I don’t really know how Chelsea were able to sell some of the player’s which they sold. Some players that are flop, I don’t know what other clubs saw in those player’s that made them come for them, and chelsea made profits from those players
A flop in a team doesn’t mean he will be a flop in another team.. that’s because team, position, and even trainings also contributes to how a player performs. De Bruyne is a good example, Chelsea signed but he couldn’t upto their standard [in other words , he’s close to being considered as a flop]. They loaned him out , before eventually selling him to Wolfsburg, Wolfsburg gave him what he needed and he picked in his second season before Wolfsburg sell him to Mancity.. Look at the insane stats he had at Etihad . Wolfsburg bought him because they saw a potential in him .. It's good to note that any player who gets signed to a top team possesses a certain quality regardless of how they end up performing. It's as you said, a player can flop in a team but might not in another different team. Sometimes a team needs to do away with surplus players not meeting up to the standards and that's exactly what Chelsea did in this transfer window. A lot of the players signed had the opportunity to prove themselves but failed to do so it's really best they were sold. Chelsea has always signed quality players even though they are not able to perform as expected that's why it was easy to sell them even at profit. No matter how terrible a player is there is always another team wanting his services.

Manchester City is trying to reclaim the tittle that's why they're giving Enzo Maresca the kind of players he need to be successful. Chelsea have really benefited from this transfer window, they did the best business in selling out players and it would help them alot by January or next summer cause they'll have enough to spend on signing new ones.
I never see any sign from Manchester City to reclaim the tittle no matter the players they give Enzo Maresca if the all players didn’t cooperate with their coach, there’s no way team can be progress talkless of been successful. My question to Chelsea is that, now that they’ve sold most of their players what is their aim? It may be that their aim is to sign new players, which I think it is already later for them to get quality players now. Because a lots of teams signed a players, in my own view it will be difficult for them to get a better squad that will worth standard. It's not as if they are already sure of the title but the Manchester city board themselves know that this is going to be a big change in the club because having a man like pep guadiola leave the club will definitely affect their dominance in the club so that's why they are trying everything within their power to make sure that they show that same level of dominance in the the league and so far they have been doing well too so let's see how meresca will hold up by the end of the season. If they get bad results, Maresca might not even stay until the end of the season. We'll see how well they do with Manchester City, and then a future plan can be made accordingly. Manchester City are currently leading the league with 2 wins out of 2 matches. Arsenal also have 2 wins out of 2 matches. For now, things are going well for Manchester City, and a long-term management with Maresca seems possible. I'm also curious to see how successful they can be in the Champions League. If they manage both the Premier League and the Champions League well, Maresca could stay with the team for a long time.

I see Manchester City fans tweeting on X about their team coming to win the English premier League title this season and I'm just in my couch laughing because it's funny to me. A reminder, Manchester City are without the coach that made them what they are today, Pep Guardiola. No doubt the new manager, Enzo Maresca will try his best at Etihad stadium and I'm not assuring anyone that he will do well because there's a hugh gap of been a city fan and a city coach.
Manchester City will look forward to explore this season because they've every necessary players that are capable of replacing the outgoing players. Enzo Fernandez and other new faces in the team, Manchester City will do better with these players because they will definitely give their 100 for the club.
Hahaha, the league is not won in just 2 games, they should wait till week 30 or 35 before concluding but if i were a Manchester City fan, i would've been bragging about my club cause the players they spent on are quality ones and has made them serious contenders for the title this season. Pep might have left but Enzo Maresca shouldn't be underrated. A club that's serious about winning would spend to build a team that would make it possible, even if they don't win at the end, atleast they tried to and can still restrategise against the next season. However if we're to mention teams that could win the title, we can't fail to mention Manchester City in top 3.

