It think last season Valverde outcompeted Tchouameni by far, but this doesn't mean that an argument between them is settled one way or another. I doubt that Real Madrid would let their decisions be led by some issues between two players. Valverde has a stronger standing within the team though as, against most expectations, he began to score important goals last season, which he wasn't really known for.

Tchouameni, I don't know what to think of him, I know his main task isn't to score goals, but in my opinion he is not great at providing assists, he is not good at giving the match the pace it needs to be best for his team. he is good at keeping the ball and doing defensive stuff, but beyond that I don't see him as a strong player. No long passes, no smart movements when they are attacking, maybe I am overlooking some of his skills, but this is my impression.

I don't see Laliga intensity higher than Seria A because we only have two clubs in Laliga which are Real Madrid and Barcelona, the rest are not up to the task to win the trophy. Dumfries was in Inter and it doesn't mean that they don't have to struggle and win the league. Valverde was one of the untouchable players in Real Madrid. So hearing that Manchester City is offering such an amount for his signature is strange. Although the alteration with Tchoumeni might have affected his reputation, I don't see it as a genuine reason for him to be sold. I don't think Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez will be open to such negotiations because some players are so important. But the money looks good and it could get a cheaper replacement that can be groomed to become a star.

This is so ridiculous and I can not believe Manchester city are going for Valverde with a huge offer as such even when they could have included valverde as one of the options for letting Rodri go to Real Madrid,

Since Real Madrid are interested in signing Rodri Manchester city could have just ask Real Madrid to add Valverde to the deal and pay some money in order to get their target instead of going to spend such an amount for the Uruguayan at this point in time when the player's value is not up to the amount they want to offer.

Perhaps we are the ones that is seeing the whole thing complicated or presumably Rashford was trying to force things. For the last 2 weeks Barcelona has refused to say anything about him other than what they have said before and that means the deal is closed and he is going back to Manchester united, he is not going to stay because if they will, the deal would have been seal and done before the season end but they moved on with players they actually need.

I keep asking if Manchester united is that bad that Rashford isn't willing to return or there is a big disagreement between him and the club. Rashford future for next season remains uncertain. Instead of hoping Barcelona would make his move permanent, Barcelona signed Gardon for a relatively high price, even though Manchester United asking price for Rashford wasn't as high as Gardon. This clearly proves Barcelona doesn't want Rashford for next season.

The conflict between Tchoumeni and Valverde is very clear. Having these two players in the squad  at the same time will have a negative impact on Madrid's overall performance. Selling one of them is a wise  decision. Madrid will not sell valverde. He has played well enough this  season. He has become an important player in madrid's squad. We have seen valverde's good performance in several important  matches. So if the conflict between these two is not resolved, tchoumeni will have to leave madrid, it is almost certain.

It’s not a bad deal to have signed a player at the peak of his physical, technical and professional abilities for just 20 million. Of course, he’ll only be at his best for three years, but the price is pretty good given how the global transfer market works these days. It is very difficult to have a player like Valverde who can play any position, he can play as a right back, right wing, defensive midfielder, centre midfielder and also striker, there is no any position he can not play that is why Real Madrid will never sell him, selling one of the best players in the team will give the team a good chance to sign another super star but it will not be Valverde, the only player in the midfield Real Madrid will sell is Ceballos and Camavinga.

You are right madrid will never want to lose a  player like valverde. Madrid management is not stupid. Valverde is capable of performing  well. At the same time, he can adapt himself to any position very quickly. He even managed to score important  goals in several matches. Madrid will keep such a talented player in the squad. Valverde is only 27 . He can  serve Madrid for a long time.

As far as I know valverde started his career outside of Uruguay at Real Madrid Castilla. Madrid have long produced this  talent. Madrid has made a lot of investments. Now of course they don't want any other club to reap the benefits. Valverde has no reason to leave Madrid.
