According to Fabrizio Romano Ruben Amorim will be returning to the seria A to take up AC Milan job. AC Milan had initially terminated Massimiliano Allegri's appointment at the end of the season due to their bad performance and failure to qualify for the UEFA Champions League next season. There has been rumours linked to the Crystal palace Oliver Glasnar but it seems Ruben Amorim now has an upper hand in the discussion. What do you think about this move, will Ruben Amorim make the difference or do you think he is not good for the job? I personally know that Ruben Amorim is a good coach following his reputation at Sporting CP prior to his arrival at Manchester United. Maybe the premier League is more difficult to manage than several other leagues. So he can still lead AC Milan to something better by the end of the season in Seria A. Amorim has completely failed to stabilize and strengthen Manchester United. But he tried his best. Despite getting enough opportunities and funds, he did not achieve any success in the Premier League. The scenario in Serie A is different. AC Milan started the season quite well but gradually we see their performance decline. Amorim is hardworking, he has a great chance to succeed in Serie A. AC Milan's target for now is to stabilize the performance. If Amorim can keep AC Milan in the top 4 of the table, then the Milan management will be happy.

Ruben amorin has never been a bad coach in my own opinion, just that the expectation and the quality of player at Manchester United doesn't matches the reality on ground, that is why he is not the only manager that came to Manchester United that has struggled. I believe that if he is given the opportunity to do his job without interference, he will do a nice job in Milan, but since nothing has been made official yet, we can't be certain of anything just yet, wether he will be the next manager of the club or not. But let's all be confident that this is a good choice if he is eventually hired as the manager of Ac Milan.
If that's the reason, then when Michael Carrick took over, Manchester United's performance improved significantly, and they even managed to finish third last season. Then look at Kobbie Mainoo, who wasn't given a chance under Amorin, but under Michael Carrick, Kobbie Mainoo performed brilliantly and consistently contributed when he played. I'm not saying Ruben Amorin is a bad coach, but his scheme and strategies don't align with Manchester United's playing philosophy, particularly the three-man defense. This is why Ruben Amorin struggled to develop his potential at Manchester United, as the team's playing style differs from his own. If Ruben Amorin ends up managing AC Milan, we hope he can achieve success in Italy.

Ruben Amorin at Manchester United is an example of a good coach in the wrong environment, I'm not saying Manchester United is thecworst place for any coach to be in but the team he had doesn't suit his philosophy so i think Manchester United management made the right choice of sacking him then give Carrick the opportunity to coach as an Interim. Carrick succeeded because he understands the club and the team was good enough for his tactics. I learnt that Amorin is the frontrunner of AC Milan's choice of managerial, he shouldn't repeat same mistake of coaching a team that can't adapt to his tactics, if he goes there and notice some players won't suit his preferred tactics then he should work with the management to sell the ones that ain't suitable and buy players that would make his job a bit easier to be successful.

Arbeloa is doing the best for himself. He needs to gain some experience to earn being a manager for a top team. He was brought to Real Madrid in a really unexpected situation before. If he does a good work at Fulham next season then I think he will attract attention from a little bigger teams. Step by step he can earn his place at a top team maybe who knows... Arbeloa is a big risk big reward decision by Fulham. If i were them, i would try to sign him as a new manager. The reason is clear no good coach available for them. I'd rather choose him instead of O'neil or Parker. So i think this is worthy to try. If he does well at Fulham, he will keep them at EPL next season.

Has Amorim coached an Italian club in the past? Because you said he would return to Serie A. This league won't be too hard for him if he wants to experience the atmosphere of Serie A, but for a club to coach like Milan it seems like he has to bear a heavy burden. Coaching Milan means getting the club back on track to play in the Champions League. Amorim quality in the EPL alone is difficult let alone required to raise Milan reputation.

