Since the existence of this current transfer window,  other teams have been progressively making some team saving decisions that will be very helpful to them this season but that of Manchester United is still what I can't understand till now.  At. First it was the signing of a below average Santos before progressing to Tielemans at that same midfield which i assume to an average player also when the original plan was to get a quality replacement for  casimero. If they continue with this sluggish strategic plans, they will never go home with anything trophy and may even end up not qualifying for the champions league.

Leao's name is talking with a different Super League team every day
...

From this, I understand that his agent has been working hard to market him to Turkish clubs...

There will be money involved for Milan and Leao, but if Leao comes to Türkiye -which, to be honest, I don’t think he will- his agent will likely make a lot of money as well.

I also think the reports about Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe are just a tactic to drive up the price.

Leao isn’t an old footballer. I’m sure he’ll perform well if he moves to Türkiye, but I think the transfer process is a bit shady...

Are you serious? Did you watch this guy at the world cup how he played like he's still young? I bet you didn't, let's leave the injury side of him and focus more on how he played, he'd do pretty well at Inter Milan even pairing with his old time teammate at Manchester City Akanji, both players will have a better chemistry at the back and I see Inter to be more stronger at the back as Stones have joined the current champions Inter Milan.
I believe also that he is a good signing for Inter Milan and I thought people would be excited to see him there so we can expect a better defence line in Inter Milan.
It is time for Inter Milan to return with force in UEFA Champions League. Their presence so far there is quite limited. With such transfers, I hope they can do better.

Inter are still at the beginning of their summer transfer market and for now they have only sold Dumfries and taken stones so we will have to wait for the development of the summer transfer market, Inter all things considered are organically organised, given that they have all the departments of the squad completed, there are still some pieces to be fixed but they remain the most competitive team in this championship.

It’s true that Inter sold Dumfries and signed John Stones, but the team has lost several key players such as Acerbi, De Vrij and Darmian, who still need to be replaced.
Then Sommer left, but they signed Provedel – and, to be honest, I don’t like that signing at all.
So far, I’d give Inter’s transfer window a 5.5 for the signings of Stones and Stankovic, but these two alone aren’t enough – we need players of real calibre.

UK sports media is reporting that Inter are set to return with another bid for Liverpool’s Curtis Jones. I won’t be sad to see him go, if this is true.

He’s not a bad player but he’s not a difference maker. He takes too long on the ball.

As a Manchester United fan I feel your pain about signing of players as the new season approaches. But Manchester United is under a new manager which means that you don't expect him to do things as usual. Manchester United has wasted money in the past rushing to buying players when the transfer seasons opens without actually giving close attention to the players and later ends up regretting if the player fails to living up to expectations.

I believe that Michael Carrick is taking his time and watching the transfer market critically especially when it comes to the weak wings that Manchester United is having. The transfer window is still far from been close so we should not rush as usual in throwing blame at the club because united has not done what is the expectations of people.

This is a new era and it should call for new approach and way of doing things which should also affect united transfer tactics and moves. I believe that Manchester United under Carrick will bring in new players to complements the efforts of the new players. But it should not be done in a rush due diligence should be the standard.

Leao's name is talking with a different Super League team every day, but lately he's been linked more with Galatasaray. They're reportedly still in contact with his agent, Gardi, who has been a prominent figure in Galatasaray's previous transfers. He's said he'll talk to Milan if the financial terms become favorable. Leao's transfer could be good, but for some reason, it doesn't really excite me that much.

For me Leao should stay at Milan. If he leaves the top league fives i dont see a good career for him. Galatasaray wants to waste a lot of money and for them this would be a perfect transfer but i doubt that Leao would leave Milan. He is such a good player and has a future ahead of him and he can do a lot more. If he leaves for Galatasaray i think his career would just go down

I agree with you that Leao should stay at Milan because going there will only ruin his career and I believe it is better for them to just concentrate on developing themselves rather than chasing money first. The boy is still young and should realize that people who used to go to clubs like Galatasaray are already close to retirement and they will go for the money. There is no way he will go to Galatasaray and it will not even affect his career.