KDB is one of my favourite player after Foden in City .. Unfortunately he gets tired easily these days, I’m not sure how he’s performing at Napoli though. Does he play full matches?
Wow... From all City players, KDB comes first on list, followed by Mahrez. Even if I never enjoyed how they dominated the EPL, I have to be honest that I enjoyed their era of football. They practically had this ideal lineup that I can never forget even though I was never a fan. And as for his move to Napoli, well, I did follow up on him on a few occasions. I think he struggled a lot with fitness last season. It was somehow related to the 23/24 injury issues because he also missed a lot of games. By now, Napoli should have really become unstoppable by just adding more player to the squad to balance the team but they went ahead selling both Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen.. I remember posting a comment here then that Napoli is making a really big mistake with the transfers .
Napoli as a club actually has its own pride and ego. I guess they didn't appreciate Kvarat more, while the issue with Oshimen got heated, so they didn't hesitate to cash out on both players. Although, they're actually managing themselves at the moment. Scott McTominay is doing a pretty good job there.

Did Kevin de bruyne flopped at Chelsea? No in my own opinion because he showed a lot of potential while at Chelsea, but he was up against players that were ready and better than him then, which was hazard, Oscar, schurler, Marco marine and mo salah, so he was mostly on the bench, which resulted in his exit from Chelsea, and that was the same fate mo salah endured, so it's wrong for anyone to say that he flopped at Chelsea, while that's not true case.

The here you go is already here by Fabrizio Romano https://www.facebook.com/share/19Sg2o3hFS/Chelsea has really cashed out good profit in this transfer window. With this money alone, they can get two or more younger midfielders that can do the job. They're not playing any European competition this season so they have less to worry about. But meh EPL teams love throwing big money around in transfer market. Enzo is worth that price, if they can buy Diomande for €140 then Enzo is definitely worth that price, I can only consider delap and "throwing away money" because that guy is so bad at football, I honestly don't know what Chelsea told notheham forest that made them buy him at that price man. I really hope he manages to get better and they don't regret their actions Nevertheless I am personally happy that Enzo has left Chelsea, he really wants to play the champions league if not I don't see the reason why he would want to leave the team. Regardless Chelsea is okay without him all the talk of what will Chelsea be without Enzo has been awnserd by xabi Alonso

Chelsea is truly the winner in this transfer window, especially in the aspect of player sales. Chelsea have been able to sell players they don't need and those that don't want to play for the club anymore. Selling this players is not the issue for me, they have also been able to make a lot of profit from their sale, despite the fact that they don't want most of them, that's really a good one for them. On the sale of Enzo Fernandez, I think it's a win win for all parties involved. Chelsea made good money from the sale, Manchester City got their man and Enzo Fernandez also got a move away from Chelsea. I also think he is going to be a good signing for Manchester City.
Chelsea were really in business in this transfer window, they made alot of profit. What suprises me is how Chelsea sold players that underperformed last season at a very good price. Chelsea is currently not playing UCL this season, so their aim will be to qualify for next season, then use this funds to buy the best players they need. Enzo Fernandez to Man City is one of the biggest signing in the EPL this season, but I think the price is too high. I know Enzo is a world class player, but €125m is much. Although I just hope he doesn't flop at any time, because he will be very useful in UCL.

It been a very crazy last minute transfer from Chelsea, after selling Enzo Fernandez to Manchester city for a club record fee of 125 million, they needed a replacement but it seem they won’t be getting it this summer. Monaco informed them that Camara won’t be sold for that amount they offered but after the move of balogun failed to Everton, they need to sell a player and they called Chelsea to inform them about the Availability of Camara. Chelsea signed him for less then 50 million pounds.
Chelsea will Have a new midfield, and it another Africa player. Camara have always been their primary target to replace Enzo, it really a 10/10 for Chelsea in this transfer window.
Also Chelsea have made over half a billion euros on sales in just this transfer window. Wow.

