The signing of Adeyemi is also an excellent move. I believe Flick will play Adeyemi at right-back, which will boost Barcelona's attacking prowess.
There is a better position there even though the winger is covered because there is Gordon but he could be an option for CF and I think making him a right-back is too funny for me.

Indeed he is quite active in defence but the position is not ideal because he is only an assistant in a modern winger so there is no chance for him at right-back.

At the moment his role is only possible to replace Lewa who left so it would be quite strange to leave such a void in the attacker.

At the moment Adeyemi has enough for that and I think you think too far to let him be left behind if you only hope to come to Barcelona just to fill the right back who already has some players like Kounde there.

Karim Adeyemi's move to Barca was quite thoughtful. While Florentino Pérez is busy hand-picking players from different leagues, we trust that the head-flip boy can cope just as much. Next season will be a tough one. We can all confirm that from the quality of players that have moved. If Barcelona doesn't go home with the UCL this time around, we need to watch of for Madrid as they swoop in and cage it.

Aside from Gordon, Barcelona made some very astute transfer moves. It would have been more beneficial to sign Rashford instead of Gordon; after all, Rashford proved to be very useful last season.
The signing of Adeyemi is also an excellent move. I believe Flick will play Adeyemi at right-back, which will boost Barcelona's attacking prowess.
I think Adeyemi was a good signing for Barcelona. He's 24 years old and very promising. He's also developed very well, in my opinion. He could be useful for Barcelona in many matches. In my view, Marcus Rashford should have been signed as well. He proved himself for Barcelona last year and could have shown similar performance this year. Of course, this is the manager's decision, and I hope he doesn't face criticism for it this year. Yamal was ineffective at the World Cup; if his performance drops next year, Rashford will be talked about more.

Marcos Rashford is already out of the picture as the deal 🤝 wasn't agreed again between Manchester United and Barcelona, for me Rashford have indeed proven himself to be useful, I just feel it's either due to their lack of finances or maybe the coach feels he isn't suited for his gameplay enough. Kudos to Barcelona for actually getting this move done because adeyemi was a crucial heartbeat of the Dortmund side last season.

Italy is now putting Pep as their top candidate to handle their national squad. Honestly, this is a very good choice. They feel pep's salary is hard to afford because it can cost them 20m yearly. Nevertheless, i don't see anyother better candidate than him.

Instead of gambling with the coach that has no experience to handle the football club. The better they to sign him.

They can offer like 10m yearly for him to coach their national team. They must feel ashame to always miss the world cap every 4 years, and it's been three times in a row.

If you're a part of italy's football federation, will you take him?
Salary is reportedly an obstacle, but in my opinion, if the Italian soccer association is serious about starting over, I think Pep Guardiola is the right man for the job.
Italy last celebrated a championship victory at the EURO in 2020 and won the World Cup in 2006. Those two trophies, won in different years, were secured under two different coaches.
Mancini was a long-tenured coach, and Spalletti was decent.

Rather than appointing coaches like Gattuso or Maldini—or any other living legends who haven’t yet proven themselves in their coaching careers—why not take a serious look at Pep, who has already demonstrated a track record of success at various clubs over the years?
This is becoming a recent development seeing some of our Legendary managers called for national team Job, Anceloti, Thomas Tuchel and the rest, and now they're eyeing Pep for the Italian national team Job, and we've seen the impact of Thomas Tuchel to the England national team, Pep Guardiola will obviously do well if given the Job.

Italy failed to qualify for the last World Cup and spent a disappointing summer. A change of manager is inevitable. Guardiola could be a good option for them. Perhaps Guardiola might want to manage the national team now, as it would be a less tiring and more relaxed option. Considering his many years of grueling days with Manchester City, he could enter a more relaxed managerial phase with the Italian national team.

I was about to speak on the deal on Manchester United's interest in Youri Tielemans, but Fabrizio was quick to announce Here We Go!

The deal didn't take long to finalise after they made the announcement of interest. Remember, the Ederson deal was cut off when Manchester United noticed he had a pending injury. The preferred target was Ederson + Santos in that midfield, but now we will see Santos + Tielemans.