But if the goal is like that I think Perez made an unnecessary step because seeing Barcelona's offer to Atletico and the response given even on Atletico's social media we can see that it is only considered a joke so that bidding only to make it difficult for Barcelona which has been complicated by Atletico from the start is clearly not necessary.
Seeing from the latest news at this time Julian Alvarez's release clause is 500 million and that is too much for a player who although good but does not really deserve a release clause of that size. But it is understandable why Atletico did this because they also still want to secure Julian Alvarez next season.
It’s possible that Perez is making a higher offer to Atletico to further complicate Barcelona’s efforts to sign Alvarez, even though Atletico has already rejected Barcelona’s initial offer. But I see the relationship between these clubs regarding the Alvarez transfer as more political in nature. That’s why we’re seeing so many humorous reactions on social media. Well, the truth is that Atletico doesn’t want to sell Alvarez to anyone, which is why they set his release clause at 500 million, because Atletico knows no club is willing to pay that much for him. But I’m convinced that with all this drama, Barcelona will likely give up on signing Alvarez and look for other alternatives instead. It will be quite difficult because Madrid are not used to this kind of drama if Atletico have rejected 150 million then they will definitely look for other alternatives for attackers especially since Perez's benchmark was 150 million euros from the start so more than that I don't think they will be able to do. At the moment they have managed to bring in Bernardo Silva for the initial phase and I think Julian Alvarez is just a ploy to make the media focus on it but Madrid are looking for players they can bring in so as not to be sniffed out. As for Barcelona, they won't be able to sign Alvarez because even though there is an offer, I think when they have spent 70 million even though in some reports it is in installments, they will still have difficulty maneuvering with players above 100 million. There's one thing I want to get straight here, is it Athletico Madrid that rejects the offer or Julian Alvarez don't want to go there, because it's rear for a player to say no to Real Madrid when they approach, and if it's Athletico Madrid what such of outrageous price will they put on him, is he even better than Madrid forward? I don't even know why they are so desperate of signing him, they've got enough Star players which is still a burden to them and they still want to add more, they should focus more on their defense because it has been their major problems for quite a long time now.

In recent times, we've seen many players who have left Manchester United and started doing better in the respective clubs that they went to. It could also be the same for a manager like Ruben Amorim as long as he has not lost confidence in himself and in his method; it could actually work for him in the Italian league with AC Milan because those leagues are not as challenging as the Premier League, and then he will not be under a lot of pressure as he was at Manchester United, where he had to face the media constantly.
I will agree with that too. The Manchester United job was too big for him also he was a stubborn ass man who refused changing his philosophy. It will be official soon be official and he will be announced manager with the look of things. The Italian league is challenging, I have always thought that they fell off just the same as the National team. Coaching a declining club is a big challenge for any coach because he is required to improve the team performance to be better but if he can't give what the fans want he will feel the pressure and eventually have to give up, indeed the Premier League which is filled with demanding clubs especially top teams like Man United. In the Italian League he will also definitely feel the pressure but of course not as big as in the EPL, Milan is a club whose performance is not as declining as Man United so he just needs to maintain his performance and improve it and what the fans hope is that their club can get a UCL ticket or become Italian champions if possible.

Currently there are no developments regarding Julian because it seems that this player's focus is only for the World Cup first but when Atletico does not release it still even if Julian wants to be in one club it will be very difficult. The release clause is 500 million and Julian Alvarez's contract at Atletico is still long enough left because the contract is until 2030 so Atletico will not rush to release this player especially the prime is still there. The recruitment is quite reasonable in terms of rumors because when the transfer season occurs there must always be mental games and show money as the beginning of the war before the new season so that drama like this is not unusual because every transfer season always happens.

However now they brought Jose Mourinho and even they are in intense push to makes their quality better for next season. So that's why they are scouting new talented player for their team like to fill the lacking bridge behind the player.
Bringing Mourinho in does not necessarily guarantee that Madrid will improve. Signing several new players will inevitably require time for them to adapt, and that process can easily take at least one season. But, everything will depend on how Mourinho implements his tactics, discipline, and overall approach to building a strong foundation within a short period of time. Even though bringing José Mourinho back to Real Madrid doesn't guarantee that Real Madrid will improve, I like as José Mourinho is back to Real Madrid because a lot of nonsense will stop at Real Madrid. I won't worry myself of new signings taking time to adapt, because José Mourinho can figure out the tactics that can tht can suit the new signings at Real Madrid to blend with the old players at Real Madrid.

And what policies and philosophy he brings to the Premier League Competition. I'm not gassed up about his transfer, the management has got to back him up though. Maybe helping them finish top 8 on the league standing should be good work in my opinion.