The Bitshiabu transfer is finally happening. The fact that it's initially a loan with a purchase option is, in my opinion, a very good move. He's a very young player, only 21 years old, a central defender who can continue his development within the right system. Galatasaray especially needed a player like him in defense, in terms of athleticism and physical strength, and he's quite tall too.
The final stages are now the medical checks. If he meets expectations, acquiring his transfer rights could seriously become a possibility. The squad is starting to take shape, starting with the Leao transfer. It's late, but it's not bad at all the gaps are being filled.
In challenging Champions League matches, a strong rotation squad is essential. We see that Galatasaray wants to strengthen its rotation squad as well. The acquisition of a young central defender demonstrates this. With the Leao transfer, they have significantly strengthened the left wing area. Galatasaray will find rhythm in that position with Barış Alper rotating, and I believe they will try to create many chances from there. The Leao transfer was very important for Osimhen, because he was often isolated in the attacking zone, especially in Champions League matches. The Portuguese star player will not leave the Nigerian alone in that area during matches. Leroy Sane will also be effective on the right wing, and I think Galatasaray's attacking line is now ready for the Champions League. I think the connection with Leao Osimhen will be perfect. We couldn't see Osimhen's full potential without that connection. He's managing in the league, but that connection is essential in the Champions League. Sane will also create good opportunities from the right side. The forwards are not bad right now, they are really promising. Galatasaray needs a few more players for their rotating squad to be fully settled. The Turkish league is one big League that a lot of persons don't want to recognize but when it comes to European competitions, they are very good in projecting clubs that try to do well in most cases. so I won't entirely say Victor osimhen is managing the league, there is no doubt that he is one of the top goal scorers in the league currently but then there are other players with lots of potential in the league and is one of the top leagues in Europe. Raphael Leao and Victor osimhen on the front line is one of the dangerous attacking Force we will be seeing in the champions League this season, Galatasaray have been trying to prove a point over the years in the champions League but they've been having some backdrop probably due to inadequate players to perfectly fit in what they are looking for, but I think gradually they are getting lots of good players.

Even the Salah you mentioned didn't make any impact in the as well because of not having much time to prove himself, Chelsea in some instances have had lots of wonderful players in the past but because there was no enough time for them to develop they were sold. Robbin was also part of this, he was a Chelsea player and didn't get to his full potential even at Real Madrid but everything unfolded at Bayern Munich, Salah was unlocked at Roma, I agree with you, he didn't flop at Chelsea rather there was no time for him to develop fully.

In my view now every players that left my team and ends up among top players in the world, won't make me feel regret because I'm tired already but hope they succeed.

The discrepancy between the past era is possibly the high competition rate in the first team squad wherein the best talent had to be relegated. Not playing at the time was only because of the influence of senior players, who had gained experience in the middle field. It was extremely short of space in which to develop young and exceptionally talented players. Things are actually presented by the existing situation on a greater platform to the players of mediocre abilities because there are few alternatives that are good and in the bench. This loss of young assets to other clubs does not provoke a sense of vast disappointment anymore because of experiencing long period of stagnation in performance. They will still have the largest hopes in their new careers in other places.

If talking about the performance to be honest he was one of the flop at that time when he was at Chelsea but the reason is quite clear because the Chelsea scheme at that time still preferred to keep one defensive midfielder and rely more on speed than direct passes so the competition will be much more difficult when Chelsea always keep a defensive midfielder who already has a name so he does not get a place. But it was still a Flop in the end. Chelsea has really cashed out good profit in this transfer window. With this money alone, they can get two or more younger midfielders that can do the job. They're not playing any European competition this season so they have less to worry about.
But meh EPL teams love throwing big money around in transfer market.
After a few early seasons Todd is burning through the current money his time is harvesting from the ill-considered transfer results of recent seasons. Although their spending is also still a bit in question especially after bringing Morgan Rogers who is almost 140 million from Aston Villa but still they still deserve to be praised for their smart sales. Summer transfers will officially close today but the sight of Chelsea surfacing for the sale and purchase of the player feels a little different than in recent seasons. https://www.transfermarkt.com/fc-chelsea/startseite/verein/631

As the summer window is already closed on 1 september. So here's a little recap about the biggest transfer in EPL. There have been so many transfers worth more than 100m, and it's showing how crazy the football player price these days. From my POV, all of those transfers sound worthy except Tonally to Spurs. It's because i never think Tonali is worth more than 100m pounds. Any opinion regarding those transfers?which you think is worthy, and which is not?