The 29-year-old joined Manchester United today with a transfer fee of  €41m and a release clause.

https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/2076609873073016974

Tielemans a which show has quality in this worldcup what's a performance they had against USA and Senegal. I love has play how this guy controls the matche. He will be a perfect singing for Manchester United and play alongside Bruno can give some kinda depth and actually they defensively very strong so we can replace him Casimero position so alot of variation they can play as a attacking midfielder and Defencive midfielder so I think it's a good singing Manchester united was very quiet at this transfer window but I think they shock everyone how they start has transfer window in this style.

It will be quite an interesting move for Pep because coaching the national team is a new thing for him.
He's already given very good capacity in the 3 big leagues in Europe (La Liga, Bundesliga and EPL) so it will be a new experience for Pep if he agrees to it.

Now Pep's decision is important because now with the way he trains, wherever he goes on an adventure, there may be good hopes for his career but to coach the national team is certainly not as easy as imagined and this could be a new test if this rumor is true.

Italy's Target now is the Euro because the World Cup cannot be expected in the last few matches so starting sooner than now would be a good step for Italy to make them look more preferable with the condition of the existing players because they do not lack great players just the way the coach's performance in maximizing Italian players is really not too feasible.

I saw Klopp too is now Germany coach and it was announced the second day after Germany were removed by Morocco, that must have hit them very well but this trend is what I don't understand. Seems national teams are having interest on this old men to work for them but what I don't understand is how they intend to keep this managers when they have enjoyed high payroll from thier previous clubs, the deals were too tempting to swtich to be national coach.

I remember this same Italy coach, was complaining that African teams are been favour than other continent. It seems he knew Guardiola was going to take over his place as replacement but I don't know how they are going to get Guardiola to take this lead. It's going to be tough, he still can do better coaching clubs than wandering with national team that can sack you for a single mistake especially if you lose one moment in the expected match.

I don't think soo Pep Can accept that's kinda project. Italy at the moment are the flop project at the moment they can't qualify for the worldcup 2 time in a row has golden generation time was 2006 to 2010 and that over . The other thing like the can't afford has salary Pep is the highest earners manager in the world how they supposed to be spent on manager and not to facilitate the team to solve the problem to play worldcup.  It's just a rumours ya maybe a meme but in reality it's not possible maybe Pep can think about Spain in the future but it will not be Italy.

Hahahaha that's so funny.....!!!  Grin
Puting Adeyemi in right-back will be good..... Grin

However, let's jump on the context. Everyone is well aware that Barcelona will feel lacking in ST position after departure of Robert Lewandoski and  that's why the staff decided to fill his position. So they brought Adeyemi. Like he will be there to help the team on ST position.....

Regarding through LW position i am pretty obvious that Hansi Flick will try to utilize Gordon in LW because he is natural winger and even his speciality is high serve in wide position. So Gordo will be on left, Adeyemi will be ST and Lamine Jamal will RW.

Garnacho has never been a player who is able to meet the expectations... I think it is the best for not only him but also the team to leave as soon as possible.

I don't think Xabi Alonso would make him shine and I even doubt he would like to work for that.

However if Chelsea can't find a team for a permanent move then they are in trouble... Why would even they sign a contract until 2032 with him? The owners must be out of their mind!

Right from the beginning Garnacho has never contributed anything that the fans would remember him for, fine he has scored some number of goals but as a winger he has lost that confidence he had at Manchester United and again, something I dislike about him whenever he's playing at Chelsea is the fact that he can never take on opposition players, whenever he has a 1v1 situation he'd prefer passing the ball back to any of his teammates that isn't pressing to score.
If Roma eventually gets Garnacho then they should be ready to have a weak attacking department because what I saw him play at Chelsea and at Old Trafford are not the same, it could have been better that they had approach to buy him when he was on fire for the club it would have been better but the man we know has nothing to off unless he'd surprise us.

One thing that Put Rashford deal off and the other players were considered was nothing other his fee, wages and even age. I think firstly he agreed to actually lower his wages just to be signed by the club but Barcelona were not actually going to pay anything or rather to be do not value him because if they do they wouldn’t be spending such amount of money on a player who looks similar to Rashford level. The only thing I can say that they didn’t want to sign and believe that they could actually cajole Manchester United into loaning him out to them again and I still think at the end they wouldn’t trigger that buy option because this has been a long term trend that they are fond of doing.