It's true mate. Madrid has secured all of signatures from those players. They sound so smart by getting experienced who can give a straight impact to the club with only 20m required. Three world class players for 20m is absolutely bargain deal. I said how smart they are because of this. Remember Mou was the guy who signed many of Madrid star player in the past. He has a ball knowledge. No doubt he's being called as the special one. His current signing is just giving me the same vibes. So far, Real Madrid’s transfer policy can be considered very shrewd, as they’ve managed to sign three great players for just 20 million euros. However, Real Madrid hasn’t stopped signing players, as they’re currently targeting Olise and several other top players, for whom Real Madrid will likely have to spend a lot of money. I hope the players Mourinho brings in this time can replicate the success of his first tenure, when Real Madrid won numerous trophies. So, it’s no surprise that Mourinho calls himself “The Special One,” as he’s not only skilled in tactics but also adept at recognizing the potential of great players.

Snip.
I just saw this news that Álvaro Arbeloa is reportedly set to become Fulham head coach. I think this is a potentially exciting opportunity to experience some of the fiercest competition in the Premier League. Fulham have consistently finished in the middle of the table for the past three seasons, so Arbeloa will be expected to improve their position in the table. News of Arbeloa imminent appointment as Fulham manager, replacing Marco Silva who has moved to Benfica has been increasingly reported. If the deal materializes, it will be a new challenge for Arbeloa in the Premier League. Arbeloa only has six months of experience as a senior Real Madrid coach, so it will certainly not be easy to fill the position vacated by Marco Silva, who has successfully led Fulham to become a stable mid-table team. Fulham's decision to sign Arbeloa was to improve the team's quality, at least he could manage the structure that Marco Silva had formed to remain stable and consistent. He must prove his ability, accepting the offer from Fulham means he must be ready for a new challenge, especially since coaching a team of Fulham's stature is not the same as when he coached Real Madrid which had a squad quality above average.

Not all signed during Jose Mourinho era with Real Madrid last several season ago are successful because several players have downtrend performance such as Pedro Leon, Nuri Sahin and Sergio Canales. But several signing was successful and become the key players from Raphael Varane, Mesut Oziel and Sami Khedira but in this time Mourinho have signed three top players interested waiting the recruitment will be success or not? So far Jose Mourinho and Real Madrid's management still not stop for signing new players and Florentino Perez have promised 150 million euro budget to get new player, who the next star player signing by Jose Mourinho and spent out up to 150 million euro will make that players success by giving much contribution for Real Madrid?

I can't believe with my eyes. Romano is posting a tweet about Cucurela that's reached a verbal agreement to join Madrid in summer. So i feel this is a big transfer. I meant he has no release clause. So i think Madrid paid so much money for Chelsea for him. Cucurela is obviusly an upgrade from fran garcia, which is good. This is such a bold move from Madrid. The last time i've heard Barcelona wanted him, but it's now Madrid who get his signature. Damn! what a surprise!

Not just Barcelona, I also heard rumors of interest from Atletico and United in him. Unfortunately, at that time all the rumors weren’t confirmed because he still wanted to stay at Chelsea. But I just heard news related to Madrid. Is this a verbal agreement about the player, or has it gone through discussions with the club management?

They're taking the best players out of the Premier League to build a strong team, they really want to win a trophy next season cause the players they've signed so far are the ones with experience, not only in their league but in tne Champions League too. Cucurella is an amazing player and would do well in his home country so I think Madrid did well in signing him. If Barcelona intended signing him then this is the second time they've hijacked a good signing from Barcelona, first Bernardo Silver, now Marc Cucurella, the President of Barcelona would be so furious at Pérez. 😁😁

He's playing a political game here. When i'm reading it, i'm also surprised how fast Madrid is acting to strengthen their club for the next season. They are likely doing anything to ensure Barcelona's domination won't be last longer. I give applause to the Perez over this. He deserves it.

Superb decision. There is no doubt that adding Cucurella to the squad will strengthen Madrid's defense. Cucurella's fitness is also very good. He did not face any major injuries last season. But Madrid already has a lot of talented defenders in the squad. Probably 10. If Cucurella is added, Madrid will have 11 defenders. Carreras, Mendy, Millitao, Alaba, Asencio, Rudiger, Huijsen, Carvajal and Alexander Arnold are all talented and deserve to be in the starting XI. I think it is a waste of money to pay wages to such talented defenders. Madrid needs to sell some defenders. Madrid should strengthen the midfield. Madrid also has talented players in the midfield, but they are not doing as well as they could. The void of Kroos and Modric is still not filled.
