Right now no team can challenge them in Premier league, they are the best team in the Premier league and I’m sure they are going to lift the Premier league title again. The coach has already built a very strong and consistent team that can take down any team in England. But they should fine a way to sign a winger it’s very important.
Only Arsenal as a top team in the EPL did not make a coach transition so they can still maintain the stability of last season and only need to strengthen it. On the other hand Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and even Chelsea must start racing to deliver a good first season by their respective new coaches. From this I think it is clear that Arsenal's position cannot be shifted. But that does not mean next season they can easily secure the trophy, considering the EPL giants can always put pressure on Arsenal amid inconsistency though. There are many strong teams in the Premier League. Arsenal, Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United are just a few that come to mind. For Arsenal to stand out like they did last year, they need to acquire a good striker. Or they need to prepare Swedish striker Gyökeres much better for this season. Because Gyökeres is a player with potential, as he showed in the Portuguese league. Even if he shows half of that performance in the Premier League, he will be considered successful. The most important and decisive factor for Arsenal next year will be the performance of their strikers.

Viktor Gyökeres is one of the aggressive attacker in the English premier League but his position is been question in the Arsenal team because he's not as brutal as everyone expected him to be. They've started to compare Gyökeres when he was in Sporting CP, how he was able to score goals and was very effective in the growth of the team, Gyökeres was consider to be one of the main man for Sporting CP but do you know what he was lacking? Those passes in the Arsenal team although he do missed big chances. In the upcoming season that starts in few days time, Viktor Gyökeres just have to be more clinical with the ball because he's in a elite team like Arsenal and we all know that they want to win top titles next season. Mikel Arteta is not coming here to play rather he's here on a more serious Business and one way he can prove that he's serious is winning the league for Arsenal this year again and also targeting the UEFEA Champions League trophy.

For years they remained in the shadow of the champions. But this year, Arsenal will be competing for the championship for the second time. Gyökeres is an important goalscoring weapon for this team, and I'm sure Mikel Arteta will give him the necessary opportunity and understanding of the game. I think Arsenal will have everything they need to become champions. Arteta's main goal is to win the Champions League. Because they won it in the Premier League last year.

Arsenal needs to sign a very good winger that will create chances for them and trouble defenders. I don’t know what they are still waiting for. I know they have been doing very well in this transfer window, but what is remaining for them right now is to sign a very good winger if they can get a very good winger that knows how to dribble, create chances, score goals and give assist then they can win the champions league title.
Right now no team can challenge them in Premier league, they are the best team in the Premier league and I’m sure they are going to lift the Premier league title again. Must be one of the reasons why Trossard was sold and Tzolis the Greek international was brought in. Is that not clear enough? What I don't like is the signing of Noni Madueke, he is not what he is trying to be, the only consistent player on that right wing is Bukayo Saka who is also always injured. I don't know what plans they have, but I see this news for Juventus youngster Yildaz which I take to be completely rumours. Lmfao! You sound like someone who's never kicked football nor play. Even the best clubs can be beaten. Mind you, this is the Premier League Competition. Arsenal are favourites for the Premier league competition, but the leage is full of surprises and any team can hurt them.

Oh no. Fabrizio Romano reports that Liverpool is once again parting ways with Curtis Jones, with a deal nearing completion pending a medical exam and a transfer fee of €35 million. https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/2090054092735271325What can we count on for the midfield if one of the current players—Szoboszlai, Gravenberch, or Mac Alister—gets injured during the 2026–27 season? I don’t expect Liverpool’s management to have any ill intentions, because we really want to end this season on a high note.

Funny dude, someone mustn't kick a ball to know about football, maybe he's a fan with do much hope that his team would be invincible this season but he forgot that the Premier League is not a farmer's league and every team is a threat to another including the ones who recently moved into the league from the Championship league. Arsenal needed a winger that could take on players one on one and they didn't trust Trossard with that which was why they sold him and bought Tzolis, he's already proved that he's worthy in the community shield match so there's no need signing a support. I've also seen rumours of Kenan Yıldız, he's better than Tzolis with more experience but Juventus won't give him to Arsenal.