Manchester United on the other hand are actually trying to permanently sell him off and do not want all this loan options and to me that’s the best option actually out there. It was reported that Micheal Carrick actually wants him back into the squad if possible and to me I think that is not a great idea because it will distablize that dressing room most especially because of the things he had said while on loan away from the club

That is one of his biggest weaknesses. If a winger is not able to take on opponents 1v1, you are done. I don't know of many wingers, if any at all, who get away with having a weak 1v1 while playing for big clubs. It doesn't matter which top club you look at, usually they all have at least one, but probably two superb wingers. Without strong wingers the game becomes too predictable and Garnacho has never really added that element to the teams he was playing for.

It is right when you say he scored a few goals and he perhaps has had occasional 1v1 scenes that ended good for him, but he is not the reliable winger you want as a coach. You want players on that position that almost always get something done in the matches. Garnacho literally disappears sometimes.

This was expected to happen just didnt expect that i would be in this transfer window,i was thinking they were gonna give him at least one more seaso  to try and prove himself. I guess Chelsea just wants to get rid of him and earns some money to buy a replacement for him. Roma would get a huge player but i doubt that will happen because i dont think Roma can actually buy him. They dont have the money and the only option for them is to loan him so i doubt this will happen in the end.

This Adeyemi guy is a really good signing for Barcelona, he’s very quick and fast in acceleration which I feel he’s going to be a very good replacement for Raphinha incase he decides to move elsewhere during the summer. I think Germany really overlooked him during the World Cup selection and I wonder why he didn’t make it to the German national team for the World Cup. Well, with this kind of move now he could well cement his place permanently in the German national team provided he performs for well in his new club.

Pep is a dream manager for any football team, he is full of experience and quality. I think the salary is too high. The National teams only plays games once in a while, unlike domestic leagues that plays from week to week, so paying 20m for approximately 10-12 matches in a year is not advisable. If Pep can lower the price, and they finally sign him, It will be a very big advantage for the Italian side. I prefer Pep signing for other bigger teams like the Portuguese team or even the Spanish side.

Manchester united is doing brilliantly well in this transfer window,  there restructured transfer strategy is impressive especially how they identified a suitable option with a price lower than the initial target.
Manchester united have been heavily interested in reinforcing there midfield and because of that all teams increased players price as they know they most pay but at last the unexpected happened, now they have signed a player with such quality with a lower amount which i see as a great development for Manchester United this season.
Although its not yet over because the United i know will sign more players especially now they have champions league ticket in there hands and are looking forward to rewrite history

He is not bad and I think Manchester United now need a defensive midfielder in the squad and this fits with Youri's position who can also be placed in this position.

The departure of Tank Casemiro will provide a big gap for the central area leading to the defense so this could be a very good alternative for Manchester United can get this player.

In addition, he has been in the Premier League for quite some time so this won't be too much of an adaptation to the game at a fast pace so this could be a very good thing for Manchester United.

At the moment all I know apart from Casemiro leaving is that Mount is also leaving Old Trafford. It's a bit unfortunate for this player that his potential and price is incredible but he can't do much at Manchester United.

Lucas Digne to Paris Saint-Germain, here we go! Verbal agreement done with the French left back.
PSG already informed Aston Villa: they will pay the release clause after the World Cup, fee under €10m. 🇫🇷

Digne accepted role as Nuno Mendes’ backup at PSG
Fabrizio Romano

He probably does it for the money, but taking Nuno Mendes’ place is unlikely unless there is an injury.
The article literally says "Digne accepted role as Nuno Mendes’ backup at PSG" so he perfectly knows he won't be a starter. Also, Digne is like 33 years old, he can't have big expectations for his future. And probably after the World Cup he won't be called up again by France, so he better take this opportunity, he won't have another one.

It’s no wonder Manchester United has turned its attention to Youri Tielemans, as this former Leicester City player is indeed a creative midfielder. The fact that he earned the trust to captain the Belgian national team—even with players like De Bruyne and Courtois on the roster—shows that Tielemans possesses leadership qualities.
Tielemans’ playing style is similar to Bruno’s, and if the two were to play together, it would certainly be a good combination—though the outcome might differ from expectations, given that Manchester United’s midfield currently includes Mainoo, who has Carrick’s full confidence.

Tielemans is a player I really admire. He has strong leadership qualities. Therefore, he could be an important signing for Manchester United. Manchester United will have to pay a lot of money to buy him from Aston Villa. However, considering Manchester United's future, I think this transfer is feasible. Mainoo is a quality player, but I don't think he's as good or experienced as Tielemans.
