Juventus is still going after Emiliano Martinez... Vicario is another candidate yeah but I don't think he is a better option even though he is younger (29) than Martinez (33). He is a very experienced GK and more reliable than Di Gregorio at least. With this potential signing the number of GK alternatives will be 4 in the squad by the way. I assume one of them would leave. Martinez is a good goalkeeper, but he's getting older. He's 33, and I don't know how successful he can be with Juventus in this grueling season. He had a decent season with Aston Villa, but Juventus has higher ambitions. So I hope Juventus has made a good decision and considered this transfer carefully. Talking about the goalkeepers and their age, Vozinha is a breakout star from the World Cup at his age (40), even older than Martinez. He is attracting interest from Inter Miami, and I think Lionel Messi has an influence in it because Vozinha was exceptional against Lionel Messi, denying him multiple chances in that game. I think Inter Miami is going to be his next destination. Do you think so too?

Barca has finally reached an agreement with Borussia Dortmund for Karim Adeyemi. Adeyemi will be brought in by Barca for 22 million euros plus 7 million euros in potential bonuses.. in this transfer, Adeyemi will sign a five-year contract at Barca, where he will receive a net salary of around 6 million euros per season. Adeyemi is a young star who has scored 36 goals and provided 25 assists in 146 appearances for Dortmund, and his arrival at Barca will be a great addition to Barca's attack. Barcelona as a club is actually improving the team ahead of next season. They've seen how active Real Madrid has been since the start of the summer transfer window, they also want to match that energy. They've already signed Anthony Gordon and now, Karim Adeyemi. I think Hansi Flick is up to something. He's won the Spanish La Liga in the last two seasons at the club, he probably wants to go for European glory next season.

Real Madrid are working tirelessly in this transfer window just to destabilize Barcelona and dominate La Liga next season, so it will be insane if Barcelona watch Real Madrid achieve their ambition next season without doing anything. Barcelona knows what Real Madrid are up to and they are matching up their energy, more players will join Barcelona after the World Cup.

I guess it might just be a market opportunity and they chose to take it. I think the amount for him is very good and he is definitely going to add depth to the squad.

Note the grace of Vozinha and that of Martinez is never the same, and the old man is going to a league with lesser competition and less expectations, but Martinez is going to a league with huge competition with much expectations, so I will advise Juventus to really give it a second thought, other clubs are going for a young talents with bright future ahead of them, and Juventus want to go for an already aged Man that is about to retire, anyways that's their warrant, they actually know what's best for them.

I think Barcelona will not be affected by what Real Madrid does because so far Hansi Flick has built Barcelona with a fairly positive process so overall the strength of the current Barcelona team is very capable in all lines and even their team framework is very strong to implement Hansi Flick's strategy so I think Barcelona does not need to be too excessive in recruiting players, they only need to maintain the balance of the team by bringing in several players for performance when there is player rotation.

Real Madrid is working to better the squad depth of the team and the players they are not trying to destabilize Barcelona as you claim because they are not the now that is in charge of the finance of Barcelona. Next season will be tough and since Real Madrid haven't won the league in two season they are doing everything possible to ensure they dominate the league next season that is why they are signing new players they also brought a new manager to make that possible. Barcelona has their own signing it's going to be a good time to see the two best team in the league battle for the title next season.

Well after losing Lewandoski they needed to bring in another attacker, Adeyemi is a very fast player can player even as a Centre forward too. It really a good business from Barcelona. Well since the first approach, Adeyemi made it clear that he only wants Barcelona and that made the deal very much easier. It only right for Barcelona to prepare this way, with that Real Madrid have done in this transfer window. It going to be a very interesting laliga competition next season. Both big teams in the league are really preparing well. For me I really can’t wait to see these 2 Spanish giant clash next season.

