I wonder if his preference is to join Arsenal or stay with Atleti if they are the choices he has.

This transfer I have no issues with it but my major concern and what Arsenal fans should be worried about when it comes to this player is if he'd devote his time and play with his heart for Arsenal, is not about the fans celebrating of getting him, would he be the kind of player that will give everything for the love of the club, because all he wants is Barcelona and now he's moving to a club he never wanted so how is it going to be?

I assume he might still play to standard and give his all at Arsenal to keep up the growth of his career and he wouldn’t like to flop in the Premier League so he should play well and with his heart even if he doesn’t do that for the “Love” of the club.

Arsenal are his only option right now since Atletico Madrid wouldn’t sell him to Barcelona and staying back at Atletico Madrid isn’t good for his career right now with the whole controversies and the Fans are not happy with him meaning he’s probably going to get booed in every match if he stays and that will affect his career negatively.

Why I said so is the way he wasn't responding to what is happening around him, fine Barcelona is the only club he wants to play for but he should consider the fact that his parent club Atletico Madrid is not ready to do business with one of their strongest rival so the earlier he get that into his head and accept the reality the better for him because in no account will they allow him join Barcelona instead it should be any other club. Atletico Madrid can do anything possible to stop Barcelona from being at their best and if Julián Alvarez is the missing piece to make Barcelona unstoppable then ATM will rather sell to any club outside La Liga and that is where the EPL champions comes in, Barcelona should forget this player and move on.

For the fact also that he has publicly not made Arsenal his priority, I don’t want him at the club too. I think we are at the stage where we need players who are passionate about playing for us, players who originally have Love for our team, not players who are coming simply to play for the money or play in our club because they did not get their dream signing.

Barcelona were aware of the update but decided to go through the back in order to get Alvarez attention which wasn't proper and now that he has fallen off with Atletico Madrid he might have no other option than to bid farewell, and so the biggest bid outside the League may be the team who will get her which is likely Gunners.

They made a great choice in getting Martinez but the goal keep can only play his part and not do everything the other players are suppose to do, Chelsea still need a leader in that defense if not Martinez will be punished by his own teammates. The Blues are very good at convincing players to join them but they don't know how to put things in place that would make the player do very well and I'm beginning to doubt Alonso, something doesn't feels right at all.

Don't have a problem with Alonso but the team and how they played in their last game against Luton, the energy at which they are suppose to use against a smaller side should tell if these guys are ready to prove people wrong, they are too comfortable with 1 goal and that isn't how to go about business. When Bayer Leverkusen was being handled by Alonso we could see how desperate they are to score more goals especially when they're leading by a goal to nil and if they are losing their opposition gets scared because they can come back to equalize the game and even win it so I don't see Chelsea under Alonso getting all that momentum. The manager can try to get things to be in place but you see Chelsea players, they suck at pressuring their opponent, really want to see that same energy at Chelsea as the one we saw Bayer Leverkusen had as of then. The defense need someone different from the sets of players they have at the squad and if you remember Thiago Silva you also know that he was the last leader of Chelsea defense and up till now nobody has stepped up to take his place so that position will continue to be a problem for the club.

What a disappointmentt. He went from rejected offers by EPL club to the play for Galatasaray. We can see how downgrade his quality is right now. He could leave from Milan when he was still at peak, and i believe he would get hundreds of chance to try on competitive club in the big league such as EPL.

Its also a huge lost for Milan because they could have sold him for more than a hundred million, then it's ended with 45m. I know they have 20% clause on him in this transfer, but it's not as big as if they sold him at peak.

Galatasaray have made a great signing by bringing in Rafa Leao for this fee; given his performances over the last few years and his statistics, I believe this is the fairest valuation for this player.
I should point out that I’ve never been a fan of his as a footballer, but I have to admit that he did very well for Milan whilst the club considered him indispensable; moreover, his form has dropped significantly since Theo Hernandez left – the two of them were a dynamic duo at Milan.

I just have a question: if this is such a great deal, how come he ended up in Turkey, at the very end of the transfer window? In England any random team spend 45 millions for a decent player, if Rafa Leao was so good how is it possible that nobody felt like he was worth that money? It's a total waste of time for me. The player want to come to Arsenal, while stress yourself. The chase has been for too long, and it's attracting too much attention already. They don't force a player to go where he doesn't want to be. The pressure is too much and it's no longer funny. It's not as if Arsenal doesn't have any striker at all. Though I know he is trying to get more additional force, but for a stroker who completely says he is not going, pls they should let him be and focus on others..

There are lots of things going on behind the scenes that we don’t know because I’m yet to completely understand how Chelsea were able to convince Nottingham Forest to pay £45m for Delap, this is not a loan with a buy back option depending on player performance, but this is a direct sale for a player that Chelsea doesn’t want and are just desperate to offload. Watching his performances at Chelsea you can easily tell that he’s not good enough to lead the frontline of any club, Nottingham Forest is a Massive club now in the premiership and should have retained Awoniyi instead of letting him go for Delap to come in as a direct replacement. Yes, let's say that if we have to be objective, Delap's performances were decidedly disappointing. What is really wrong with Julian Alvarez? While he was playing for Manchester City he acted like this till they sold him to Atletico Madrid, now he's still got 3+ years with Atletico Madrid, now he's acting like without him the club will not move forward, if I'm to be Diego, I won't sell him to any team and he will be on bench till his contract expires or he come back to his senses, what does he really want from them? Atletico Madrid had made it clear to him and Barcelona that his not for sell, and even if he's on sell it's definitely not this season, so what exactly does he want? I ask again. The immigration problem doesn't impact Alvarez, but it's his family. He can still go to the EPL if he wants, but it sounds not possible for his family to follow him due to the immigration problem. I admit it's a sense reason to reject City's offer due to the family reason. However, the key is that he only

wants Barcelona. If he doesn't get what he wanted, then he's only waiting and seeing.

The future of Enzo Fernandez has nothing to do with what happened at the world cup, and it's untrue if anyone is saying that it's because of the goal he scored against England he is trying to jump ship.

The main reason Chelsea are open to offers is that he is that type of player that is not loyal to a club, even though the club were the one's that made him who he is. It is not easy as you are making it sound, you must recognize that Barcelona are not going to buy him for 175million, don't also forget that if a year or 2 years enters into his natural age, it will also affect the contract clauses, do not also forget that he might come into Arsenal but might drop form, this might as well affect his sell out clause. It is a gamble that I don't think top clubs would want to go into it, if it's on lower division then it might happen.

A hidden deal with Arsenal and Barcelona? It's an interesting idea, and it could work for business. But I'm worried that if Alvarez goes to Arsenal right now and his performance drops, it could make things worse. That could make Arsenal suffer losses. Alvarez was really special in the World Cup and at Atletico, but I don't see him as a special player. He has some weaknesses like his height and being weak in aerial duels. Alvarez's condition has gotten pretty bad, so sticking around is a bad issue. I think he's no longer comfortable at Atletico. Moving to Arsenal is the best choice right now.
