Somehow, I just can't associate Guardiola with Italy's style of play. Italy has traditionally been a team that relies more on solid defending and tactical discipline. Guardiola's philosophy, on the other hand, is all about attacking football, possession, high pressing, and controlling the game. That's why it's hard for me to imagine the Italian national team under Guardiola. I have no doubt that Italy would like to have a coach like him, but I think Guardiola would be much more likely to turn down such an offer than accept it.

You never can tell if Pep will turn down the offer or not because he's a good coach that can adapt to any game strategy. I believe that he retired because he wanted to only coach national team and do you think that getting a job as a national team coach is easy. A good addition for Manchester United, this is a premier league proven player already, he has played in the premier for almost all his career. To get his service for 40M In the current market is really a good deal for Manchester United, even though he is 29 years old. They need a casimero replacement and it really good to see them getting a premier league proven player already.

I was also taken by a bit of surprise because I never saw this deal coming from anywhere, it was done on a low key just to announce that he’s already a red. Well I think he’s a great addition to the Manchester team as they are involved in so many competitions this season, personally Tielemans is a player that I like  have always wish he signed for a top 4 club but I think it came late for him.

Honestly this is one of the transfer in the EPL this summer that I didn’t see coming only to get a notification from fabrizio’s post about a concluded deal and the club is ready to announce both midfielders I mean santos and Tielemans. And I think €41m is also a fair price to get him, this is definitely a good signing for the Manchester United club.

What I know is that Ugochukwu is not a bad player, he's quite talented but still has a lot to learn to grow into what we all thought he is. I doubt they'll be able to lure him. Pep prefers top-tier teams with unlimited resources. He might want to join the French national team (though that's not a given, as the expectations there are incredibly high). Italy is a team in decline right now. Missing out on the World Cup three times in a row is a trauma for an entire generation of players and fans alike. I doubt that Pep would risk ruining his "perfect" resume by coaching a troubled national team for any amount of money.

Youri Tielemans finally went to a bigger club, man has been outstanding in this past years. He still have much to give and I feel like he is a better option than Ederson because of his EPL experience.

This should be the fastest deal Manchester United signed without much bebate on the price this transfer window.

Though, Tielemans deal should have come a lot more sooner during the early years when he was more younger but it's not a loss for United given his experience and maturity in the midfield. Kobbie Manioo should be a starter in Manchester United now after the exit of Casemiro, we could be seeing a combination of Fernandes, Mainoo and Santos in the midfield.

The rumor about Trossard to leave from Arsenal is true. I see that several news merchants are also posting the same rumors if Besiktas is already reached agreement to sign him for €20m. So he's unlikely to play for Arsenal next season.

He's a proper finished for Arsenal. However, i think Arteta wants to regen club's left winger. So Arteta is selling him to the Besiktas.

Of course, if I were president of the Italian Football Federation, I wouldn't spare any expense to hire Guardiola, even if he asked for 20 million a year. Guardiola is a genius coach; he would make the Italian national team return to the top. You don't need to think too hard; just look at Guardiola's history, the teams he's been with, and what he's achieved. Not every coach can achieve what Guardiola has. No matter how much money a club has, if the coach isn't skillful, they won't win anything. Look at the German federation, they brought in Jürgen Klopp because they're tired of losing. The Italian federation should also open their eyes soon.

Actually, there are several other candidates who might be potential candidates to coach the Italian national team besides Pep. There are names like Conte, Mancini, even Ancelotti and Andrea Pirlo. But of all those candidates, I think Pep’s name is the one that will attract the most attention. And I think he really could be the best candidate so far. I think the issue of salary can be negotiated. the most important thing is whether Pep is interested in coaching the Italian national team or not. Figuring that out is the hard part. As far as we have heard, Guardiola has left manchester city to become a national  team manager. He has been very successful in  club football. He has won all the major  trophies. At the end of his career, he probably wants to prove his worth on the world Ccup stage. Being the  manager of a team like Italy is definitely a good option for guardiola. Even if they could not qualify for this world cup, Italy is a renowned team in football. Guardiola has the potential  to do well with this team. With what you said it means some of the productivity going forward will be shared between Bruno Fernandes and the Belgian Tieleman.
I hope to see a quick adapt, we should start the season wining the first five games since it is rumoured that we have the best opening fixtures and easy first five games. We have good strikers and they will benefit from their creativity and productivity. Most importantly as I've said in other threads, we need a new defender and central midfielder.

Manchester United got their transfer right last summer. The player signed last season helped them to finish in the top 4 after finishing 15th.
Maybe they got it right again this summer. 85 million was offered to them for Matheus Fernandez, but they have been able to get both Santos and Telemans for that amount. It is a good deal and a potential starter over Mainoo. Bruno Fernadez as the AM, Santos as DM, while Telemans as CM. May not be the best midfield combo right now, but we will see once the season starts.

After Xabi first conference today as a Chelsea manager he made it clear that Garnacho will be leaving the club as there are multiple suitors for him already, he said he hopes it all end in the best way possible for both the player and the club.

Why would Guardiola retire at his age, he is just 55 years looking strong and very reliable to win the league, he became second last season in one of the most watched league in the world. The Mourinho many people are expecting much from is 63 years old but I don't think by qualifications Mourinho match the level of Guardiola, he has everything you need to win the league and wouldn't even give you any doubt, I'm not sure he will retire now.

I think he will take a rest for now, Klopp retired from Liverpool last year and was lowkey doing nothing until he later take the job of the Germany, he is now their full time coach. Even Guardiola will have one particular deals that are on his table but he may not like them like that. If he takes a break now, there may be another club that are waiting for him to be replaced but until a season is played first before he will take over.
