Of course, he was a good coach at Bournemouth but nobody can be sure of what he is capable of doing at Liverpool for now but time shall tells. But Arne Slot Liverpool still finishes at the top of the premier league table ahead of Bournemouth, so I don’t see any reason why Liverpool should sack Arne Slot and still bring an average Coach to the club, that’s a big gambling and experiment. This was exactly what happened to Chelsea last season, they thought they took a step forward by replacing Enzo Maresca with Liam Rosenior without knowing it’s a 20 steps backwards and that’s exactly why they failed to qualify for any European competition this season because I’m sure if Enzo was in charge of that team till the end of the season they would have managed to qualify for Europe. With the level of a club like Liverpool who has players like Isak and Florian Wirtz and others who came for a very huge fee what is expected of them is to winning trophies and not just to hire a coach with experimentation and wanting to improve Liverpool performance. I don't think bad ideas from Liverpool management appointed Andoni Iraola as new manager for next season replacing Arne Slot position have bad performance for this season, Andoni Iraola know well with Premier League match and in this season success bring Bournemouth secured the UEFA Europe League spot standings. He has potential and what he has done with Bournemouth this season is certainly worthy of appreciation but on the one hand this can also backfire because in the end one season if taken into consideration it is too risky especially this is Liverpool which is not a club with a record that must always be good.

Ibrahima Konate is a very good defender and he had been doing very well at Liverpool and it’s disappointing that Liverpool has refused to increase his wages, well he should leave the club if they don’t value him because I believe if they value him and see all the work his doing in Liverpool they will agree to his teams and conditions so he can stay.

In my opinion, given Andoni Iraola’s performance at Bournemouth where he managed to improve the team despite having below-average players it seems likely that he will succeed at Liverpool, which has far better players. I don't know how others feel about this particular transfer, but I think that it's a downgrade to their two previous manager that has been at the club. Liverpool need a manager that has been proven, that can deliver in a big team, and can also handle the big players at the club, not some experiments they are doing with andoni iraola.

Everything is a risk, and judging from what we have seen Andoni do in Bournemouth we can conclude that he is a good manager, because he took Bournemouth to their first European football.

He gave Bournemouth identity and if he can continue with that football style he played at Bournemouth, he will be successful at Liverpool because Liverpool will back him with more resources than he ever laid his hands at Bournemouth.

I think the owners of Liverpool understand that their club is going through a stage of transition and they need a manager who can transition with them into another era of football dominance. Iraola will become Liverpool's new manager. I take their decision as a big gamble for sure. It's okay they need a new refresh, but will Iraola becomes the right answer for this? So many competent managers available, but it seems they put PL experience as priority when choosing a manager.

As far as i know Iraola is a coach identical with attacking football. He's also often push his players to press the opponent. So i think we will see a totally different team when he's coaching.

I don’t see any competent manager available. The only manager they should have hire was that would have been competent enough was Xabi Alonso and they messed it up but saying they would stick to Slot. If they knew they would later sack Slot this same season then they should have secured Alonso a couple of weeks back.

For me Iraola seems to be the best possible option available for them, considering he plays a very similar style to the kind of football Liverpool is known for. Well it a big test for him, now we just need to see if he can get it right a Liverpool. ed this season.

When Isak arrived to the Premier League he easily adapt to the pattern of play of his new manager, he didn't struggle with the weather and the atmosphere. Alexander Isak was consistently scoring goals for Newcastle United.
