Godspeed to Rasmus Hojlund but then, he will not be missed in the slightest way by Manchester United fans.

I know how much defending I did on his behalf both online and in real life but truth must be told, he is completely horrible player for Manchester United. Again, Goodluck to him in his new club. They will be in the Champions League competition next season, with Lukaku having a fight with Antonio Conte, he will be the first choice.
I almost forgot that this player existed. Well, he was loaned to Napoli if im not mistaken. He was lucky that the club chose to go into agreement with him for a permanent deal. Yet not disclose, but internally, the deal should be finalised.

Hojlund at Manchester United was terrible. I prefer to see Joshua Zirkzee rather than watch Hojlund at the front line. He is too slow, and dont run into the right places to score goals.

Deal done! Xabi Alonso will become Chelsea's new coach shortly after club will make an official statement very soon. He's getting 4 years contract, which is valid until 2030. He will be fully backed by the club related to the squad and players transfers.

So we can expect him to have input related to the players transfers. We have seen how bad the management of Chelsea handled the transfers by themsleves, and it's never end with good result.

I think this deal is super beneficial not only for him, but also for Chelsea's side who is facing difficulty to find a proper coach after Maresca.

Hopefully, his system can work with Chelsea properly.
I think Xabi Alonso can do very good things at Chelsea because the players are not as spoiled as Real Madrid's, that is the first important thing. I would also say that there is way less pressure because when you manage Real Madrid, no matter whether the team is good or bad, you must win, there is constantly pressure. It was too much of a jump for him from Leverkusen to Real.

Ever since Roman Abramovich was forced to leave Chelsea , I’ve felt that the new owner isn’t entirely sincere and he seems to have a tendency towards  business rather than pursuing quality. As a result, Chelsea have gradually begun to lose their identity and  are also starting to miss out on the chance to fight for the title. Xabi Alonso is a good  manager, but it will take him a long time to get Chelsea back to the top, and for that to happen,  he really needs to be given a free hand. But, if the board interferes too much, I doubt  that Xabi Alonso can make a difference
With all the changing in and out of players, and all short term investments, it is difficult to build nucleus of leaders at center that can keep standard high. It is very hard to compete with clubs who have consistent project and clear footballing idea without consistent identity.
I think bringing in top tier tactical manager will only work if owners completely back his vision. Best tactical brains will come unstuck if he is forced to play with players he did not want, or board has decided on style of play. In order to make successful project, all dressing room freedom should be provided with patience of executives. As long as management refuses to follow advice of footballers and give job of making sporting decisions to footballers, then team will continue to coast on tarmac instead of challenging for big trophies.

They seem to like him and most likely build with him. These talks where already discussed before the loan move to Napoli from Manchester United. I'm glad he got the move he wants,  Manchester United deserved more not giving lap dances to defenders at the same time not scoring goals for this great club.

I'd say that likewise, Joshua Zirkzee technically gifted than Rasmus Hojlund but found it quite late to settle in the Premier League Competition. We go again next season. Hopefully Manchester United fans will have a great summer ahead.

Well, I just saw this news coming from the Bundesliga; apparently, the Eintracht Frankfurt management wasn't satisfied with the coach's performance and decided to terminate his contract. According to Fabrizio Romano in this post. Probably the biggest source of dissatisfaction for the Eintracht Frankfurt management is related to the fact that Eintracht Frankfurt failed to qualify for European competitions; they didn't even manage to qualify for the conference league. the coach Albert Riera He's a free agent, and I'm wondering which team will sign him next.

It is clear that not getting a ticket to Europe is the real reason for getting sacked. If such a big team can not play in Europe it is natural for the owners to be upset

Riera is still a raw and inexperienced coach at the top level. Coming to a club like Frankfurt and not being able to last even one season the way he kicked it is a big risk for any club to take him into team at the moment. It is foolish to think that any big club will throw money behind him now. If he want to restore his broken name he will now have to take charge of a lower or midtable team and start zero. There is almost no chance of getting a big offer before this

Rasmus Hojlund played a full season for Manchester United without making any impact, and there's no way Manchester United would have finish in the top three this season in the Premier League if they had stick with him. I am not against him making his loan spell at Napoli permanent; am happy for him that he was able to earn a permanent deal at Napoli so I am wishing him well through out his stay at Napoli.