If Barcelona get Adeyemi the front line will be on fire with him and Yamal operating as the wingers that will cause problems for other clubs and the squad depth will be more better than we saw last season, could this player bring something new to the club? I’m still trying to understand how they are planning the whole attacking side now. With Adeyemi, all I could think of is a replacement for Lamine or ST position . Don’t forget they are still focused on getting Julian Alvarez as their main striker … I think they are going to let go of Rashford now , Raphinha and Gordon will probably be on the left . Fermin Lopez and olmo will likely be used interchangeably in the midfield with Benal, Pedri and De jong. Defence stays same but where will Eric Garcia fit ? Balde? Ferran, Roony , Casado and so on ?? They have upto 7 lamasia for this preseason . Whatever they are cooking better be spicy Well, the Alvarez thing. I need people to let that go already. Atletico's chairman literally came out and said that Barcelona cannot afford this. The guy said it to a journalist. Prior to that Real Madrid had much more and they were still told no. Then what is Barcelona doing with a lower bid? It was never real. It was just... Noise. Barcelona being Barcelona, creating drama around a player to seem bigger than they are in that moment. They did the same with Nico Williams last year btw Adeyemi IS real. It was confirmed by two of the most reliable journalists in football on the same day. Rashford left. Left side is empty. Adeyemi is direct, rapid, can press. Everything Flick really desires from that spot

I don't like the fact that people say Barcelona is trying to match Real Madrid's pace in signing players and that's not even true as Barcelona doesn't even have the resources for that competition, I think they are doing what they set out to do since the end of last season and with how low key they have been negotiating this deal, I hope they can atleast get a striker and a Centre Back, I think that's all that's remaining.

I think Lewandowski replacement isn't Adeyemi, at least they haven't officially said so but he is signed as a new player. He naturally play left wing and already Yamal and Raphina both naturally play right wing but Raphina naturally can act as a striker. Instead of this back and forth with Alvarez that Atletico Madrid doesn't want to give them, they should strategies and use this three attack this way, it might turn out better than they do even expected. It will be hard to have a natural striker that will be less expensive, the strikers that are expensive today were started somewhere amd somehow develop their self to become a better version. Raphina can do better, he is not too old to be transform from winger to striker but if they still want Alvarez and Adwyemi will not start, then it's their choice to run after Alvarez but they are going to cough a very huge amount of money for his release clause.

33 is not old when it comes to goal keeper, I mean we have seen the Cabo Verde goal keeper performance in the World cup, he is 40 and still active making himself big and making incredible saves. Manuel Neuer is another example, he is 40 and still making good progress in Bayern Munich. Goal keepers are not like outfield players that run on the pitch for 90 minutes every season and gets caught up with age, that's why they are still strong at this age. Emiliano Martinez is a good keeper and he has proved that by helping his country win the world cup. Though he didn't feature in many games for Aston villa last season due to injury, but that doesn't change the fact that he is a good goalie. It should be a privilege that such quality is coming to Juventus, He will certainly do well in Juventus.

It's a norm for a club to buy new players after the end of every season so, I don't see how Barcelona is trying to match Real Madrid because that is how both of them have been playing players ever since. It's just that Real Madrid is richer than them and currently, Barcelona is broke which is why they find it difficult to buy very expensive players. If not that Barcelona is broke, they will get any player of their choice.

Among all happening in the transfer market now the worst transfer decision i have seen is Manchester united’s decision to sign Santos from Chelsea, its clear Manchester United is facing difficulties in there midfield which they need a more quality midfielder to help bring permanent solution to that problem but all they did is to push and signed an average midfielder instead of getting a midfielder that will meet up to the leagues requirements. To me i don't see there decision to sign Santos as a good decision because he can’t provide the quality needed to hold that midfield

Barcelona sometimes surprises me with some of their moves, look at how they are running around the clock to sign players, when they can still offer Marcus Rashford a better deal, Rashford comes in two packages, he comes as an experience player and as a goal scorer. The activeness of Barcelona is not even about the domestic league, though it's important, but I feel they also want to compete and win European trophies, they've been lacking behind on that.