I'm not sure why these younger players are prioritizing money over developing their own careers, but they need to change their mindsets because doing so will benefit them more. On the other hand, if he plays, he will create better opportunities for himself and still receive compensation, but it won't be as high as Galatasara's.

I haven’t heard any rumours about this deal in the Italian media, but he’s not a bad player – in fact, he’s an excellent player with plenty of experience. If the report turns out to be true, I think he’ll add value to Inter’s squad.
However, it does strike me as odd: Inter’s management had said they wanted to invest in young players to build for the future, but so far they’ve signed players who are already past their prime.

This is one big reason why a Manchester United fan told me he don’t want Carrick to be given the job. What he said was Carrick won’t push the board to get players unlike if it was another top manager, and seriously I’m seeing that already. Manchester United will be playing in all available competitions in England next season and the only additions we’ve seen is Santos and Tilemans. They don’t look like a club that want to achieve something next season honestly.

When you look at the likes of Chelsea and Tottenham who won’t be playing in Europe next season, they are having a very busy summer transfer, it shows they know where they should be and they want to be there. Take it or leave it, transfer windows, especially summer transfer always have a huge effect on how a club will perform the following season. Well we still have at least a month to see if a big player will be landed at old trafford.

Mykhailo Mudryk is clear to play again after doping accusations, case settled. Chelsea said they are looking forward to helping Mudyk "return to full fitness, back into the squad and back onto the pitch" and he will join the club's pre-season tour.

https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/cvg8pvr8e8go

Mudryk hasn't played since November 2024 and his current physical condition is unclear. he'll likely be loaned to a weaker club where he can gain regular playing time and try to regain his former shape. does anyone have thoughts on whether he can help Chelsea this season?

Thoughts on Vinicius and his future at Real Madrid, as he has rejected another contract offer from the club. He made it known to them that he holds grudges for Jose Mourinho since the Champions League match between Benfica and Real Madrid in February. Prestianni directed a racist insult at Vinicius, and Jose Mourinho concluded that Vinicius should be blamed for all the racist insults directed at him during the press conference. At that time, Jose Mourinho was Benfica's head coach. Vinicius could leave Real Madrid for Arsenal due to these issues.
If he wants to leave, then let him go if that is indeed the reason Vinicius doesn't want to work with the new coach. Issues like this should have been resolved right then and there on the pitch. Vinicius is seen as unprofessional for letting personal feelings interfere with the club's interests. Florentino Perez needs to take a firmer stance with players like this, no player should be bigger than the club.
Real Madrid wouldn't become a weak club just by losing Vinicius, would they?

I thought they have resolved this Vinicius junior transfer saga, like I thought he's sign a new contract with Real Madrid, but if not then I'm very much certain Real Madrid can't afford to lose Vinicius junior at this point in time, no at this time they need him in the team like never before, and talking about personal issue with Jose Mourinho I think he's fighting for something reasonable, because Jose Mourinho is one person that equally takes things personal, before you knew it under Jose Mourinho Vinicius junior might be finding it difficult to get playing time in that team, so if he must stay they should give him that assurance of play time.

It not about giving michael carrick the job but the willingness to allow him make quality decisions that will help in the team's transformation, before now other coaches all believed where the best have come and gone yet there was no result but michael carrick came and made the light in united’s room shine brighter than expected so there is no other  coach more preferable than him for now.
The problem that deserves serious attention is how the board can be convinced to give him this desired maximum support to land his most preferred option instead doing it for him all in the name of cutting down cost.

Stones is entirely a different player compared to Dumfries, one is a Central Defender, while one is a right back, so I think Stones is more of Acerbi Replacement, I still don’t understand why Italian teams likes buying older players, compared to other English teams buy more exciting and talented players, This Italian teams don’t they have money to buy players that are young, Inter Milan needs some new players, most especially younger once to mix up with the older players to create a balance in the Teams.