Xabi Alonso has already proven to be a good manager when he was at Leverkusen he did a good job with the team won the Bundesliga title unbeaten a league that Bayern Munich do dominate. Real Madrid were not patient with him and the players there sees them self as big boys and were not listening to instructions, i believe he will make a good manager in chelsea if they could also be patient with him and allow him to finish the season, it's a good news for chelsea to have Xabi Alonso as there new head coach.

Mourinho is already verbally agreed to comeback again to Madrid as a new coach. It's hard to guess whether this will end for the good or bad. You guys know how toxic Real Madrid's current squad. So i think adding him is just increasing the toxicity in the squad.

His history in Madrid doesn't guarantee him to repeat another success again. My concern is that he has not been in a top of club since he left EPL. It makes me skeptic to have big expectation on him.

Hopefully, what we are hoping are coming true. We have seen how toxic Chelsea management by always intervening starting choice during the previous managers. I believe Xabi won'e feel happy if management doesn't change their habit during his era.

I won't lie, I initially doubted this move by Chelsea for hiring xabi Alonso to handle a Chelsea team that needed a mature and experience manager, but after doing some research about this move, I come to understand that he will have a major say in who goes in and out of the club, so for that reason, I think that he can do wonders by building the team to his tailored team, so I guess he might do well with this Chelsea team, if their is not any form of interference from the hierarchy.

Additionally, Chelsea is a team that is quite good at possession base game, and when I look at xabi Alonso's Bayern Leverkusen team, it shows that his style of play fits perfectly well with the type of players at Chelsea. Though I wouldn't conclude on anything yet, but he might do well and proves me wrong.

Still, I want to believe that I’m wrong.

First of all, I would say that Xabi Alonso is a very lucky person and a good manager too. His days in Bayern Leverkusen has earned him enough respect that even his flaws at Real Madrid cannot erase. Congratulations to him on securing the Chelsea job this time after a brutal experience in Real Madrid. However, I think he is about to face the same challenges he faced at Real Madrid which is non independence of the manager in decisions making. If Chelsea management wants to see the best of Xabi Alonso, let them entrust him fully and provide the resources he asks for. I am one of his believers because no one thought he would lift the Bundesliga title as invincible. Again, most of the Chelsea players may need to be loaned out or even sold completely because they are as good as finished.

Chelsea management should be careful of their influence on the managers because even Enzo Maresca who was supposed to liberate them still faced a backlash that led to his exit. I wish Xabi Alonso well.
I agree that his time at Leverkusen got untainted by his time at Real Madrid, but that is not thanks to Xabi, that is thanks to Real Madrid. The whole world saw after Xabi left, Real Madrid stayed as a bad club and players even got into fights, so that showed the world that the problem was not Xabi, which allowed him to find another job at a high level club. I do not think that he accepted this job to succeed neither, he accepted this job to show the world that he can do better than expected in a normal situation.

To tame a monster, it has to be with a monster.
To tame the ego, must be with the ego too. Maybe this is what Perez thinks so that he still chooses Mourinho, because if he only continues to choose a coach who does not have strict discipline, the players will not change, actually Mou can succeed if full control is in his hands. Let's see what happens to Madrid in the hands of that man, and I'm sure there will be a massive overhaul of the Madrid squad.

Jose Mourinho is called the special one for a reason, and I think that we should kill that notion that he is going to add to the toxicity in real madrid dressing room. He is one of the best manager that knows how to manage players with big ego's, and if any of those spoilt brat at real madrid behave anyhow, with someone like him in charge, they are definitely going to see anyhow.
So  I believe that he is the best man to handle this real madrid dressing room based on what's going on at real madrid at the moment.

I don't like this, all Luis Enrique did was sell Kylian Mbappe, I mean let him go if he wasn't going to stay. Real Madrid can equally do the same if they don't take him seriously for thier future projects. Kylian Mbappe has put a lot of hardwork in his game to arrive at this level, I stand on my ground that he's being used as a scape goat.
No much words, welcome to Jose Mourinho, now the real battle begins in La Liga.  Perez deemed him the right manager to handle the dressing cordially.