So: Anderson 135 million Bouaddi 95 million Allan 40 million Fernandez 146 million Total: 416 million They fell just short of Liverpool's record of 483 million last year, but they're close! But, by the way, if remember that City bought Semenyo and someone else in the winter, that’s another +100 million to the total expenses. Guardiola is gone, but his legacy lives on! Unfortunately, it is naive to assume that such spending (in addition to an already good team) will not bring any results. City are currently priced at 4.50 to win the Premier League title, which I think has become a clear mistake. As usual, I am speechless. I remember we talked several times about these crazy Premier League prices, and frankly every time I think (hope?) we reach the limit and I'm always proven wrong. But, I mean, if even a player like Allan get paid 40 millions, what can I say? Who knows him? What did he achieve in order to be valuated at 40 millions? And if we exclude him, we have three other midfielders paid on average 125 million euros each. Just a few years ago paying a player over 100 millions was seen as super expensive, now it's the new normal. At least in the Premier League.

Are the organizers ignoring this situation for the sake of a fairer competition? It seems like it's become commonplace for teams to spend over 100 million on a single player. Manchester City's total spending on purchases and sales seems to be balanced. If they can't win even one trophy, it would be truly regrettable.

Wow.
Chelsea's new management is in for business. I'll say, they used the previous season to make profit, and this season with the subsequent ones to lift trophies . But I don't think Camara is actually coming to Chelsea, the deal has been called off and he isn't coming. Source from Romano, and this was yesterday. So, we'll be having a defense filled midfield until January. I'd have proposed to Alonso to be using both Caicedo and Lavia. I think this duo will be a great combo. But we also have some good attacking midfielder replacements in the likes of Kendry Paez, Jordan Henderson; I feel they can serve until we find a better replacement.

Premier League clubs always spend huge amounts of money on transfers. By the way, City and Arsenal remained the leaders in transfer spending for quite a long time, and the results reflected that pretty well, they were the ones competing for the title. Sometimes Chelsea and Liverpool also join this crazy transfer race. Liverpool, I believe, hold the record for the amount spent on a single player, and it seems to me that their spending, including those huge transfer fees, has never really paid off.

Enzo is worth that price, if they can buy Diomande for €140 then Enzo is definitely worth that price, I can only consider delap and "throwing away money" because that guy is so bad at football, I honestly don't know what Chelsea told notheham forest that made them buy him at that price man. I really hope he manages to get better and they don't regret their actions
Nevertheless I am personally happy that Enzo has left Chelsea, he really wants to play the champions league if not I don't see the reason why he would want to leave the team. Regardless Chelsea is okay without him all the talk of what will Chelsea be without Enzo has been awnserd by xabi Alonso
That is the most expensive transfer this season, and Manchester City has made another very expensive deal. Enzo Fernandez for 140 million and Elliot Anderson for 135 million, plus a few more. In total, Manchester City has spent over 525 million euros on new players. Half a billion euros... that is crazy. City havent won the Premier League in the last two years, so they probably hoping to change that this season and spent al lot of money.

The levels of spending that Premier League teams manage to reach are truly mind-boggling; for them, spending 100 million on a player is now the norm, whereas in other European leagues it’s the exception. Just think: Tottenham were on the brink of relegation, yet they’ve spent over 300 million and won’t be playing in European competitions this year. We’ve really reached far too high a level; as I’ve often said, the Premier League has now become the NBA of European football, and players aspire to play there, even for teams in the lower half of the table.