It's  his career mate. If he feels AC Milan is not doing enough for him, then he should move to a different club, and Galatasaray  is not a bad club tbh so far they can pay him as he wishes .

I like his style  though and I really wanted Barcelona to sign him at the early transfer window but Deco had another plans which Leão wasn't  part of it .
His name faded so quick after the first signing from Barcelona.

Maybe Carrick is pretty convinced that the current players he has on the squad are good enough to challenge for the title after a good run last season. I think it does not feel like bringing in new players who may disabilise the current standing of the squad.
Let the Manchester United board give him time and freedom to create a team that he thinks could work quite well.

I don’t even understand the Manchester United is like they don’t want progressively for the teams that’s why they didn’t not plan themselves well in the next coming season that is about to start, everyone where expecting the season to be a very tough one which make every teams are signing a good player for the team. So that they will be more stronger than last season, but Manchester United are there signing a below average players i think last season was little better for them when the season was coming to an end; the season has not yet started but it has proved to us that if care is nothing Manchester United will not achieve anything.

Chelsea would be grateful that Mykhailo Mudryk is back. They paid £61m for the former Shakhtar Donetsk player in 2022. He was tipped to be successful at the club, but testing position to a banned stamina-enhancement substance, meldonium, ended the dream. He has maintained that he took the drugs unintentionally. The reduction of his ban might be connected to the low quantity of the drug found in his system and after accepting that he broke anti-doping rules.

The ball is now in the court of the Ukrainian to bring his career back to life. He would have to dedicate more time to training to enable him to regain his form. I hope he gets all the support he needs under new coach Xabi Alonso.

I was so excited for the news, thank God he is back and that's another addition for us but to be honest aside the fact that his resilience to continue training after the news I hope he can get better quickly.

After over a year plus in fact closer to two years without playing officially I wonder his capabilities, he was just almost getting on track before what happened, although I don't expect him to be loaned out he may be given opportunity during pre season and if there's any positive encouragement he will be part of our squad for the coming season.

UK sports media is reporting that Inter are set to return with another bid for Liverpool’s Curtis Jones. I won’t be sad to see him go, if this is true.

He’s not a bad player but he’s not a difference maker. He takes too long on the ball.
Curtis Jones will be of good help in their midfield, It will be great to see him play at Inter. Curtis Jones is a quality player, he is not a difference maker like you said, because he barely gets enough playtime in Liverpool. Throughout last season, he played full 90 minutes only 5 times. This is an opportunity for him to improve and also prove himself at Inter.

There are rumours that inter is willing to pay €35m, this is not a bad amount though. Andoni Iraola is insisting that Jones should stay. Let's see how the management will handle this.

The latest news from Madrid they've informed Viní's side that their latest contract extension offer is final. I believe Madrid has made a firm decision, and if Vini persists in his stance, they will consider selling him this summer. After months of negotiations without progress and a fierce back and forth with neither party willing to give in, Madrid has finally decided to take action. This will be interesting and we'll wait and see.

I think several other star players have also experienced similar situations, and this proves Madrid remains firm in its stance no player is bigger than the club. When Cristiano and Ramos couldn't agree on a contract extension, they were ultimately released by Madrid even though they were legends. So, if Vini refuses to accept the contract offer, he should move on to avoid damaging the dressing room atmosphere.
With the Real Madrid I know, If Vini doesn't take up the offer, they won't hesitate to sell him and I don't think they will allow him to run down the contract so he goes on a free transfer and if he does, he will surely be a very good bench warmer for most parts of the season
I hope Vini Jr and the team involved in the transfer make a wise decision.

Mykhailo Mudryk is one of the players I have missed in the Chelsea jersey and this is a great news that he would be returning to active football again. He's a player whom I know to put in efforts for his team, so I don't doubt his resilience to take back his career to higher level. There was no better moment than now because Alonso would need his type of players to boost his tactics on the pitch.