In my view with Carrick it's different, Carrick is a manager who could go on to become very strong and successful. He understands football and knows the United environment inside out. They need to give him the freedom to make his own choices in the transfer market and to decide who should leave the team. United have lost too many key players in recent years – I’m thinking of Garnacho, McTominay and Rashford.

Great error in my opinion, xabi Alonso need a quiete team to lauch his carrer as manager, after the bad experience with real madrid he need a team like Juventus, Napoli, Dortmund or Liverpool. Chealsea management need immediate results and have a very bad roaster of players.

His failure at Real Madrid wasn't 100% his fault, because there were too many problems there when he was coach. But I also wouldn't have high expectations of him, but with what he has, he has the potential to be able to give the best.

And I think he should be more motivated now, because he has to show that before he didn't get much freedom so it affected the performance of the team he was in charge of (Real Madrid).

But this also depends on Chelsea, whether he will get everything he needs or not. I myself hope Chelsea can give him full support.
He arrived at Real Madrid at the wrong time, even though he had just won the Bundesliga trophy with Leverkusen, but the unbalanced condition of the Real Madrid squad made it difficult for him to improve the quality of the team. Hopefully, Chelsea management, coaching staff, and players will fully support Xabi coaching style so he can more freely oversee the team's development, as he did at Leverkusen.

The opportunity given by Chelsea must be used as a turning point from his failure with Real Madrid, he must prove that the slump experienced by Real Madrid is not due to his inability to manage the team. Previously, I thought Xabi Alonso would coach the team he once played for (Liverpool), but it turns out he was successfully secured by Chelsea. It looks like Arne Slot will stay at Liverpool if the management doesn't find another, more qualified coach.
Yes, you could say that. He joined Real Madrid at the wrong time, which contributed to the team's poor performance, which ultimately led to his decision to leave. It wasn't because the squad was unbalanced, in my opinion, but because the situation wasn't going well.

If he can prove that he had a positive impact at Chelsea, that trust will grow, and it will also give the impression that things at Real Madrid might be worse internally than the media has suggested. He will certainly work hard, as he is no stranger to the competition in the Premier League, having played for Liverpool as a player.

Mourinho is a well respected coach, and I believe he will restore sanity to the Madrid squad, even though he will create his own chaos at the club in the future, but the present trouble he is inheriting in the Madrid team I believe he has the ability to solve the problem. My best guess is that either Mbappe or Vini will be sold to try to solve the problem in the team. Mourinho know the assignment he was given by Perez and I have no doubt that he will deliver without delay.

Kylian Mbappe has put a lot of hardwork in his game to arrive at this level, I stand on my ground that he's being used as a scape goat.

It's very easy to blame Mbappe, so I'm not surprised. That Madrid team has a lot of problems that they need to work on. Take Mbappe out of the team and put a different striker there, their problems would not be solved. Looking at the shape of the team, they need more creativity. There is no creativity in the midfield, and in the wings, the threat only comes from the left, where Vini and Mbappe play.
Madrid also lacks midfielders who can retain the ball. If you press Tchouaméni, Berlingham and Valverde, they lose the ball. They are all good at pressing and winning the ball back, but when they get the ball, if the opponents presses them, they will lose it
Madrid also needs a right winger. Rodrygo and Mastantuono are not good enough. Ader Guler tries his best, but he is still ot good enough to be the main right winger.

I don't believe the talk that Vini and Mbappe cannot play together. Mbappe just needs to remain in the number 9 position and let there be creativity from all sides: from Vini's side, from the right wing and from the midfield, then you'll see how good things would be for Madrid in attack.

Now we just have to wait and see the ego battle between the players and the coach because looking at the condition of the character I think Mou has a higher ego than Xabi and Arbeloa and the difference here is that Mou is sometimes indiscriminate with players who are considered not disciplined with what he wants.

The hope is clear that with Mou hopefully the players' ego problems can be overcome and provide a good show of performance next season but on the other hand this will be a problem for some players who are considered spoiled by Xabi according to his previous statement because of course with a coach with a tough character it could be a massive overhaul next season for Madrid.