He actually has the capacity and opportunity to be a great player. His dribbling is good, his speed is above average but Garnacho's problem is sometimes in attitude and even Bruno directly said in some interviews (CMIIW) that Garnacho's attitude and work ethic is not very good.
His attitude is not very good for the size of a young player and this is what sometimes makes it quite difficult for him to adapt to the coach's scheme because he has a hard time controlling his attitude.
Though if he had a little bit better nature I feel that Garnacho's performance could be much more than this and he will definitely improve a lot. But it will be a little difficult to change if Garnacho always holds on to his own self-confidence and if there is perhaps he must be faced with a coach who has a high enough discipline to change him slowly.
Look, I'm Italian, during the years I saw players like Cassano and Balotelli who had an incredible potential but they completely lacked the mentality: being a professional football player goes beyond the pitch. I don't know Garnacho's situation in detail but clearly there is a problem somewhere. If he doesn't change his approach to football he is going to waste his career. Sure, he'll make a ton of money anyway, but for somebody who always looked up to Cristiano Ronaldo there are higher hopes. It seems like you are quite hurt with the potential of young players in your country but indeed the attitude tends to be neyeleneh which makes their careers dim quickly . But indeed this is the case for Garnacho now his type is the same as Mario who shone at the beginning but instead had to leave quickly. Garnacho previously could even displace Rashford at Manchester United but his ego is huge but it was seen from the beginning where he was even an Argentine player and instead made Cristiano as a role model it showed that he was against the flow that already existed lol. Currently Garnacho cannot be at Chelsea and it is even rumored that Chelsea are ready to negotiate with anyone when trying to buy Garnacho but indeed with the current conditions in terms of value, salary and ego problems that exist it seems that only teams from the SPL are interested in this player.

In smaller clubs, goalkeepers can certainly play until they’re 40, but the fact that Neuer was able to play that long at Bayern is an exception. Manuel Neuer has also been one of the best goalkeepers of all time, so it’s hard to compare him with Martinez. Of course, Martinez is a good goalkeeper but hardly anyone can be compared to Neuer. Martinez will certainly have another 2–3 good years, but I don’t think he’ll be able to play at the top level for much longer than that. Reaction times simply slow down with age. But those 2–3 years should be enough for Barcelona.

I don't see the point of recruiting an old goalkeeper in general but this one might deserve a short contract for a year with a possibility to extend it to another year or two at best. Vozinha showed an impressive performance in the World Cup and he might attract people to see him again in the fields with another team. Otherwise, Inter Miami is turning themselves as a pre-retirement club

I hate to be the bringer of bad news but unfortunately, I have one for Manchester United. It is the deal to see Atalanta midfielder Ederson signed. Some sources are saying it has been called off completely, some sources are still saying there could be a chance to make it happen. It will be so disappointing to see that your dream move to your dream club has been called off. With this current update, there should be a move for Baleba from Brighton. He could be the next to be approached.

Well, the Alvarez thing. They did the same with Nico Williams last year btw
Adeyemi IS real. It was confirmed by two of the most reliable journalists in football on the same day. Rashford left. Left side is empty. Adeyemi is direct, rapid, can press. Everything Flick really desires from that spot
Maybe after World Cup and he still insist on keeping him.. Barca can give up then but for now , they still have him as part of their plan [main striker as I’ve mentioned earlier]. Their problem is that they don’t want him in either Barcelona and Realmadrid to be precise, they will even prefer Realmadrid over Barcelona at the moment but they don’t want him playing against them next season. The whole “he’s our only reliable striker” is all made up bs . Alvarez doesn’t want to stay , what’s the point of keeping him? Adeyemi on the other hand, is already about to be finalized on € 22M , such a great deal for a winger.. The only missing sauce for Barcelona pot is Julian .