🚨 OFFICIAL..
Tijjani Reijinders has left Manchester City and joined the Saudi Arabia team, Al Qadisiya who finished fourth in the Saudi league last season. Manchester City posted it themselves on their official X account just minutes ago.
What do you think of this transfer? It’s a lucrative deal for the midfielder and a good signing for the Saudi Pro League side but what do you think about Manchester City’s performance this season? They just sold two midfielders from the team.. Rodri and Reijinders, will this not affect their general performance in the season about to start? Share your thoughts.
Another disappointment for sure. He should have stayed for another season to challenge himself. He only needs to work in his physicality to be able to compete in EPL. Sadly, his first season in City didn't work out. However, the decision to go to the Saudi team is unbelievable for sure consider he can still competitive enough to keep play in europe. So he's now doing career suicide by following Darwin Nunez's path. Come on, let's be serious: Reijinders highly underperformed in the Premier League, he was barely playing, and this year nothing would have changed. Then he receives a 20-million yearly salary offer for five years, and you think he was going to turn it down to... Challenge himself? If you were a decent player (because this is what Reijinders is, a decent player), would you ever turn down 100 millions "to challenge yourself"?

Leaving Manchester City was a very good move for Tijjani Reijinders but what I don't think was a good decision for the 28-year-old Netherlands international was signing for a Saudi Pro League at this time of this career.
Of course, leaving Manchester City was the right choice for Reijinders because he would have been a bench player there, since Maresca didn’t select him for the starting lineup. However, what makes me wonder is why Reijinders went to the Saudi Pro League, was this decision driven by money? After all, at just 28 years old and with his solid skills, it shouldn’t be difficult for him to land a spot on a top European club. In fact, I think that by joining Al Qadisiya, Reijinders’ chances of making the Dutch national team may actually be diminishing. Reijnders went to the Saudi Pro League because of the personal terms agreed upon. Al-Qadsiah agreed to a 4 +1- years contract worth around €61 million (£52m). Annual salary is €20 million per year. A total of €100 million in five years. He receives roughly €384,600/week, almost €400,000. Only 2 players in the Premier League receive up to £350week. Erling Haaland gets £525k/week and Virgil van Dijk gets £350k/week. Bukayo Saka receives £300k/week.

There have been quite a number of stars moving to Saudi League and sometimes it's surprising knowing fully well enough that they have much to offer in the top league but looking at the fact that they are making much and it doesn’t end their opportunity to play for the National team as long as they remain consistent then there's no much issue, I think this is part of their view point.

This is a big deal for him despite that he's not in his prime. I don't think that when he was in his prime he even earned this amount of money. This is the best decision for him because his performance wasn't that superb in Manchester City. I could count how many goals he scored and couldn't add much impact on City attack. EPL is too tough and competitive.

Personally, I have no doubts that Rodri is going to be a good addition to the team, but at the same time, I'm not expecting to see that Manchester city performance because Barcelona is a different club and their playing style is far different from that of Pep when he was still the manager of City. And as for the transfer fee, well, that's what you get when you chase after a key player who just won the WC. And I think in football, clubs are now overlooking the importance of age, as they hope to see the player playing until his mid 30s.
And as for the positioning, I guess meant pedri and not Pedro. But pedri is a CM who also plays attack, so I don't think the purchase of Rodri is going to change anything. Only De Jong is likely to be affected here, but there's no crime in coming from the bench.
Rodri is an excellent player who deserved to win the World Cup with his national team. He is a player who, not surprisingly, also won the Ballon d'Or. He is such a complete player that he will have no choice but to be exceptional at Barcelona, just as he did with Manchester City. We must give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and he more than anyone represents modern football in the best possible way.

Viktor Gyökeres scored 21 goals in his first season in Arsenal in all competitions that isn't a bad record I believe he has adapted well in the team thus I think he would definitely up his game next season provided that he is injury-free, now that Arsenal has a formidable midfielders and with Odegaard in-form he would link up well with Viktor Gyökeres by creating through passes I am expecting him to increase his goal tally, though Arteta at times always wanted to play Kai Harvatz as their striker by benching Viktor Gyökeres just like in their last match against Man City last Sunday, that means the tendency of Viktor Gyökeres to score more goals is subject to Arteta tactical approach to their matches because he is more options in their attack, so I beliefs this upcoming season Viktor Gyökeres has already adapted well in team consequently I am expecting him to score plenty goals

After the signing of Rodri by Barcelona, I dont think he should be having a problem facing a hard time to adapt to the team. He just needs to avoid being injured or the other available players will collect his shine from him. He has been great midfielder in Manchester City during the times of Pep Guardiola and was also able to show save thats midfield ability in the World Cup tournament.
I will say that Barcelona got a good one here but they should fear him being injured or theyll miss having him to take control of that midfield for them if theyve already adapted with him to the style of play which I know it wont take time to happen. Any long injury for Rodri will really affect his career and ability to take on his position, so this is something to avoid as much as he can to be able to perform to his best potential for his new team.
Rodri is a champion, he was certainly unlucky last season and i hope for him that he doesn't get injured. He had many excellent years at Manchester City and really made his contribution. Barcelona did well to sign Rodri, if he is fit he will contribute to winning. If he doesn't have physical problems, he will do very well for his new team.

