the pitch and get rid of their egos, from the beginning the main problem was the ego of the players not the coach.

Jose Mourinho may be suitable for now, but that does not mean all his policies will be accepted by the players. No matter how good a coach is at tactics if his players try to fight and break the system on the pitch then the results will be bad.

So you think, there is a valid reasons for players to fight the system just because they don't agree with the manager?, common, this is clearly not football. The players are being payed to work, and not to start rebelling. There is something we call 'knowing your place', and that's what these players needs to understand. I'm 100% confident to say that players who show their frustration against their managers are only doing it because the club allows it. For a system that backs the manager fully, no player is ever going to try such no matter how poor the result of the team is. We all think some of these Real Madrid players are some sort of special talents that can just do whatever they like.... I can bet you that none of them can try this under Pep Guardiola's system.

I so much admire the current PSG system under Enrique. Their level of discipline is just too crazy. We saw Enrique subbing out Dembele in the 64 minutes of their UCL semi finals, and there was no sign of rebel or confrontation from the player. But if it were to be in a case of the supposed most successful champion's league team in Europe, we would have seen a player kicking things. Discipline is something that needs to be enforced, not just in football, but in every aspect of work.

And as for the point you made about Jose Mourinho, well, if a player is not ready to listen to the man in charge, then he should be ready to go on a football break while other players that are willing to comply, get enough playing time. Football is still a collective effort, but everyone needs to know their place in the team/Club and respect that.

I really really hope that it is not. I mean if they do make this happen ,I guarantee you that Mourinho will not do anything good with this team and Real Madrid will have their third season of not being able to do anything which will not be easy to accept for a team that spends that much money.

This team spends a hundred trillion dollars a year on just salary, lol ok maybe not that much but yeah they are wasting a lot of money for zero cups and if Mourinho comes along I can guarantee you that it will be the same and they won't win anything. Mourinho may not have won the title in the  last few years. But he is very experienced. More importantly, he was the manager of madrid and won  3 titles with Madrid. He has  previous experience of managing a squad like Madrid. And this is one  of the reasons why Perez likes mourinho. If a player tries to act superior to him, he can easily say, "I was winning trophies at Real Madrid when you weren't even a footballer." We all know his style. It seems the rumor about MU to hand Carrick a permanent contract is just getting real. I think he deserves it after he is suddenly improving club's performance. His club went from mid table to the top table in matter of months after his appointment as an interim.

So i think his capability to handle the club shall not be doubted anymore. It's interesting to see what kind of squad he will build for the next season. It's because i also hear Manchester United is preparing around 150m to build the squad for UCL next season.

Well, it seems like he is the best option for the president. I do not think Real Madrid wants this but Perez has been running the show for quite sometime now, if he deems Jose Mourinho worthy for the job then he should be the man then.

They're moving fast and before the start of the FIFA World Cup Competition, he'd most likely be announced as manager of this great club.

I also wanted Jurgen Klopp for Real Madrid but it seems like he moves to Atletico Madrid finally.

What is the difference between Rashford and Martinelli, Arsenal are not making the right decision going to buy Rashford. Rashford is not a bad player but having him doesn't bring much threat to the squad line up, Arsenal needs a better winger, i thought they were going for Kvaratskhelia, that would have been the best signing option for Arsenal, Rashford is no longer a threat as he used to be back in the days of Manchester United.

If the both of them are not better than the Georgian Khvicha Kvaratskhelia on the pitch, then they shouldn't not see their contract extended also signing Marcus Rashford.

Yeah obviously no coach is bad everyone is good at their own place. Like Xabi Alonso was also too good but unfortunately the team players weren't following his commands and instructions and due to this he didn't delivered any good progress and even this was also cause the reason his resignation. Those team are the best who's follow their coach instructions and command but unfortunately the recent player of Real Madrid are absolutely rebellious and they didn't follow the coach command.

I think Jose Mourinho is good option because his managerial skill are super brilliant and even already tested positive at Real Madrid. Thus far he also have an egos. So maybe his behavior can change the players attitude.

Florentino Perez is unarguably the best footballer administrator in the last two decades. He understands Real Madrid's problems at all times and knows exactly the best means of providing solution. The club's locker room is currently shambles so he needs a veteran manager like Jose Mourinho who's known for how he commands respect and discipline among his players. Tactically, I don't Jose Mourinho is the best man for the job but considering what's happening at the club, he's definitely the best option

This is the difference between you, an armchair football analyst and the Great Real Madrid Football club president, Florentino Pérez. While he knows the history of the Club and how to run it, all you know how to do is criticize and say what is good and what is not.

Real Madrid right now is in a big crisis. 2 seasons without a single trophy while having star players in the squad feels like something is missing. Proper management, squad discipline.... you name it. Kopp is the kind of coach who prefers time and builds from scratch. Mourinho just needs money to twerk things around. That is the difference.

I don't know the exact terms that Mou wants, but it makes sense that he would ask for some conditions especially in terms of power considering that what happened to Madrid was not because of the poor quality of the players but because of the egos of the players. Maybe some of the conditions will be rejected or renegotiated by Madrid, but the requirement of full power I think Management should agree to it (if it is on the list) What is clear is that with all this news about them, I am quite sure we will see Mou managing Madrid for next season.