Rodri's contract has already been completed and he is now officially a Barcelona player, he may play for Barcelona in the first match of the season. The expectations of Barcelona fans are very high around him, naturally the fans will want him to ensure his contribution in every match. Alvarez may have to be forgotten by Barcelona now, it is better not to have any expectations about him. Although I have not received information from any reliable source, there are rumors that Barcelona are interested in taking Lautaro Martinez to the team, Martinez is now their first choice as a striker. The name of a young striker from Arsenal has also been revealed there. I do not know if this was true news or not, but if Lautaro Martinez can be taken to the team, it will definitely be good for Barcelona. The main question is about Inter Milan, they may never want to let go of their main striker.

The premier league has been a very tough competition, he dont have enough playing time last season due to injury and his performance dropped drastically because he is yet to recover fully from the damage that knee injury has caused him to be like as an average player, but I believe he moves to Barcelona because of less competition so that he cannot be getting injured regularly.
However, I am happy for Barcelona to getting Rodri, he will help the team in positive ways and will make Barcelona more strong than he used to be before signing him and it will help them to win some matches in almost all competition.
Rodri has never been a player prone to injuries, so i think it was just a matter of having time to get back into shape to be able to do well, with City last season we saw less of it but for the simple fact that they didn't want to risk it, then at the World Cup we saw the usual Rodri dominating the midfield.

We should just try to go easy with this hype on Rodri before we hype him to flop in this Barcelona team, and again Barcelona has gotten a word class midfielder, let's not also forget they still need a good striker for it to work to perfection, Rodri can't do the work of a midfielder and that of a striker so let's be guided on that, and despite these signings Barcelona has made this season I still believe the Spanish La Liga title is going to Real Madrid, maybe Barcelona is preparing for the UEFA Champions League title.
I think that Rodri has the right quality and the right maturity to not be a flop. I believe that players of this caliber have confidence in their abilities and know how to best move to avoid unpleasant situations. Just like Modric, i think Rodri has the peace of mind to play in any team.

I really don't have any issue with Barcelona signing Rodri but there is a feeling I am having, I feel to an extent this might not outrightly be too much of a good signing for Barca, this is because Rodri is a player that is over 30 and it is looking as though that knee injury that made him go a long time out of play and to a large extent they are still managing him, and that is the major reason Real Madrid didn't get him. Although this move is seen as homecoming for him because he is a Spaniard and the tax difference will be obviously have its own effect when compared to England.
I am sure that the purchase of Rodri by Barcelona is the most profitable purchase that we will see on the pitch in this transfer window by Barcelona. I really hope he'll be useful and that he'll be able to do well at Barcelona, I'm very confident that he will succeed.

Was it not because of the injure he suffered that made him to less appearance last season? And it was because of his injury that made the team to perform less in the last two seasons when Manchester City finished third behind Arsenal; the team was built with him as a master piece due to his quality in the midfield, and his absence always shows in their midfield that was why Pep was looking for his replacement before he left. Now the team can’t afford to keep him since they can’t rely on him due to injury if not age is not his problem because he still have what it takes to standout among midfielders due to his experience. Nevertheless, it’s a win win for Barcelona, they now have him, and with his performance in the world cup, I think he is back in his feet and will help the team towards winning more trophies.

We can never tell if he will do well in Barcelona till end of this season, we all watched in play in Premier League, Rodri is a injury player, he can stay for months without playing, all these hyping is because Spain won the World Cup and he received the player of the tournament award, I'm not convinced he will be a great player in Barcelona, no doubt he's a great player but I'm only concern about his injury issues. If he can stay fit ,then he will be a great signing for Barcelona. Let's not forget that Real Madrid signed Bernardo silva from same Manchester city, he's also an added advantage to the Jose mourinho squad in Real Madrid, both players will be judge at the end of the season.
